Claims (9)
- 相手側プラグインコネクタ部品(40)に連結するためのプラグインコネクタ部品(3)であって、
− 前記相手側プラグインコネクタ部品(40)にプラグイン連結するためのプラグイン部分(300、301)を有するハウジング(30)と、
− 前記プラグイン部分(300、301)上に配置され、前記相手側プラグインコネクタ部品(40)の関連する相手側接触要素(400)に電気的に接触するように意図された少なくとも1つの接触要素(31A、31B)と、
を備えるプラグインコネクタ部品(3)において、
− 前記少なくとも1つの接触要素(31A、31B)に連結された熱伝導体ライン(34A、34B)と、
− 前記ハウジング(30)内に配置され、前記少なくとも1つの接触要素(31A、31B)から熱を放散させるために前記熱伝導体ライン(34A、34B)を介して前記少なくとも1つの接触要素(31A、31B)に熱伝導的に連結された冷却本体(35A、35B)と、
を備え、
前記熱伝導体ライン(34A、34B)の第1の端部(340)が、金属連結ピース(33A、33B)中の開口(331)に差し込まれ、前記金属連結ピース(33A、33B)を介して関連する前記接触要素(31A、31B)に連結されることを特徴とする、プラグインコネクタ部品(3)。 - 前記プラグインコネクタ部品(3)が、前記プラグイン部分(300、301)上に配置された複数の接触要素(31A、31B)を有し、各接触要素(31A、31B)が、熱伝導体ライン(34A、34B)を介して関連する前記接触要素(31A、31B)に熱伝導的に連結される冷却本体(35A、35B)に関連付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ部品(3)。
- 前記熱伝導体ライン(34A、34B)および/または前記冷却本体(35A、35B)は、金属から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のプラグインコネクタ部品(3)。
- 前記熱伝導体ライン(34A、34B)の第2の端部(340)が、前記冷却本体(35A、35B)中の開口(351)に差し込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプラグインコネクタ部品(3)。
- 前記冷却本体(35A、35B)は、冷媒が通り流れることのできる流体チャネル(352、353)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプラグインコネクタ部品(3)。
- 前記冷却本体(35A、35B)は、前記冷却本体(35A、35B)に連結された転向ライン(36A、36B)により流体的に相互連結される2つの流体チャネル(352、353)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプラグインコネクタ部品(3)。
- 第1の接触要素(31A)に関連付けられた第1の冷却本体(35A)の流体チャネル(352)が、第2の接触要素(31B)に関連付けられた第2の冷却本体(35B)の流体チャネル(352)に対して転向ライン(37)を介して連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプラグインコネクタ部品(3)。
- 前記プラグインコネクタ部品(3)に連結されたケーブル(2)内を案内される第1の冷媒ライン(38)が、冷媒を供給するために前記第1の冷却本体(35A)に連結され、前記ケーブル(2)内を案内される第2の冷媒ライン(39)が、前記冷媒を運び去る方向に案内するために前記第2の冷却本体(35B)に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のプラグインコネクタ部品(3)。
- 複数の冷却本体(35A、35B)が、連結要素(350)を介して相互連結され、前記複数の冷却本体(35A、35B)が相互に接触しないように前記連結要素(350)により相互から距離をおいて保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のプラグインコネクタ部品(3)。
