Claims (7)
- 装置本体と、
該装置本体に対し下端部を支点として開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で上下に回動可能に支持される開閉部材と、
の間に付設され、前記開閉部材が前記閉鎖位置から前記開放位置に回動する際のモーメントを減衰させるダンパー機構であって、
前記開閉部材の内側に上下方向に沿って固定され、長手方向に沿って長孔状のガイド孔が形成される第1レール部材と、
上端部に前記ガイド孔に挿通される係合ピンが固定され、下端部が前記装置本体に回動可能に支持される第2レール部材と、
前記第2レール部材と前記第1レール部材とが接近する方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
前記係合ピンに固定され、前記係合ピンと前記ガイド孔の内周縁との間に所定の間隔を隔てた状態で前記第1レール部材と前記開閉部材とに接触しながら摺動する樹脂製の摺動部材と、
を有することを特徴とするダンパー機構。 - 前記開閉部材の内面及び前記第1レール部材の少なくとも一方には、前記摺動部材の摺動領域に前記摺動部材との摩擦係数が前記開閉部材及び前記第1レール部材よりも大きいシート部材を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンパー機構。
- 前記シート部材の厚みを調整することにより、前記第1レール部材と前記第2レール部材の摺動負荷を可変させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のダンパー機構。
- 前記係合ピンは、前記ガイド孔を貫通するボルトと、該ボルトに締結されるナットと、を含み、前記ボルトと前記ナットとの締め込み量を調節することにより、前記第1レール部材と前記第2レール部材の摺動負荷を可変させることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のダンパー機構。
- 前記付勢部材は、一端が前記第1レール部材の上端部に連結され、他端部が前記係合ピンに連結される第1コイルバネと、一端が前記第1レール部材の下端部に連結され、他端部が前記第2レール部材の前記係合ピンよりも下方に連結される第2コイルバネと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のダンパー機構。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のダンパー機構を備えた画像形成装置。
- 前記開閉部材は、画像形成装置本体に対し開閉可能に設けられたカバー部材と、該カバー部材の内側に回動可能に支持される搬送ユニットと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の画像形成装置。
