Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1によるハイブリッド車両の構成を示すブロック図である。図1において、このハイブリッド車両は、エンジン1、モータM1,M2、蓄電装置3、動力分割装置10、減速機11、駆動輪12、PCU(Power Control Unit)20、および制御装置25を備える。制御装置25は、ECU(Electronic Control Unit)とも呼ばれる。
この実施の形態2でも、エンジン1の暖機が不十分である上記第1の場合に排気エミッションが増大することに着目して、排気エミッションを減少させる。エンジン1の暖機が不十分であるか否かは、温度検出器2によって検出されたエンジン水温Twが所定温度T1よりも低いか否かに基づいて判別する。
この実施の形態3では、触媒32の浄化率が不十分である上記第2の場合に排気エミッションが増大することに着目して、排気エミッションを減少させる。図4は、実施の形態3によるハイブリッド車両の外部給電モード時の動作を示すフローチャートであって、図2と対比される図である。図4が図2と異なる点は、ステップS1がステップS1Bで置換されている点である。
この実施の形態4でも、触媒32の浄化率が不十分である上記第2の場合に排気エミッションが増大することに着目して、排気エミッションの低減化を図る。触媒浄化率が不十分であるか否かは、触媒床温Tcが所定温度T2よりも低いか否かに基づいて判断する。
この実施の形態5でも、触媒32の浄化率が不十分である上記第2の場合に排気エミッションが増大することに着目して、排気エミッションを減少させる。触媒浄化率が不十分であるか否かは、推定した触媒床温Tceが所定温度T2よりも低いか否かに基づいて判断する。図7は、この発明の実施の形態5によるハイブリッド車両の外部給電モード時の動作を示すフローチャートであって、図2と対比される図である。
この実施の形態6でも、触媒32の浄化率が不十分である上記第2の場合に排気エミッションが増大することに着目して、排気エミッションを減少させる。触媒浄化率が不十分であるか否かは、エンジン1が停止されてから経過した時間である間欠停止時間tiが所定時間t2よりも長いか否かに基づいて判断する。図8は、この発明の実施の形態6によるハイブリッド車両の外部給電モード時の動作を示すフローチャートであって、図2と対比される図である。
この実施の形態7では、エンジン1の負荷が変動する上記第3の場合に排気エミッションが増大することに着目して、排気エミッションを減少させる。図10は、この発明の実施の形態7によるハイブリッド車両の外部給電モード時の動作を示すフローチャートであって、図2と対比される図である。
この実施の形態8では、エンジン1の負荷が上限値P2を越える上記第4の場合に排気エミッションが増大することに着目して、排気エミッションを減少させる。図12は、この発明の実施の形態8によるハイブリッド車両の外部給電モード時の動作を示すフローチャートであって、図2と対比される図である
図12のステップS41において制御装置25は、触媒32の活性化温度、劣化度などに基づいて、排気エミッションを小さくすることが可能なエンジン1の運転負荷の上限値P2を算出し、エンジン1を上限値P2以下の負荷で運転させてモータM1で生成された電力を車両外部に供給させる。

前記エンジンの排気ガスを浄化する触媒と、
前記エンジンによって駆動されて電力を生成するモータと、
充放電が可能な蓄電装置と、
前記モータで生成された電力と前記蓄電装置の電力とのうちの少なくともいずれか一方の電力を車両外部に供給する給電装置と、
前記エンジンおよび前記給電装置を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの排気ガスの浄化状態が不十分か否かを判別し、前記エンジンの排気ガスの浄化状態が不十分である場合は、前記エンジンの排気ガスの浄化状態が十分である場合と比較して、前記モータで生成される電力よりも前記蓄電装置の電力を前記車両外部に優先的に供給させる、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの暖機が不十分か否かを判別することによって前記エンジンの排気ガスの浄化状態が不十分か否かを判別し、前記エンジンの暖機が不十分である場合は、前記エンジンをオフさせた状態で前記蓄電装置の電力を前記車両外部に供給させた後に前記エンジンをオンさせて前記モータで生成された電力を前記車両外部に供給させ、前記エンジンの暖機が十分である場合は、前記エンジンをオンまたはオフさせて前記モータで生成された電力および前記蓄電装置の電力のうちの少なくともいずれか一方の電力を前記車両外部に供給させる、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの冷却水の温度が予め定められた温度よりも低い場合は前記エンジンの暖機は不十分であると判別し、前記エンジンの冷却水の温度が前記予め定められた温度よりも高い場合は前記エンジンの暖機は十分であると判別する、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの暖機が不十分である場合において、前記車両外部への電力供給を開始してから経過した時間が予め定められた時間よりも短いときは前記エンジンをオフさせた状態で前記蓄電装置の電力を前記車両外部に供給させ、前記車両外部への電力供給を開始してから経過した時間が前記予め定められた時間を越えたときは前記エンジンをオンさせて前記モータで生成された電力を前記車両外部に供給させる、請求項2または請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの暖機が不十分か否かを判別することによって前記エンジンの排気ガスの浄化状態が不十分か否かを判別し、前記エンジンの暖機が不十分である場合において、前記蓄電装置の充電量が予め定められた充電量よりも高いときは前記エンジンをオフさせた状態で前記蓄電装置の電力を前記車両外部に供給させ、前記蓄電装置の充電量が前記予め定められた充電量よりも低いときは前記エンジンをオンさせて前記モータで生成された電力を前記車両外部に供給させ、前記エンジンの暖機が十分である場合は、前記エンジンをオンまたはオフさせて前記モータで生成された電力および前記蓄電装置の電力のうちの少なくともいずれか一方の電力を前記車両外部に供給させる、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記触媒の浄化率が不十分か否かを判別することによって前記エンジンの排気ガスの浄化状態が不十分か否かを判別し、前記触媒の浄化率が不十分である場合は、前記エンジンをオフさせた状態で前記蓄電装置の電力を前記車両外部に供給させた後に、前記エンジンをオンさせて前記モータで生成された電力を前記車両外部に供給させ、前記触媒の浄化率が十分である場合は、前記エンジンをオンまたはオフさせて前記モータで生成された電力および前記蓄電装置の電力のうちの少なくともいずれか一方の電力を前記車両外部に供給させる、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記触媒の温度が予め定められた温度よりも低い場合は前記触媒の浄化率は不十分であると判別し、前記触媒の温度が前記予め定められた温度よりも高い場合は前記触媒の浄化率は十分であると判別する、請求項6に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記予め定められた温度は前記触媒の劣化度に応じて上昇する、請求項7に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記触媒の浄化率が不十分である場合において、前記車両外部への電力供給を開始してから経過した時間が予め定められた時間よりも短いときは前記エンジンをオフさせた状態で前記蓄電装置の電力を前記車両外部に供給させ、前記車両外部への電力供給を開始してから経過した時間が前記予め定められた時間を越えたときは前記エンジンをオンさせて前記モータで生成された電力を前記車両外部に供給させる、請求項6から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記触媒の浄化率が不十分か否かを判別することによって前記エンジンの排気ガスの浄化状態が不十分か否かを判別し、前記触媒の浄化率が不十分である場合において、前記蓄電装置の充電量が予め定められた充電量よりも高いときは前記エンジンをオフさせた状態で前記蓄電装置の電力を前記車両外部に供給させ、前記蓄電装置の充電量が前記予め定められた充電量よりも低いときは前記エンジンをオンさせて前記モータで生成された電力を前記車両外部に供給させ、前記触媒の浄化率が十分である場合は、前記エンジンをオンまたはオフさせて前記モータで生成された電力および前記蓄電装置の電力のうちの少なくともいずれか一方の電力を前記車両外部に供給させる、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
