Description
Claims (3)
- a)基板と、
b)前記基板上に形成され、該基板に垂直なレーザ光白色ビームを放射するための1または複数の個々に制御可能なレーザ光画素と、
を備え、
前記1または複数の個々に制御可能なレーザ光画素の各々は1または複数の有機発光ダイオード(OLED)と、前記1または複数のOLEDにより光学的にポンピングされるように配列された複数の有機垂直空洞式レーザとを含み、
前記複数の有機垂直空洞式レーザはそれぞれ相異なる色の光を放射し、前記1または複数の個々に制御可能な発光画素は、前記異なる色の光が結合されると、白色光を放射する、白色光レーザ一体化構造。 - a)基板と、
b)前記基板上に形成され、該基板に垂直なレーザ光白色ビームを放射するための1または複数の個々に制御可能なレーザ光画素と、
を備え、
前記1または複数の個々に制御可能なレーザ光画素の各々は1または複数の有機発光ダイオード(OLED)と、1辺の長さが前記1辺と直交する辺の長さと異なる形状を有し、偏光を生成する、前記1または複数のOLEDにより光学的にポンピングされるように配列された複数の有機垂直空洞式レーザとを含み、
前記複数の有機垂直空洞式レーザはそれぞれ相異なる色の光を放射し、前記1または複数の個々に制御可能なレーザ光画素は、前記異なる色の光が結合されると、白色光を放射する、偏光白色光レーザ。 - a)基板を提供する工程と、
b)前記基板上に、1または複数の個々に制御可能なレーザ光画素を形成する工程と、
を含み、
前記1または複数の個々に制御可能なレーザ光画素の各々は1または複数の有機発光ダイオード(OLED)と、複数の空間的に分配された有機垂直空洞式レーザとを含み、前記複数の空間的に分配された有機垂直空洞式レーザから放射された複数のそれぞれ相異なる色の光から前記基板に垂直なレーザ光の白色ビームが放射される、白色光レーザを作製するための方法。
