Description
本発明は、第1実施形態によれば、網状不織布に関する。本実施形態による網状不織布は、互いに並行に延びる幹繊維と、隣接する前記幹繊維同士を繋ぐ枝繊維とを備え、前記幹繊維が第1の方向にほぼ配列した第1の網状フィルムと、互いに並行に延びる幹繊維と、隣接する前記幹繊維同士を繋ぐ枝繊維とを備え、前記幹繊維が前記第1の方向と交差する第2の方向にほぼ配列した第2の網状フィルムとを、積層してなり、継ぎ目が存在しない。
本発明は、第2実施形態によれば、継ぎ目のない長尺網状フィルムであって、ほぼ幅方向に互いに並行に延びる幹繊維と、隣接する前記幹繊維同士を繋ぐ枝繊維とを備え、長さが、幅よりも少なくとも大きい長尺網状フィルムに関する。長尺網状フィルムは、前述の網状不織布について説明した、長尺の第2の網状フィルムであってよい。したがって、その製造方法も、第2の網状フィルムについて、図3及び図5を参照して説明したとおりである。
本発明は、第3実施形態によれば、第2実施形態による長尺網状フィルムと、他基材とを積層してなる積層体である。他基材は、長尺網状フィルムと機械方向に連続的に重ね合わせることができる、任意の樹脂フィルム、紙、布帛、金属箔、不織布、ネット等であってよく、好ましくは任意の長尺シート状の樹脂フィルムと不織布である。他基材は、長尺網状フィルムと積層した際に、第1の方向の強度と比較して第2の方向の強度が小さく、第2の方向に補強する目的であれば基材を選ばない。好ましくは、第1の方向はほぼ長さ方向であり、第2の方向はほぼ幅方向であるが、特定方向には限定されない。一例としては、長尺シート状のポリオレフィンフィルムもしくは、ポリオレフィン網状体であってよい。長尺シート状のポリオレフィン網状体としては、縦方向一軸延伸多層ポリオレフィンテープを積層してなる不織布もしくは織成してなる織布が挙げられる。市販品としては、例えば、萩原工業(株)製のメルタック、積水フィルム(株)製のソフネット、ソフクロス(いずれも商品名)、クラボウ社製のクレネット(商品名)、コンウェッド社製のコンウェッドネット、Thermanet(商品名)、また長尺シート状不織布としては、旭・デュポン社製Tyvek(商品名)、三井化学(株)製タフネル、シンテックス(商品名)、東洋紡(株)製ボランス、エクーレ(商品名)、旭化成せんい(株)製ベンリーゼ、エルタス(商品名)、ユニチカ(株)製エルベス(商品名)などが挙げられるが、これらには限定されない。

Claims (5)
- 継ぎ目のない長尺の第1の網状フィルムと、前記第1の網状フィルムに積層された、継ぎ目のない長尺の第2の網状フィルムとを備え、
前記第1の網状フィルムは、長手方向に互いに並行に配列した第1の幹繊維と、隣接する前記第1の幹繊維同士を繋ぎ、かつ長手方向に傾斜する方向に互いに並行に配列した、前記第1の幹繊維より細い第1の枝繊維とを有し、
前記第2の網状フィルムは、短手方向に互いに並行に配列した第2の幹繊維と、隣接する前記第2の幹繊維同士を繋ぎ、かつ短手方向に傾斜する方向に互いに並行に配列した、前記第2の幹繊維より細い第2の枝繊維とを有し、
前記第1の網状フィルムの第1の幹繊維と前記第2の網状フィルムの第2の幹繊維とが概ね直交し、
前記第1の網状フィルムの第1の枝繊維と前記第2の網状フィルムの第2の枝繊維とが概ね直交した、
継ぎ目のない長尺の網状不織布。 - 前記第1の網状フィルムの幹繊維と枝繊維とで形成される開口部の、幹繊維に沿った長さが、前記第2の網状フィルムの幹繊維と枝繊維とで形成される開口部の、幹繊維に沿った長さと同一であり、
前記第1の網状フィルムの幹繊維と枝繊維とで形成される開口部の、枝繊維に沿った長さが、前記第2の網状フィルムの幹繊維と枝繊維とで形成される開口部の、枝繊維に沿った長さと同一である、請求項1に記載の網状不織布。 - 前記第2の網状フィルムのパターンが、前記第1の網状フィルムのパターンに対して、90°もしくは−90°回転したパターンである、請求項1または2に記載の網状不織布。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の網状不織布をロール状に巻回してなる網状不織布巻回体。
- 一軸延伸多層ポリオレフィンフィルムを長さ方向(機械方向)に割繊後、幅方向に拡幅して、長尺の第1の網状フィルムを得る工程と、
多層ポリオレフィンフィルムに、幅方向にスリットを形成した後、幅方向に一軸延伸して、長尺の第2の網状フィルムを得る工程と、
前記第1と前記第2の網状フィルムを継ぎ目なく連続して積層して接着する工程と、
を含む請求項1に記載の網状不織布の製造方法。
