Description
Claims (3)
- 互いに離れて対向する一対の電極で構成されるスイッチを有する荷重検知センサと、
前記荷重検知センサが載置される載置面を有する載置部材と、
前記荷重検知センサを基準とした前記載置部材側と反対側に位置してシートクッションからの押圧力を受ける第1受圧面、及び前記第1受圧面と前記荷重検知センサとの間に位置する第1押し子を有する第1押圧部材と、
前記荷重検知センサと前記第1押し子との間に位置して前記シートクッションからの押圧力によって前記第1押し子に押圧される第2受圧面、及び前記第2受圧面が前記第1押し子から受ける押圧力によって前記一対の電極における前記載置部材側と反対側の電極を押圧する第2押し子を有する第2押圧部材と、
前記第1押圧部材の移動を規制する第1規制部材と、
前記第2押圧部材の移動を規制する第2規制部材と、
を備え、
前記第1規制部材は、前記載置面に対する前記第1受圧面の角度を変化可能にするとともに、前記載置面と平行な方向における前記荷重検知センサに対する前記第1押圧部材の移動可能量を所定量にし、
前記第2規制部材は、前記載置面と平行な方向における前記荷重検知センサに対する前記第2押圧部材の移動可能量を前記所定量より少なくし、
前記第1押し子は、前記第1受圧面側から前記第2受圧面側に延在し先端で前記第2受圧面を押圧し、
前記第1押し子の前記先端は前記第2受圧面側と反対側に窪んだ球面状の球面領域を含み、
前記第2受圧面の外形は円形状であり、
前記第1押し子が前記第2受圧面を押圧する際に、前記第2受圧面の全体は、前記第1押し子の延在方向に沿って見る場合に前記第1押し子の前記先端の外縁より内側に位置し、前記第2受圧面における中央領域が前記球面領域と非接触であるとともに前記中央領域を囲う外周領域の少なくとも一部が前記球面領域と接触する
ことを特徴とする荷重検知センサユニット。 - 前記第1押圧部材を前記載置部材側から支持するコイルバネを更に備え、
前記第1押圧部材は、前記コイルバネの一端部が嵌合する嵌合部を更に有し、
前記嵌合部は、前記コイルバネの中心側から外方側に向かって当該コイルバネの一端部を押圧する複数のリブから構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の荷重検知センサユニット。 - 前記コイルバネは金属材料から成り、
前記一対の電極における前記載置部材側と反対側の電極は、前記第2押し子側に凸状に湾曲する金属板の一部であり、
前記第2押し子は、前記第2受圧面が前記第1押し子から受ける押圧力によって前記金属板に当接して当該金属板を押圧する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の荷重検知センサユニット。
