Claims

対向状に配置された片を含む本体部分と、前記
片の各先端に位置しＩＣ端子の挿抜により弾性変
形して拡縮動作するようになつている接触部と、
前記本体部分の基部から伸びる端子部とを備え、
前記本体部分がハウジングの孔内に挿通された状
態で前記接触部が前記ハウジングの孔一端に開口
するＩＣ端子挿入口に臨むとともに前記端子部が
前記孔の底部から突き出すようにして、前記ハウ
ジングに装着されるようになつているＩＣソケツ
ト用コンタクトにおいて、前記本体部分の対向す
る片には、可撓性を有する突出部が切り起こしに
より片持状に設けられ、各突出部が、前記本体部
分から外方にかつ前記孔に挿通される方向とは反
対の方向に向いて突出するようになつていること
