Description
(2)フレアの肉厚の最大値が鋼管母材の肉厚の1.15倍以上であることを特徴とする上記(1)記載のフレア付き鋼管。
(3) フレアのビッカース硬度が鋼管母材のビッカース硬度の1.15倍以上であることを特徴とする上記(1)又は(2)記載のフレア付き鋼管。
(4)上記(1)〜(3)の何れか1項に記載のフレア付き鋼管からなる鋼管継手であって、少なくとも一対のフレア付き鋼管のフレアに複数のボルト穴を設け、該ボルト穴を対向させてボルト及びナットで接合したことを特徴とする鋼管継手。
(5)上記(1)〜(3)の何れか1項に記載のフレア付き鋼管からなる鋼管継手であって、少なくとも一対のフレア付き鋼管のフレア同士が当接され、該フレアに対向する位置に設けられた複数のボルト穴を有し、前記ボルト穴にボルトが挿通され、該ボルトがナットで締結されたことを特徴とする鋼管継手。
(6)当接されたフレア同士の間にシール材を介在させたことを特徴とする上記(5)記載の鋼管継手。
(7)上記(1)〜(3)の何れか1項に記載のフレア付き鋼管のフレアに、切り込み及び切り込み端部の曲げ部からなる掘削羽根を設けたことを特徴とする鋼管杭。
(8)下に曲げた切り込み端部の外周側先端部の平面形状が鈍角であることを特徴とする上記(7)記載の鋼管杭。
(9)上記(1)〜(3)の何れか1項に記載のフレア付き鋼管の製造方法であって、鋼管素材端部からの被加工部の軸方向の長さが、加工後のフレアの内端から外端周縁までの半径方向の長さの1.6〜2.7倍であることを特徴とするフレア付き鋼管の製造方法。

Claims (9)
- 鋼管母材と一体であり、塑性加工組織を有する鍔状のフレアを鋼管素材のローラ加工により該鋼管母材の一端又は両端に設けたフレア付き鋼管において、前記鋼管母材の外径が60〜400mmであり、前記フレアの幅が40mm以上であり、鋼管母材側のフレアを設けた側の端面から鋼管の軸方向に0〜20mmの位置において、鋼管母材の外径の0.95〜0.70倍の外径のくびれ部が形成されていることを特徴とするフレア付き鋼管。
- フレアの肉厚の最大値が鋼管母材の肉厚の1.15倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフレア付き鋼管。
- フレアのビッカース硬度が鋼管母材のビッカース硬度の1.15倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のフレア付き鋼管。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のフレア付き鋼管のフレアに、アンカーボルトを挿通するボルト挿通孔を設けたことを特徴とする鋼管柱。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のフレア付き鋼管からなる鋼管継手であって、少なくとも一対のフレア付き鋼管のフレア同士が当接され、該フレアに対向する位置に設けられた複数のボルト穴を有し、前記ボルト穴にボルトが挿通され、該ボルトがナットで締結されたことを特徴とする鋼管継手。
- 当接されたフレア同士の間にシール材を介在させたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の鋼管継手。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のフレア付き鋼管のフレアに、切り込み及び切り込み端部の曲げ部からなる掘削羽根を設けたことを特徴とする鋼管杭。
- 下に曲げた切り込み端部の外周側先端部の平面形状が鈍角であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の鋼管杭。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のフレア付き鋼管の製造方法であって、鋼管素材端部からの被加工部の軸方向の長さが、加工後のフレアの内端から外端周縁までの半径方向の長さの1.6〜2.7倍であることを特徴とするフレア付き鋼管の製造方法。
