Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a mud removal method and an extraction device that can efficiently separate, take out, and dehydrate mud from muddy water.
Various dehydration methods are known for removing mud from the mud to purify the mud and dewatering the mud to reduce the weight of the mud.
As a dewatering method of muddy water, for example, the muddy water is stored in a bag-shaped filter material, and a method using a compression method that removes moisture from the muddy water by compressing the muddy water with a press device or the like, winding the filter material around the drum, Rotating the drum with the lower half of the drum immersed in muddy water, drying the muddy water at the exposed part in the air, peeling the dried mud from the drum surface, inside the storage tank containing sludge The suction pipe is placed in the suction pipe, the water in the sludge is filtered and sucked from the suction pipe to dehydrate the sludge, and the dehydrated sludge is dropped to the bottom of the container and carried out of the container, or the sludge in the storage tank is removed. There is a dehydration method that removes and removes sludge adhering to the suction pipe.
There is also known an invention of a dehydrating apparatus that dehydrates sludge and then sends air to the suction pipe to separate the solidified sludge after dehydration from the suction pipe and easily discharge the dewatered sludge from the dehydrating apparatus.
However, dehydrating muddy water with a press device requires a large amount of power, and it is difficult to carry a large press device near rivers and swamps and to secure a large amount of power there.
In the drum type, it is necessary to increase the surface area of the drum in order to increase the processing capacity, but there is a problem that the diameter of the drum increases and the apparatus becomes very large. Also, it was not possible to carry the drums to the work site, and it was necessary to transport the muddy water to the dehydrator.
In the case of the dehydration method using the suction pipe, if the attached mud is dropped to the bottom of the storage tank and taken out, the moisture content of the mud cannot be lowered. It was very expensive.
When peeling material is piled on the outer surface of the panel, mud is attached to the panel, air is blown into the panel, and when the peeling material is spread outward and the mud is peeled off the panel, the upper and lower ends of the panel are separated from the panel. Since the material was attached, it was difficult to fall with mud attached.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and an apparatus for removing mud that separates and removes mud from the mud and efficiently dehydrates it to a low water content so that the mud is easily solidified. .
In order to solve the above-described object, the present invention has constituted a mud taking-out method and its taking-out apparatus as follows.
1. The inside of the filtration panel immersed in the muddy water is formed at a negative pressure, moisture is introduced into the inside of the filtration panel by the negative pressure, the mud filtered from the muddy water is attached to the surface of the filtration panel, and the filtration panel is The mud was taken out of the muddy water by pulling it up from the muddy water.
The filter panel is appropriately lifted from the muddy water when the mud adheres to the panel surface and the water suction amount and the mud adhesion amount are reduced to some extent.
The mud can be removed from the filter panel immediately after being pulled up from the mud, or it can be further sucked in the air to suck the moisture contained in the mud, and let the air pass through the mud to reach a predetermined moisture content. You may remove after reducing.
2. It was decided to form fine bubbles in the muddy water. The fine bubbles are also called microbubbles, and are bubbles having a diameter of about several μm. Such fine bubbles do not float in the muddy water and have a property of staying in the muddy water for a long time. Muddy water having fine bubbles has a small specific gravity and can be easily sucked, and a passage is formed by bubbles mixed in the mud, and even if the amount of attached mud increases, mud permeability does not extremely decrease.
3. It was decided to apply ultrasonic vibration to a filtration panel or a storage container storing muddy water. The vibration direction of the ultrasonic waves may be a direction parallel to the filtration panel, a direction perpendicular to the filter panel, or an oblique direction. The magnitude, amplitude, and the like of the vibration to be applied are set so that mud does not adhere to the surface of the filtration panel in the form of a film while absorbing water.
By applying ultrasonic vibration to the filtration panel or storage container containing muddy water, mud soil sucked into the filtration panel does not adhere to the surface and is returned to the muddy water, so that the filtration panel does not clog. Can absorb water from muddy water until low moisture content. The application of ultrasonic vibration can be stopped after a predetermined time has elapsed, and then the mud can be efficiently attached to the surface of the filtration panel by the negative pressure in the filtration panel.
4. After pulling up the filter panel from muddy water, negative pressure is continuously formed inside the filter panel for a predetermined time, then air is sent into the filter panel, and the air is moved outside by the air to filter The mud was dropped from the surface of the panel. By continuing the negative pressure, the water of the muddy water can be sucked, and the air can be passed through the mud and dried.
As a means for moving the surface of the filtration panel outward, a cloth-like release material is provided on the surface of the filtration panel, and the inside of the release material is expanded by the air pressure supplied to the inside.
5. A filtration structure that filters mud from muddy water on the surface, a filtration panel that has a passage inside the filtration structure, and a filtration panel that is connected to the passage of the filtration panel and that is immersed in muddy water by applying negative pressure in the passage The mud take-out device was composed of a suction device for adhering mud on the surface of the panel and a drive device for lifting the filtration panel from the mud.
As a filtration structure, a fine hole may be provided in the panel body of the filtration panel, or a filtration material having filtration performance may be provided on the surface. The filter panel is preferably plate-shaped, and, for example, a plurality of filter panels are installed in parallel. The filtration panel is not limited to a flat shape, and the filtration panel may be formed in a cylindrical shape.
The suction device can suck both moisture and air, and can suck only moisture or only air. Further, the connection and operation of the piping may be changed, and air may be pumped to the filtration panel using a suction device.
The drive device has a function of immersing the filter panel in the muddy water or pulling it up from the muddy water and moving the filter panel to a predetermined position. The drive device is, for example, a device such as a crane or a forklift.
6. The passage of the filtration panel was formed along the vertical direction, and a suction device was connected to the lower end of the filtration panel. When the filter panel is pulled up into the air, water accumulates at the bottom of the filter panel. By connecting a suction device to the lower end of the filtration panel, the water in the lower part can be completely sucked and discharged out of the filtration panel.
7. The filtration panel has a release material on the surface of the panel body that expands when the air is supplied into the passage, and the edge of the release material expands when the air is supplied to separate the release material from the surface of the panel body. A separation member was provided.
The spacing member is, for example, a cloth member that is formed into a cylindrical shape when inflated. The spacing member is not limited to being made of cloth, and may be formed of a nonwoven fabric, a polymer material, or the like.
The release material is made of a cloth member having a low air permeability, and expands when air is supplied to the inside, and the mud adhering to the surface of the filtration panel is pulled away from the panel body and dropped. The release material may also be used as a filter material for filtering mud from muddy water. The release material is not limited to cloth, but may be formed of a nonwoven fabric or a polymer material. Further, if mud adheres to the surface of the release material and the inside expands by air supply, the release material may be formed of a member having air permeability.
The air supply to the inside of the filtration panel may be performed by switching the connection to the pressure feeding device or by reversing the suction device.
8. Connect a pressure-feeding device that feeds air into the passage above the filtration panel, connect a suction device that forms negative pressure inside the passage below the filtration panel, and operate both the pressure-feeding device and the suction device to release the release material. The inside of was expanded.
9 The muddy water temperature was raised and water was absorbed from the heated muddy water. As a method for increasing the temperature of muddy water, it is conceivable to use waste heat or the like.
According to the method for removing mud according to the present invention, when the inside of the filtration panel put into the mud is formed at a negative pressure by a suction device or the like, moisture is sucked through the filtration panel, and the filtered mud is simultaneously filtered on the surface of the filtration panel. To be attached to. And by pulling up the filtration panel from the mud and keeping the internal negative pressure state continuously, the moisture of the mud is sucked, and the mud attached to the surface of the filtration panel is removed by air passing through the mud. Can be dried. In addition, by pulling up and sucking the filtration panel from the mud water, atmospheric pressure acts on the outer surface of the mud and the effect of squeezing the mud is also obtained.
The dried mud can be easily dropped from the filter panel by blowing air from the inside.
In addition, mud can be removed directly from swamps. A plurality of filtration panels are provided in parallel, and a large amount of mud can be removed at a time.
Since the inside of the filter panel is sucked in the air, the mud can be further dried. Even during drying in the air, since the air is sucked into the inside of the filter panel, it is possible to prevent the odor from being emitted from the mud.
When a suction device is connected to the lower part of the filtration panel, muddy water can be sucked efficiently without leaving moisture in the filtration panel.
Since the release material is greatly separated from the surface of the panel main body at the upper and lower ends of the filtration panel, mud is surely dropped from the filtration panel and does not remain.
By forming the fine bubbles in the muddy water, a gap is formed in the mud adhering to the filtration panel, and the water permeability is improved. Accordingly, the water absorption is improved and the amount of mud adhered is increased.
By applying ultrasonic vibration to the filtration panel or the storage container containing the muddy water, mud soil does not adhere to the surface, so that the occurrence of clogging of the filtration panel can be reduced. Moisture can be easily sucked from the muddy water, and the water content of the muddy water can be greatly reduced. After that, the ultrasonic vibration is stopped and suctioned, so that mud can be efficiently attached to the filter panel.
In addition, by applying ultrasonic vibration, fine bubbles can be generated in the muddy water. Further, the occurrence of cavitation causes a large pressure fluctuation in the muddy water, and high water absorption efficiency is obtained.
A pressure feeding device is connected to the upper end of the filtration panel, a suction device is connected to the lower end, and air is fed from the pressure feeding device while continuing suction from the suction device to expand the inside of the release material. Even if water remains in the lower part of the panel, the water is sucked in, so that the filtered water does not flow backward, and the remaining water is not blown outward by air supply to the filter panel.
Since the temperature of the muddy water is raised, the fluidity of the muddy water is improved, workability is improved, and high water absorption efficiency is obtained. Moreover, mud can be dried more because a water | moisture content evaporates in air.
A method and an apparatus for removing mud according to the present invention will be described.
The take-out device 2 includes a

As shown in FIG. 2, the
The

Each of the

Further, the

The drive device only needs to have a lifting function for lifting the
Next, the operation of the take-out device 2 will be described.
The muddy water is stored in the
When the amount of water discharged from the dehydrating
The
When the
The mud dropped from the filter panel has a low moisture content and can be easily transported, and it can be easily used or processed into other things.
Another example of the take-out device will be described.
Microbubbles are formed in the muddy water stored in the
Furthermore, another example will be described.
An ultrasonic vibrator (not shown) is attached to the
Due to the ultrasonic vibration, mud does not adhere to the surface of the
Further, by applying ultrasonic vibration, fine bubbles can be generated in the muddy water. Further, the occurrence of cavitation can cause a large pressure fluctuation in the muddy water, and high water absorption efficiency can be obtained.
Further, when the temperature of the muddy water is increased using waste heat or the like, the fluidity of the muddy water is improved, workability is improved, and high water absorption efficiency is obtained. Moreover, mud can be dried more because a water | moisture content evaporates in air.
