Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce an additional burning time by a method wherein a hot water feeding burner is controlled to be turned on or off in response to a set temperature until a water level in a bath tub reaches a predetermined water level, and in case that the water reaches the predetermined water level, a circulation pump is driven and an off set temperature is corrected in response to a difference temperature between a set temperature and a detected temperature of a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:When a bath tub is to be fed with hot water, a hot water feeding burner 9 is controlled to be turned on or off in response to a bath hot water temperature set until a water level in a bath tub reaches a predetermined water level. When the water reaches a predetermined water level, a circulation pump 6 is driven and a bath tub hot water temperature is detected by a bath temperature sensor 7 and at the same time a difference in temperature between the detected temperature and the bath hot water temperature set temperature is calculated and this temperature difference is is added to or subtracted from the bath hot water temperature set temperature so as to correct the off set temperature of the hot water feeding burner 9. With this arrangement, even in case that the hot water feeder is simultaneously used in the kitchen or the like during an automatic hot water feeding for the bath, the dropped hot water can be kept substantially at a bath hot water temperature set temperature and then an additional burning time can be reduced.

<Prior Art> This type of water heater generally supplies hot water by dropping hot water from the water heater through piping into the bath, and the hot water supply side is comprised of a semi-hot water storage tank. When supplying hot water to a bath, the temperature setting of the water heater is automatically switched from the temperature setting for normal hot water supply to the temperature adjustment set temperature 'rys for bath hot water supply, and the off set temperature T of the hot water supply side burner is set. FF TOFF=TFS TI% ON Set temperature TON T. Set N=TOFF THI and this ON setting temperature T. , and off set temperature T. FF
The burner on the hot water supply side is controlled on and off according to the temperature, and the temperature of the hot water supplied to the bathtub is adjusted. The reason why the bath temperature control set temperature TF3 is shifted to lower than TF3 is that because it is a semi-hot water storage tank, the remaining high temperature water is dropped into the tank at the beginning of hot water supply, and the temperature sensor on the hot water supply side and the bath side This is to prevent the bath temperature control set temperature bs from exceeding even if there is a difference in characteristics with the temperature sensor. In addition, the above-mentioned T.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, if a water heater is used in the kitchen or the like at the same time as hot water is poured into the bath, the heat exchange rate changes as the amount of water changes, causing the bath temperature to change. There is a drawback that the difference from the adjusted temperature becomes large and the automatic reheating time after automatic hot water supply to the bath becomes long. In addition, when water retention starts while taking a bath, the water temperature in the bathtub decreases due to the supply of hot water with a temperature considerably lower than the above-mentioned bath temperature control setting temperature, causing discomfort to the bather. In addition, there is a problem in that the water temperature in the bathtub remains below the temperature control setting temperature until the automatic reheating is finished.

With the above configuration, when hot water is being supplied to the bath, the burner on the hot water supply side is controlled on/off in accordance with the bath temperature control set temperature until the water level in the bathtub reaches a predetermined water level at which the circulation pump can be driven. As a result, the temperature difference is corrected for the initial drop of residual hot water in the semi-hot water storage tank and the difference in the characteristics of the temperature sensors on the bath side and the hot water supply side, so that the temperature does not exceed the temperature control set temperature. .

When the water level of the bathtub reaches a predetermined water level, the circulation pump is activated and the detected temperature is subtracted from the polarity of the temperature difference between the temperature control set temperature for the bath and the detected temperature of the bath water temperature, that is, the temperature control set temperature. If the difference temperature is a value of 10, add the difference temperature to the temperature control set temperature to set the off set temperature of the hot water supply side burner, and if it is a negative value, add the difference temperature to the temperature control set temperature. The off set temperature is set by subtracting the temperature. Therefore, even when the water heater is used for automatic bath water supply and normal hot water supply at the same time, correction is made to maintain the dropped hot water at approximately the temperature control set temperature.

Effects> As explained above, according to the water heater with bath water supply function of the present invention, the hot water supply side burner is controlled on/off in accordance with the bath temperature control set temperature until the bath water level reaches a predetermined water level. It is possible to control the hot water so that it does not exceed the temperature control set temperature at the initial stage of pouring. When the water reaches a predetermined level, the circulation pump is driven and the off-set temperature is corrected based on the difference between the bath temperature control set temperature and the temperature detected by the bath-side temperature sensor. It is possible to correct temperature deviations and temperature deviations due to differences in the characteristics of the hot dust sensors on the bath side and the hot water supply side, and to maintain the temperature at the temperature control set temperature. Therefore, the temperature difference during water retention can be reduced as much as possible, and the reheating time can be shortened.
