シリンダ部と、車輪と共に回転するデイスクロー
タ及び該デイスクロータの両側に平行に配設され
るブレーキパツドを間に挟んで前記液圧シリンダ
部に対向するリアクシヨン部と、該リアクシヨン
部と前記液圧シリンダ部とを前記デイスクロータ
の外周を越えて相互に結合するブリツジ部と、固
定部材に固定されたピンに摺動可能に嵌合され、
その開口部に前記ピンの摺動面の防塵のため弾性
部材から成るブーツが嵌着される環状溝が形成さ
れるピン穴部を有する腕部とを一体に備え、前記
腕部により前記デイスクロータの軸心に平行な方
向に前記ピン上を移動自在に支持されるデイスク
ブレーキのキヤリパにおいて、該キヤリパを消失
型鋳造法により成形し、前記腕部の前記ピン穴部
及び前記環状溝を鋳造成形時の鋳抜きにより形成
させたことを特徴とするデイスクブレーキのキヤ
