Description
The present invention is an apparatus for use in a construction in which a buried pipe such as a vinyl chloride pipe is buried between a start shaft and a destination shaft that have been excavated in advance, and rotates a small-diameter leading conduit or an auger screw. The present invention relates to a device for propelling buried pipes and propelling buried pipes.
In the construction of embedding sewage pipes or the like in the ground, it is known that after excavating a position to be buried, sewage pipes are arranged with a predetermined gradient and the excavated portion is backfilled. However, on roads with heavy traffic, long-term construction hindered traffic, causing inconvenience to neighboring residents and passers-by. Therefore, recently, after surveying the place where the sewage pipe etc. should be buried, a shaft is provided in advance at the start point and end point of the buried position, and from the start point shaft (this is called the start shaft) to the end shaft (this is the destination shaft) The construction method that promotes the underground toward the) is adopted.
In the above prior arts, two hydraulic cylinders of the same type that both expand and contract at the same time are provided, and they are arranged symmetrically around the position where the buried pipe to be propelled is mounted. However, since the propulsion device is installed in the starting shaft and works in a limited space, the hydraulic cylinder cannot be made large, and as a result, a relatively small hydraulic cylinder with a shortened stretchable stroke length is used. By repeating the expansion and contraction a plurality of times, the predetermined length is promoted.
For this purpose, the hydraulic cylinder is mounted on the pushing table, and a clamp is provided at the tip of the piston part of the cylinder so that it can be locked to and released from the rail of the base. The first stage of propulsion is performed by extending the cylinder after being locked to the base rail by, and the clamp is moved to the pushing base by releasing the lock at the tip of the piston and contracting the cylinder. The tip of the piston is re-engaged with the base rail, the cylinder is extended, and the second stage propulsion is performed, and the desired stroke length is propelled by the second or third stage propulsion.
However, in the device that is propelled in a plurality of times as described above, each time the propulsion is completed, the piston portion is released from being locked by the clamp and moved to the vicinity of the pushing table that has moved the piston tip. As a result, reliable propulsion can be realized, but it takes time to reach the desired stroke. Therefore, a propulsion device that can achieve a desired stroke propulsion by a single cylinder operation has been desired. On the other hand, in order to realize a desired stroke propulsion by a single cylinder operation, it is devised that a large hydraulic cylinder is used. As described above, the propulsion device operated within the limited start shaft is large. It was virtually impossible to use a hydraulic cylinder.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned various points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a buried pipe propulsion device capable of realizing a desired stroke propulsion by a single cylinder operation in a small device. .
Therefore, the present invention provides a base rail provided on the base, a slide portion mounted so as to be movable back and forth along the base rail, a propulsion rail provided on the slide portion, and along the rail. A propulsion unit provided so as to be able to advance and retreat, a first actuator interposed between the base and the slide unit, and a second actuator interposed between the slide unit and the propulsion unit, The embedded pipe propulsion device, wherein the base rail and the propulsion rail are arranged in parallel, and the second actuator is a second actuator having its main body portion being passed through the propulsion portion. Is the gist.
Since it is such a configuration, by operating the first actuator, the slide part can be advanced and retracted along the base rail, and by operating the second actuator, the propulsion part along the propulsion rail Will be able to advance and retreat. Therefore, when the propulsion unit is moved forward, it can be moved within the range where both the first and second actuators are operated with reference to the base, and when moving backward, the actuator is operated by operating both actuators. It can be restored.
In the above invention, the base rail can be constituted by two parallel rails with the reference surfaces facing upward on both sides of the region where the propulsion unit should advance and retreat. It can be composed of two sliding contact portions that are individually slidably contacted with the surface, and a slide main body that is arranged in the middle of both slidable contact portions and continues the slidable contact portions. About an actuator, it can be set as the structure installed in the sliding contact part of the said slide part above the reference plane of the said base rail. With such a configuration, when the first actuator applies a driving force in the forward / backward direction to the sliding contact portion of the slide portion, the forward / backward direction is regulated by the two parallel base rails. The Rukoto.
Further, in the above invention, the slide body can be continuously provided near the rear end of the sliding contact portion and can be further extended rearward. The sliding contact portion is mutually connected with respect to the propulsion rail. It can be set as the structure formed in the position which opposes. With such a configuration, the propulsion unit can be disposed in the vicinity of the rear portion of the base in a state where the first and second actuators are contracted. Further, since the propulsion rail can be provided close to the base rail, the reaction force acting on the slide portion can be distributed to the base rail when the propulsion unit is advanced or retracted.
Furthermore, in the said invention, about the said base, it can be set as the structure which has a bottom rail parallel to this base rail inside and below the said base rail comprised by two, About the said slide part When the sliding contact portion is in sliding contact with the reference surface of the base rail, the lower end edge of the slide main body can be configured to contact the bottom rail. By setting it as such a structure, a slide contact part will be controlled by a base rail, a slide main body will be controlled by a bottom part rail, and the attitude | position of a slide part can be stabilized.
Further, according to the present invention, in the embedded pipe propulsion device in which the propulsion unit that moves forward and backward on the base supports the end portion of the embedded pipe and rotatably supports the leading conduit or the auger screw, the propulsion unit moves forward and backward. Two base rails provided on the base separately on both sides of the region to be formed, a slide portion mounted so as to be able to advance and retreat along the base rail, and an intermediate between the slide portion and the base A propelling rail provided on the slide portion to restrict the advancing / retreating direction of the propelling portion when the propelling portion is advanced and retracted from the slide portion as a starting point, and the base At least one bottom rail provided at the bottom of the base rail and a second actuator interposed between the slide portion and the propulsion portion, and the slide Is a slide part that is arranged so that the lower part thereof is in sliding contact with the bottom rail, holds the main body part of the first actuator, and is connected to the operation part of the second actuator. The buried pipe propulsion device is also summarized.
Since it is such a structure, since a slide part is controlled by the base rail in the both sides and lower part of the area | region where a propulsion part should advance and retreat, it can maintain the positional relationship closely related with a base, Can serve as a standard for promotion. Since the slide portion holds the main body portion of the first actuator, the operation portion is fixedly connected to the base so that the slide portion can be advanced and retracted by the operation of the actuator. Further, the operating portion of the second actuator is fixedly connected to the slide portion, so that when the second actuator is operated, the propelling portion can be advanced and retracted based on the slide portion.
In the above invention, with respect to the second actuator, of the front surface of the propulsion unit, two actuators are arranged symmetrically around a position where the buried pipe, the leading conduit or the auger screw should be supported, and the main body It can be set as the structure provided so that may penetrate the propulsion part. With such a configuration, first, when the propulsion unit is advanced by the second actuator, the driving force to be applied to the buried pipe or the like can be equally borne. Therefore, the reaction force against the slide portion that functions as a reference for propulsion also acts equally. Further, since the main body portion of the actuator penetrates the propulsion portion, the propulsion portion can be brought close to the slide portion when the actuator is contracted. In addition, the actuator can be designed with the length of the actuator overlapped by the thickness of the propulsion unit in the advancing / retreating direction, so that the dead space caused by using the second actuator can be reduced.
Further, in the above invention, the base rail can be composed of two parallel pieces arranged with reference surfaces facing upward on both sides of the region where the propulsion unit should advance and retreat. Two sliding contact portions that are individually slidably contacted with the reference surface of the base rail, and arranged between the two slidable contact portions to make the slidable contact portions continuous, and the lower end is slidably contacted on the bottom rail. In addition, the first actuator may be configured to be laterally provided on the sliding contact portion of the slide portion above the reference surface of the base rail. With such a configuration, the slide portion can be advanced and retracted faithfully along the slide rail at the base rail and the slide body along the bottom rail.
Furthermore, in the above invention, the slide main body can be continuously provided in the vicinity of the rear end of the sliding contact portion and can be configured to project further rearward. It can be set as the structure formed in the position which opposes. With such a configuration, the propulsion unit can be moved back to the vicinity of the rear portion of the base in a state where the first actuator is contracted. Further, since the propulsion rail is formed in the sliding contact portion of the slide portion, the reaction force acting on the propulsion portion during propulsion can be distributed to the base via the base rail.
The first actuator is arranged so that its axis is at the same height as the position where the buried pipe, the leading conduit or the auger screw should be supported, and the propulsion rail has the center line of the first actuator. By forming the actuator so that it is at the same height as the axial center of the actuator, when driving only the first actuator and applying propulsive force, the two actuators on both sides evenly distribute the driving force that should act on the buried pipe etc. It will be borne. The reaction force generated when propelling directly acts on the slide part, but the force for supporting the slide part is efficiently achieved by the first actuator acting in the direction parallel to the propulsion rail. Will be granted.
According to the present invention, by operating the first actuator and the second actuator simultaneously or sequentially, the slide part moves forward along the base rail, and the propulsion part moves along the propulsion rail of the slide part. The propulsion unit that supports the embedded pipe or the auger screw can be advanced to a predetermined position by moving forward. Thereby, the propulsion of the desired stroke is realized. Each of these actuators can be operated by one operation.
Further, according to the present invention, even when the propulsion unit is moved backward after propulsion of the buried pipe or the like, it can be realized by a single operation. That is, by contracting the first and second actuators, the propulsion unit moves back to a predetermined position along the propulsion rail of the slide unit, and the slide unit moves back to a predetermined position along the base rail. As a result of combining the two types of retreat, the original state can be restored.
Furthermore, in the invention in which the bottom rail is formed at the bottom of the base, the posture of the most unstable slide part located between the base and the propulsion part can be stabilized. That is, since the base is installed in the start shaft, the position thereof is stabilized, and the propulsion unit is regulated in posture by press-fitting a buried pipe or an auger screw to be supported into the ground. The slide part is located between the base and the propulsion part, and may become unstable due to the propulsive force and reaction force received from both, but the bottom rail regulates the slide at a position away from the base rail and the propulsion rail. The posture of the part is stabilized.
In addition, by providing the second actuator so that it is symmetrical about the position where the buried pipe is supported, the propulsive force when the propulsion unit propels the buried pipe etc. is evenly applied by the second actuator. Will be. In addition, by continuously configuring the slide body near the rear end of the sliding contact portion where the first actuator is provided, the slide portion can be retracted to the vicinity of the rear end of the base. The propulsion unit can be advanced with the vicinity of the rear end of the base as a base point, and the movement distance of the propulsion unit is increased. Thereby, propulsion of a desired stroke can be realized even though the propulsion device is small.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the buried pipe propulsion device of the present embodiment is composed of a
The
Here, as shown in FIG. 2,
Further, as described above, the sliding
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Further, on both sides of the lower end of the slide
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The
Next, the operation | movement aspect of this embodiment is demonstrated. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an outline of the advance and retreat of the
When the first
Subsequently, by extending the second
By moving the second
Next, the tip conduit 4 and the like are disconnected from the
Thereafter, the
In the present embodiment, as described above, the first
Although the configuration and operation mode of the present embodiment are as described above, various modes can be taken without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the first
In the above embodiment, a hydraulic cylinder is used, but other actuators may be used. In this embodiment, the
Further, since the
In the above embodiment, since the
Further, in the present embodiment, the positional relationship between the propulsion rails 71 and 72 is not described in detail. However, when the
