Description
Claims (7)
- 変速機ケースを有する変速機本体と、
前記変速機本体の変速動作を行うシフトアンドセレクト軸を有し、前記変速機本体に装着される変速装置と、を備え、
前記変速装置が、
油圧を発生するオイルポンプ、前記オイルポンプを駆動するモータ、および前記オイルポンプで加圧されたオイルを蓄圧して貯留するアキュムレータを有する油圧発生装置と、
前記油圧発生装置で用いるオイルを貯留するリザーバタンクと、を有する自動変速機であって、
前記変速機ケースは、その前端部の上部に設けられた前下がりの傾斜面に開口部を有し、
前記開口部は、その開口面が前記変速機ケースの前端部から後端部に向かって斜め上方に傾斜するように前記変速機ケースに形成されており、
前記変速機ケースは、前記開口部を覆う第1プレート部材と、前記第1プレート部材の上方かつ前記変速機本体の前端部側に配置された第2プレート部材とを有し、
前記シフトアンドセレクト軸が、軸方向に移動可能、軸周りに回転可能となるように、前記第1プレート部材に支持され、
前記シフトアンドセレクト軸は、その前端部が後端部よりも下方に位置するように、前記変速機ケースに対して斜めになるように取り付けられ、
前記第2プレート部材は、前記変速機ケースの前端部において上下方向に延びる平面状の縦壁部と、前記縦壁部から直交して水平方向に延びる平面状の水平壁部とを有し、
前記アキュムレータは、その長軸方向が上下方向となる姿勢で前記縦壁部に配置され、
前記オイルポンプは、前記水平壁部の下面側に配置され、
前記モータは、前記オイルポンプと前記水平壁部を挟んで対向するように、前記水平壁部の上面側に配置され、
前記モータの上端部が、前記アキュムレータの上端部より低い位置に配置され、
前記リザーバタンクが、前記アキュムレータと前記モータの後方に取り付けられ、前記モータの上方に延びていることを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 前記リザーバタンクは、前記第1プレート部材と前記第2プレート部材とに跨がって配置され、前記第1プレート部材に固定される後側取付部と前記第2プレート部材に固定される前側取付部とを有しており、
前記リザーバタンクにより前記第1プレート部材と前記第2プレート部材とが連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記リザーバタンクの上面視で、前記リザーバタンクの前側取付部は、前記アキュムレータの中心と前記モータの中心との間、かつ、前記アキュムレータの中心と前記モータの中心よりも前側に設けられ、
前記リザーバタンクの中心が、前記アキュムレータおよび前記モータよりも後方になるように配置され、
前記リザーバタンクは、前記アキュムレータの中心と前記モータの中心の間を前後方向に延びる縮小部と、前記縮小部の後端部から後方に延び、前記アキュムレータ及び前記モータの後方に位置するように広がる拡大部とを有し、
前記拡大部の高さ寸法を前記縮小部の高さ寸法より大きくし、前記拡大部の後端部を前記第1プレート部材の後端部に連結したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記アキュムレータは、その長軸方向が上下方向となる姿勢で配置され、
前記モータは、その軸方向が上下方向となる姿勢で配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記拡大部は、
前記第1プレート部材と、前記第2プレート部材および前記アキュムレータと、に挟まれる位置に突出する第1突出部と、
前記第1プレート部材と、前記第2プレート部材および前記モータと、に挟まれる位置に突出する第2突出部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記第2プレート部材を前記第1プレート部材の真上より右側に偏って配置し、
前記第1プレート部材の左端部に、第1ソレノイドをその軸線が前記第1プレート部材の直交方向となるように配置し、
前記第1プレート部材の右端部に、第2ソレノイドをその軸線が左右方向となるように配置したことを特徴とする請求項2から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記モータの中心が前記縮小部の右側に位置し、
前記アキュムレータの中心が前記縮小部の左側に位置していることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の自動変速機。
