Description
フレキソ印刷で一般に知られているようなコロナ処理を、ウェブ30の記録媒体Sへの付着性を高めるのに用いてもよい。また、この代わりに、ウェブ30を、ポリウレタン又はニトロセルロースの薄い層で処理してもよい。
Claims (4)
- 記録媒体上に印刷する印刷方法であって、
記録媒体の主表面上に画像データに従ってインクを付加するステップと、
放射エネルギーを実質的に透過するウェブを前記記録媒体の主表面に当接させるステップと、
前記ウェブ及び前記記録媒体に対してあらかじめ定められた強度の圧力を加えるステップと、
前記ウェブ及び前記記録媒体に対して放射エネルギーを加えて前記インクを硬化させることにより、前記ウェブを前記記録媒体に付着させるステップと、
を含む印刷方法。 - 請求項1に記載の印刷方法であって、前記インクはUV硬化可能なインクであることを特徴とする印刷方法。
- 請求項1に記載の印刷方法であって、前記インクを付加するステップの後、前記ウェブを前記記録媒体の主表面に当接させるステップの前に、前記インクをあらかじめ定められた温度にするステップを更に含むことを特徴とする印刷方法。
- 請求項1に記載の印刷方法であって、前記圧力を加えるステップは、スプレッダーにより実行されることを特徴とする印刷方法。
