前記取付部材を、前記バンド取付部に嵌着される嵌合軸部と、この嵌合軸部から延出し、かつ、前記バンドの長手方向に延在するように設けられた略U状の弾性線材とから形成し、
前記操作部材は、前記弾性線材の前記長手方向の外側部に接して前記長手方向の内方へ撓める押圧部と、前記長手方向に対して直交する方向に上下動可能に設けられた押下部を具備し、
前記操作部材の押下部を押下して前記押圧部により前記取付部材の前記弾性線材を撓めて前記嵌合軸部を前記取付部材内方へ入れ、
