Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a pedestal-installed type insulating and waterproof roof structure in which a pedestal for supporting a structure such as a solar panel can be installed on the roof of a building to be heat-insulated and waterproofed, and a construction method thereof.

Insulating materials are installed on the roofs of buildings in cold regions. Conventionally, heat insulating materials are fastened to a roof deck plate or the like on a roof by inserting a fastener through a flat washer. However, since flat washers and fasteners have the property of easily transmitting heat, a heat bridge phenomenon occurs in which heat flows in and out as if crossing a bridge, leading to a decrease in insulation performance, dew condensation, and frost formation. .

In response to the problem of deterioration in insulation performance due to such heat bridge phenomenon, the present applicant disclosed the invention of a new insulation washer and a insulation structure using the same in Japanese Patent No. 4208095, and obtained the patent right. (Patent Document 1). Specifically, the heat insulating structure has a washer fitting hole formed in the surface of the heat insulating plate material, a hollow housing part for the heat insulating washer buried in the washer fitting hole, and an insertion hole formed in the bottom of the hollow housing part. The heat insulating plate material is fixed by inserting a fastener into the hole, and the hollow housing part is filled with a heat insulating material so as to cover the head of the fastener.

In addition, the construction method using the invention related to the insulation washer and the insulation structure using the same has been put into practical use as the HT construction method (registered trademark), and has high waterproof performance and high insulation performance, and can withstand strong winds. It is widely known within the industry for insulating and waterproofing roofs as an excellent construction method.

Patent No. 4208095

Incidentally, in recent years, there have been many attempts to effectively utilize rooftop space, such as installing solar panels in a large space on the roof of a building. It has become necessary to install a stand for installation.

However, the insulation materials that make up the insulation structure are made of relatively fragile materials such as foamed urethane and foamed polystyrene, so they cannot support the weight of structures such as solar panels and are susceptible to deformation due to strong winds such as typhoons. There is a problem that damage occurs and insulation performance and waterproof performance are lost.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it prevents deformation and damage of the heat insulating material constituting the heat insulated and waterproof roof, and improves the roof of the building while maintaining its heat insulating and waterproof performance. Note that the heat insulating material 3 is not limited to a single layer structure made of a single material such as rigid urethane foam, but may have a multilayer structure made of a waterproof layer of asphalt material or the like. Further, the thickness of the heat insulating material 3 is not particularly limited, and is appropriately selected depending on the required heat insulating performance and resistance to strong winds, and in the case of using rigid urethane foam, it is from 25 mm to 100 mm. Preferably, the thickness is within the range of .

The installation hole 4 is a hole for inserting the panel support material 5, and is formed so as to penetrate the heat insulating material 3 from the heat insulating material 3 to the upper surface 22 of the rectangular corrugated convex portion 21 of the roof deck plate 2. It is formed. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the installation hole 4 in this embodiment has a cylindrical inner peripheral surface.

Further, a plurality of installation holes 4 are opened according to the widths of the protection plate 6 and the reinforcing panel 7. In this embodiment, the plurality of installation holes 4 are opened in the upper surface 22 of two adjacent square waveform convex parts 21 at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of each square waveform convex part 21, for a total of six installation holes. has been done.

Note that the number of installation holes 4 and the number of panel support members 5 are not limited to six, and may be four or three square wave-shaped convex portions 21 as shown in FIG. When installed, ten pieces may be appropriately selected as shown in FIG. 3(b) depending on the size of the protection plate 6 and reinforcing panel 7, the size of the frame 8, etc.

This panel support member 5 is formed into a cylindrical shape that can be fitted inside the installation hole 4 .

Further, the panel support material 5 is preferably formed from a material harder than the heat insulating material 3, and in this embodiment, it is formed from a hard resin material that does not cause a heat bridge phenomenon and has high load-bearing performance. . Specifically, hard rubber is exemplified.

Note that the shape of the panel support material 5 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be appropriately selected from a polygonal columnar shape with a polygonal cross section.

The protection plate 6 mainly protects the heat insulating material 3 from deformation due to the weight of the mount 8 and a structure (not shown) installed on the mount 8, such as a solar panel, and is supported by the panel support material 5. The thickness and material type of the reinforcing panel 7 are appropriately selected depending on the weight of the pedestal 8 and the structure such as a solar panel supported by the pedestal 8, and in this embodiment, the thickness is 4. A 3mm steel plate is used.

Further, in the reinforcing panel 7 of this embodiment, a washer fixing hole 71 is formed for fixing the heat insulating washer 10 to the upper surface 22 of the rectangular corrugated convex portion 21 of the roof deck plate 2. The washer fixing hole 71 is located at a position corresponding to the upper surface 22 of the rectangular corrugated convex portion 21 and at a different position from the installation hole 4 in order to avoid interference with the panel support material 5 inserted into the installation hole 4. A plurality of them are formed at predetermined intervals. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the panel support member 5 is disposed on the upper surface 22 of the rectangular corrugated convex portion 21 outside the left-right center position, whereas the washer fixing hole 71 is located outside the center position. It is opened at a position inside the position.

The method for constructing the pedestal type insulating and waterproof roof structure 1 is a method of constructing the pedestal type insulating and waterproof roof structure 1 on the roof of a newly constructed building. As shown in FIG. 5, the construction method of the frame-mounted insulating and waterproof roof structure 1 of this embodiment includes a roof deck plate installation step of installing a roof deck plate 2 having a rectangular wave shape, and a roof deck plate installation step in which a square wave-shaped roof deck plate 2 is installed. a heat insulating material mounting step in which a shaped heat insulating material 3 is placed; a panel supporting material fitting step in which a panel support material 5 is fitted into the installation hole 4 of the heat insulating material 3; and a heat insulating material 3 into which the panel support material 5 is fitted. A protection plate installation process of installing the protection plate 6 on the top, a reinforcement panel installation process of installing the reinforcement panel 7 on the top of the protection plate 6, and a base plate installation process of fixing the base plate 81 of the frame 8 on the top of the reinforcement panel 7. and a waterproof layer installation step of installing the waterproof layer 9 on the base plate 81 and the like. Each step will be explained below.

In the roof deck plate installation process, a square wave-shaped roof deck plate 2 is installed on the roof of the building as a base material for the roof.

In the heat insulating material mounting step, a plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 is mounted on the upper surface 22 of the rectangular corrugated convex portion 21 of the installed roof deck plate 2. In this embodiment, a urethane resin adhesive is applied to the upper surface 22 of the rectangular corrugated convex portion 21 of the roof deck plate 2, and a plate-shaped heat insulating material 3 made of hard urethane foam is attached to the upper surface. If a plurality of installation holes 4 are formed in advance in the heat insulating material 3 to be placed at this time, the installation hole 4 penetrating through the square waveform convex portion 21 is arranged so as to contact the upper surface 22 of the rectangular waveform convex portion 21. Place it on. In addition, if the installation hole 4 is not formed in advance in the heat insulating material 3, after the step of placing the heat insulating material, the hole 4 is penetrated through the placed heat insulating material 3 at a position where it comes into contact with the upper surface 22 of the rectangular corrugated convex portion 21. It may also include an installation hole opening step of drilling the installation hole 4 as shown in FIG.

In the panel support material insertion step, the panel support material 5 is inserted into each installation hole 4 and fixed to the upper surface 22 of the rectangular corrugated convex portion 21. In this embodiment, a urethane resin adhesive is applied to the upper surface 22 of the rectangular corrugated convex portion 21 and the inner peripheral surface of the installation hole 4, and the panel support material 5 is fitted into the installation hole 4 to form the rectangular corrugated portion. It is fixed to the upper surface 22 of the convex portion 21. Note that the adhesive may be applied to the outer circumferential surface of the panel support material 5, and then inserted into the installation hole 4 and fixed to the upper surface 22 of the square wave-shaped convex portion 21.

In the protective plate installation step, the protective plate 6 is installed above the plurality of panel supporting members 5 and above the heat insulating material 3. In this embodiment, a urethane resin adhesive is applied to the upper part of the panel support material 5 and the heat insulating material 3, and the protection plate 6 is placed and fixed.

In the reinforcing panel installation step, the reinforcing panel 7 is installed on top of the protection plate 6. Specifically, a urethane resin adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the protection plate 6, and the reinforcing panel 7 is installed on top of the adhesive and fixed by adhesive. Further, the reinforcing panel 7 in this embodiment is fastened and fixed to the rectangular corrugated convex portion 21 using a heat insulating washer 10 and a fastener 11. Specifically, the hollow housing portion 102 of the heat insulating washer 10 is housed in the hole provided in the heat insulating material 3 through the washer fixing hole 71 of the reinforcing panel 7 . Then, the fastener 11 is inserted into the insertion hole 101 formed at the bottom of the hollow accommodating part 102 and fastened and fixed to the upper surface 22 of the square wave-shaped convex part 21. Thereby, the reinforcing panel 7 is firmly fastened and fixed to the square corrugated convex portion 21 under pressure from the flange portion 103 of the heat insulating washer 10. Here, in order to improve the heat insulation performance, it is preferable to house a filling heat insulating material in the hollow housing part 102.

In the base plate installation process, the base plate 81 of the pedestal 8 is fixed to the upper part of the reinforcing panel 7. In this embodiment, the base plate 81 is fastened and fixed to the upper part of the reinforcing panel 7 with bolts or the like.

In the waterproof layer installation step, the waterproof layer 9 is installed so as to cover the base plate 81, the reinforcing panel 7, the protection plate 6, the heat insulating material 3, and the heat insulating washer 10. In this embodiment, a urethane resin adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the base plate 81 and the like, and a sheet-like waterproof layer 9 made of an asphalt material is pasted thereon.

According to the pedestal-installed type heat-insulating waterproof roof structure 1 and its construction method of the present embodiment as described above, the functions and effects described below can be achieved.
1. By providing the protective plate 6, the heat insulating material 3 can reduce the weight of structures such as the mount 8 and solar panels per unit area and the burden of strong winds on the structure. By supporting the heat insulating material 6 with the panel support material 6, the weight of the structure is less likely to be applied directly to the heat insulating material 3, and deformation and damage to the heat insulating material 3 can be prevented.
2. Since the reinforcing panel 7 that fixes the pedestal 8 is fastened and fixed to the roof deck plate 2 by the heat insulating washer 10, it can withstand strong winds.
3. Since the waterproof layer 4 can be formed to cover the base plate 81 and the like, high waterproof performance can be provided.
4. The same heat insulation treatment and waterproof treatment as the HT construction method (registered trademark) are possible, and the frame can be installed while maintaining high heat insulation performance and high waterproof performance.

Note that the frame-mounted insulating and waterproof roof structure and the construction method thereof according to the present invention are not limited to the embodiments described above, and can be modified as appropriate.
