Claims (1)
- 半導体のレーザ素子を有したステムと、レーザ
素子の光を取出す窓を有しレーザ素子を覆つてス
テム上に固着されたキヤツプとを具備した半導体
レーザにおいて、前記キヤツプの窓には外側から
透明なガラスが樹脂接着剤で固着され、かつその
ガラスとレーザ素子との間隔が０．６mm以上ある
事を特徴とする半導体レーザ。
