Claims (20)
- 長手方向に貫通して延びるキャビティを備え、少なくとも前記キャビティの下部部分に沿った雌ねじを備えるナット本体と、
前記ナット本体の上部部分周りに配置され、前記ナット本体に固定され、前記キャビティの上に配置されている、キャップと、
前記キャビティ内に配置されたセンサアレイとを含み、前記センサアレイは、
前記ナット本体の属性を検出し、出力情報を生成するように構成されたセンサと、
前記出力情報に基づいて信号を生成するように構成されたプロセッサと、
前記信号を遠隔の場所に送るように構成された送信機と、
前記センサアレイに電力を供給するように構成された電源とを含む、ホイールファスナアラーム。 - 前記属性が、アラーム状態を検出するための情報であり、前記情報が、ホイールスタッド場所情報、加速度情報、磁界情報、衝撃情報、振動情報、又は温度情報のうちの少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記センサアレイが、作動センサをさらに含み、前記作動センサは、前記ホイールファスナアラームがいつ動いているか検出するように構成され、前記センサは、前記ホイールファスナアラームが動いていることを前記作動センサが検出したとき使用不能にされる、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記センサは、前記ホイールファスナアラームが動いていることを前記作動センサが検出したとき使用不能にされ、前記プロセッサは、前記ホイールファスナアラームが動いていることを前記作動センサが検出したとき、前記センサからの前記出力情報に基づいて前記信号を生成しない、請求項3に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記作動センサがボールベアリングスイッチである、請求項3に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記センサアレイが衝撃センサをさらに含み、前記衝撃センサは、前記ホイールファスナアラームがホイールスタッドからいつ除去されつつあるか検出するように構成される、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記衝撃センサがボールベアリングスイッチである、請求項6に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記センサが誘導性ホイールスタッドセンサである、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記ホイールスタッドセンサが、約1~4.5mmの範囲にわたって前記ナット本体内のホイールスタッドを検出するように構成される、請求項8に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記センサアレイが、前記ナット本体の位置の変化を検出するように構成される加速度計をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 車両に取り付けられ、前記車両が所定の期間の間、静止していた後で、自動的に従事するように構成される、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記キャップが、ステンレス鋼から構成される、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記遠隔の場所は、前記ホイールファスナアラームが取り付けられている車両内に位置するアラームシステムである、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記ホイールファスナアラームが取り付けられている車両に関連付けられたキーフォブ近くに前記ホイールファスナアラームがあるとき、前記遠隔の場所に前記信号を送らないように構成される、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記センサアレイが地磁気センサをさらに含み、前記地磁気センサが、前記ナット本体周りの磁界の変化を検出するように構成される、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- ホイールスタッドと前記ホイールスタッドセンサの間の距離が時間の経過につれて増大していると決定することによって、前記ナット本体が前記ホイールスタッドから外れそうであるかどうか検出するように構成される、請求項8に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 前記電源が、前記センサ、プロセッサ、及び送信機が約10年間動作することを可能にするために適切な電力を供給するように構成される、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 車両キーフォブが前記車両近くにないことを示す信号を車両タイヤ圧力管理システムから受信したとき前記ホイールファスナアラームを作動するように構成された低周波数受信機をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- 稼働解除することができず、前記アラームシステムが稼働されているとき前記アラームシステムを作動することになるだけである、請求項13に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
- プラスチックハウジングをさらに含み、前記プラスチックハウジングが前記キャビティ内に配置され、前記センサアレイが前記プラスチックハウジング内に配置される、請求項1に記載のホイールファスナアラーム。
