Description
Claims (4)
- 組付穴を有するバルブボデーと、
一部が前記組付穴内に挿入されるソレノイド部品と、
該ソレノイド部品が前記組付穴から突き出す部位に係止される係止部を備え、該係止部が該ソレノイド部品に係止された状態で前記バルブボデーに固定されることにより、該ソレノイド部品を該バルブボデーに対して位置決めして固定する固定部材と、
を有するバルブ装置において、
前記ソレノイド部品の外周面には、軸心に対して交差する方向に係合溝が設けられており、前記係止部が該係合溝内に挿入されて該係合溝の側壁と係合させられることにより該ソレノイド部品の軸方向の位置が規定されるとともに、該係止部が該係合溝の溝底と係合させられることにより該ソレノイド部品の軸心まわりの位相が規定される一方、
前記バルブボデーには、前記組付穴の開口周縁部のうち前記固定部材の前記係止部が前記係合溝内に挿入される側に、前記ソレノイド部品が前記バルブボデーに組み付けられた状態において前記係合溝が外部に露出するように上面が該ソレノイド部品の軸方向に延びる切欠状の逃がし段差が設けられ、該逃がし段差よりも下側の下側端面が上側の上側端面よりも前記ソレノイド部品の軸方向へ突き出しており、
前記組付穴は前記下側端面および前記上側端面に跨がって開口しており、前記ソレノイド部品の軸心まわりにおいて前記係合溝と反対側の部分は、前記下側端面に開口するように設けられた前記組付穴によって支持されるとともに、
前記逃がし段差の上面高さは、前記固定部材を介して前記ソレノイド部品が前記バルブボデーに組み付けられた状態において前記係合溝の溝底よりも低くなる位置に定められている
ことを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 前記係止部の先端は一直線に設けられているとともに、前記係合溝の溝底は該係合溝の長手方向に一直線に設けられており、該係止部の先端と該係合溝の溝底とが一直線に沿って係合させられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ装置。 - 前記固定部材は平板状の固定プレートで、該固定プレートと平行な面方向の位置調整可能に前記バルブボデーに固定される一方、
前記固定プレートの端縁によって前記係止部の先端面が構成されているとともに、
該係止部の先端面は前記端縁の他の部分に比べて面精度が高くされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバルブ装置。 - 前記バルブボデーには、前記組付穴が互いに平行に且つ一直線に並んで複数設けられており、
該複数の組付穴にそれぞれ前記ソレノイド部品が並列に組み付けられるとともに、
該複数のソレノイド部品には、それぞれ前記係合溝が軸心に対して直角な方向に一直線に設けられている一方、
前記固定部材は、一直線の端縁に沿って複数の係止部が設けられた平板状の固定プレートで、該複数の係止部がそれぞれ前記複数のソレノイド部品の前記係合溝に係止される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のバルブ装置。
