【The invention's effect】
The present invention is as described above, and in the steel pipe soil cement pile according to the present invention, at least in the range where the bending stress acts, the inside of the steel pipe is filled with the soil cement of rich composition from the outside, so that the inside of the steel pipe is filled. Since a solid cement hardened body with high strength (high compressive strength) is formed, even when a thin steel pipe is used as a steel pipe, it is as high as when a thick steel pipe is used. It can be said that it is a steel pipe soil cement pile that not only has a bearing capacity but also can sufficiently withstand a large bending stress acting during an earthquake.
[0054]
Further, when the outer surface portion of the steel pipe is filled with a rich blend of soil cement, the steel pipe performance and the earthquake resistance are further enhanced. In addition, since it is filled with soil cement richer than other parts only at least in the range where bending stress acts, not only can the solidified material be wasted, but it can be a very economical steel pipe soil cement pile, as well as drilling The generated soil can be reduced as much as possible.
[0055]
According to the method and apparatus for constructing a steel pipe soil cement pile according to the present invention, a soil cement pillar can be constructed very efficiently, and particularly in a range where bending stress acts, a rich mixture is formed inside the steel pipe from the outside. Therefore, the steel pipe soil cement pile can be easily constructed.
[0056]
In general, axial force mainly acts on support piles installed in the ground, but in the event of an earthquake, a large bending stress may act on the top of the pile in addition to the axial force. May act even in areas where the formation changes from a soft formation to a high-quality formation in the ground, and in the ground that may cause liquefaction, it acts over the entire length of the pile due to lateral flow due to liquefaction. Sometimes.
[0057]
In this way, when a large bending stress is applied in addition to the axial force, at least within the range in which the bending stress acts, the soil cement inside the steel pipe is mixed with a rich compound containing a higher concentration of soil cement than the outside. It is desirable to use steel pipe soil cement piles.
