Description
・トラクションに必要な電力及び電気制動により生じる電力が流れる電力段、
・動力要素を制御したり駆動したりするためのエレクトロニクスに給電する低電圧電力供給段、及び
・車両の制動を制御する信号のための流通段を識別することが可能である。
・車輪のパートと、
・パートの各車輪と関連した電子車輪制御モジュールと、
・電子消費モジュールによって制御される電力消費装置と、
・サブシステムを中央電線路から電気的に絶縁することができる過電流保護装置とを有することを特徴とする車両用電気制動システムが提供される。
中央ユニット3は、車両の長手方向移動の管理を行う。この制御ユニット3は、電子車輪制御モジュール23の全てを制御する。中央ユニット3は、車両に要望される全制動力を表す所与の大きさの車両制動制御信号によって起動される車両制動作動モードを有している。制動モードでは、制動制御信号の大きさがどのようなものであれ、中央ユニット3は、回転電気機械に源を発する車輪位置の全ての長手方向力の合計が制動制御信号の上述の大きさの関数であるように電子車輪制御モジュール23の全てを制御する。換言すると、機械式常用ブレーキは存在せず、開示される電気制動システムが、車両の常用ブレーキである。
Claims (9)
- 道路車両用の電気制動システムであって、少なくとも2つの車輪(1)が各々、少なくとも1つの回転電気機械(2)に回転可能に連結され、各前記回転電気機械(2)が、単一の車輪と協働し、少なくとも1つの電子車輪制御モジュール(23)が、同一の車輪の前記回転電気機械を制御し、各前記電子車輪制御モジュールにより、対応する車輪に所定の大きさ及び符号の制御トルクを選択的に加えることができ、前記対応する車輪が前記所定の制御トルクに従って駆動力又は制動力を前記車両に与えるようになっている、電気制動システムにおいて、中央電線路(40)に接続されている少なくとも2つのサブシステム(A,B)を有し、前記サブシステムの各々は、
・前記車輪(1)の一部と、
・前記一部の車輪のうちの各車輪と関連した前記電子車輪制御モジュールと、
・電子消費モジュール(60A,60B)によって制御される電力消費装置と、
・前記サブシステムを前記中央電線路から電気的に絶縁することができる過電流保護装置(41A,41B)とを有し、
前記中央電線路は、第1の電源に接続された第1の部分と、第2の電源に接続された第2の部分とを含み、前記第1及び第2の電源は同じ電圧を供給し、
第1のサブシステムは、第1の部分を介して第1の電源に接続され、
第2のサブシステムは、第2の部分を介して第2の電源に接続され、
前記第1の部分及び第2の部分は、不足電圧状態又は過電流状態において、前記第2の部分から前記第1の部分を電気的に切断する回路によって接続されている、
車両用電気制動システム。 - 4つの車輪を備えた車両の場合、各車輪が、これに専用の前記少なくとも1つの回転電気機械(2)に回転可能に連結されており、前記サブシステムの各々は、前記車輪のうちの2つを有する、請求項1記載の車両用電気制動システム。
- 各前記サブシステムは、前記車両の互いに反対側のコーナ部のところに対角線方向に配置された前記車両の前記車輪を互いにグループ化する、請求項2記載の車両用電気制動システム。
- 前記電力消費装置は、電力消費抵抗器(6)から成る、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の車両用電気制動システム。
- 前記サブシステム(A,B)の各々は、過電流保護装置(41A,41B)によって前記中央電線路(40)に接続され、電気エネルギーを供給する手段が、前記中央電線路(40)に接続されている、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の車両用電気制動システム。
- 電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が、電子再生モジュールによって前記中央電線路(40)に接続されている、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の車両用電気制動システム。
- 環境から隔離されていて、前記車両の外部との電力の交換を行わない自蔵式電気系統を形成している、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の車両用電気制動システム。
- 車両の長手方向変位の管理を保証する中央ユニット(3)を有し、前記中央ユニット(3)は、前記電子車輪制御モジュール(23)の全てを制御し、前記中央ユニット(3)は、前記車両に所望される全制動力を表す所与の大きさの車両制動制御信号によって作動する車両制動作動モードを有し、制動作動モードでは、制動制御信号の大きさがどのようなものであれ、前記中央ユニット(3)は、前記回転電気機械に源を発する前記車輪(1)の全ての長手方向力の合計が制動制御信号の前記大きさの関数であるように前記電子車輪制御モジュール(23)の全てを制御する、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の車両用電気制動システム。
