Description
The present invention is used when fastening a fastener to a heat insulating plate material, prevents condensation by increasing the heat insulating effect and suppressing the occurrence of the heat bridge phenomenon, and also increases the holding strength against the heat insulating plate material to enhance the wind pressure resistance effect, The present invention relates to a heat insulating washer and a heat insulating structure that can cope with repeated vibrations and distortion caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
In the past, heat insulation has been applied to the walls and roofs of buildings in cold regions, and various measures have been made to keep the interior warm. Due to the influence, there is a problem of the heat bridge phenomenon. This heat bridge phenomenon refers to a phenomenon in which heat flows in and out from a part of the heat-insulated building roof or outer wall, etc., where there is an object or condition that easily transfers heat, such as condensation or It causes frost formation. For example, with respect to heat insulation of the roof, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 18, the
By the way, conventionally, a washer for the purpose of increasing the contact strength with respect to waterproofing or a building material such as a heat insulating plate material or a wall material has been proposed. For example, regarding a washer for waterproofing, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-32219 proposes a waterproof washer for fasteners that prevents intrusion of rainwater from screw hole portions when fastening fasteners used for connecting structural members and the like. (Patent Document 1).
In addition, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-177665 discloses a washer for the purpose of preventing heat insulation deterioration and condensation from occurring due to the fastener forming a heat bridge. And a washer made of resin having a cylindrical space that opens upward and can be filled with a heat insulating material has been proposed (Patent Document 2).
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-261044 discloses a washer intended to increase the contact strength with a building material such as a heat insulating plate or wall material, and has a flange extending in the vertical direction of the fastener, and has a non-slip property. A fastener assembly for a roof covering material including a washer having a disc shape as a whole, in which pins are arranged in the flange portion, has been proposed. The force generated on the lower surface of the fastener head when the fastener is fastened is transmitted to the disk-shaped washer and concentrated on the outer lower corner of the contact pad. Further, the non-slip pin is disposed on the flange portion. The strength is ensured (Patent Document 3).
Furthermore, in a structure for joining a heat insulating material, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-73807 proposes a seat plate having a hole in a flange for temporarily fixing the heat insulating material to a plywood panel (Patent Document 4). ).
However, the washer according to the device described in
On the other hand, the washer constituting the device described in
Further, in the washer constituting the invention described in
Since the washer constituting the invention has a complicated structure, the hub is extended downward in order to ensure the capacity or depth of the washer head, and the counter recess, the center hole, the slot, Is formed below the disk, there is a problem that the load on the base portion of the hub is increased and the disk becomes weak against bending, which is contrary to the object of the present invention.
Furthermore, in the seat plate which concerns on the device described in the said
The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and can be insulated and waterproofed without adopting a complicated configuration, effectively suppressing the occurrence of condensation, and easily and inexpensively. The installation work is extremely simple, the aesthetics when installed are simple and uniform, and the wind pressure resistance effect is increased by increasing the holding strength against the heat insulating plate material, and it is resistant to strain due to repeated vibration and thermal expansion and contraction. It is an object of the present invention to provide a heat insulating washer that can cope with the above and a heat insulating structure using the same.
A first feature of the heat insulating washer according to the present invention is a heat insulating washer made of a metal material, and has an insertion hole through which a fastener formed in a substantially central portion is inserted, and has the insertion hole in the bottom portion. A concave hollow housing portion that accommodates the head portion of the fastener inserted through the hole and has a capacity for filling the heat insulating material for filling, and an upper edge portion of the hollow housing portion is substantially perpendicular to the hollow housing portion. And having a flange portion formed with a plurality of flange heat conduction reducing holes and having a diameter that is twice or more the inner diameter of the hollow housing portion.
In the present invention, it is preferable to form a plurality of side heat conduction reducing holes on the side surface of the hollow housing portion.
On the other hand, the second feature of the heat insulating washer according to the present invention is a heat insulating washer made of a metal material, and has an insertion hole through which a fastener formed in a substantially central portion is inserted, and the insertion hole at the bottom. A concave hollow housing portion that accommodates the head of the fastener inserted through the insertion hole and has a capacity for filling the filling heat insulating material, and the hollow housing portion is substantially the same as the hollow housing portion at the upper edge portion of the hollow housing portion. The flange portion is formed so as to be vertical and has a diameter that is 2 to 5 times the inner peripheral diameter and height of the hollow housing portion.
In the present invention, the fixing strength is preferably 5,000 N / m 2 or more.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the hollow housing portion is provided with a fastener head housing portion formed by extending a peripheral edge portion of the insertion hole downward so as to accommodate the head portion of the fastener. It is preferable that a heat insulating part is provided on a surface where the part housing part and the fastener head are in contact with each other.
The heat insulating structure according to the present invention is characterized by a heat insulating structure in which a plurality of heat insulating plate members are connected to form a roof or a wall, and a washer insertion hole is formed on the surface of the heat insulating plate member. Embedded in the hollow housing part of the heat insulating washer of the present invention, the fastener is inserted through the insertion hole formed in the bottom of the hollow housing part to fix the heat insulating plate, and to cover the fastener head The point is that the hollow housing portion is filled with a heat insulating material for filling.
According to the washer for heat insulation and the heat insulation structure using the same according to the present invention, it is possible to insulate and waterproof without adopting a complicated configuration, effectively suppress the occurrence of condensation, and easily and inexpensively manufacture. The installation work is extremely simple, the aesthetics of the installation is simple and uniform, increases the holding strength against the heat insulating plate material and provides a wind pressure resistance effect, and can cope with strain caused by repeated vibration and thermal expansion and contraction. be able to.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a
The
The term “heat insulation” as used in the present invention refers to making heat difficult to transfer in addition to blocking heat. For example, in this embodiment, making heat difficult to transmit to the extent that condensation can be suppressed. Say. In addition, “waterproof” is used in a broad sense, and prevents water and liquids from entering, infiltrating, or penetrating water, such as rain or snowmelt water, and preventing water and liquids from getting wet. Including prevention.
Moreover, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4, 5, 7, and 8, the
Hereinafter, each component part of the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the
The hollow
In the present embodiment, the inner
In addition, the shape of the
As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of side heat
Furthermore, in order to further improve the heat insulation effect, a
As for the heat insulating coating 73a, a suitable heat insulating coating 73a is formed by using a urethane resin in the present embodiment, but may be formed using other resins as long as the same effect can be obtained. Alternatively, it may be formed using a substance such as a gel or a solid.
On the other hand, regarding the heat insulating packing 73b, in this embodiment, vinyl chloride resin is used as a material, the shape is substantially circular, the insertion hole of the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 1, the
The material for the
Moreover, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the
Below, embodiment of the
The
In the present embodiment, the
Hereinafter, each component will be described in more detail. The
The
Moreover, the
In addition, in order to insulate and waterproof the joint surface of the adjacent heat insulating board |
Next, the operation of the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the
On the other hand, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the
Furthermore, since the side wall heat
In addition, as shown in FIG. 9, the plurality of heat insulating
In addition, in this embodiment, since the example which constructs the

Next, a measurement test was performed on the fixing strength when the heat insulating washer according to the present invention was actually used as a fixing member on the deck plate. As test pieces, in addition to the

As the
As a result of the above test, the strength per fixed place was 1,400N. The fixed strength per 1 m 2 (superscript) is obtained from the formula (strength per 1 place) × (4 places) / (area 1.08 m 2 ), and the fixed strength per 1 m 2 in this example. Was 5,185 N / m 2 .
[Comparative Example 1]
In order to measure the fixing strength of the conventional flat washer, as shown in FIG. 15, the rigid urethane foam heat insulating material was fixed at four locations using the flat washer, the deck plate and the screw, and the tensile test was performed. went. The flat washer used was an HT washer having an outer diameter of 60 mm and a hole diameter of 7 mm. Further, the hard urethane foam heat insulating material having a thickness of 25 mm was used, and the same deck plate and screws as those in the present embodiment were used. Moreover, the tensile test and the measurement were also performed on the same conditions as a present Example. As a result of the test of Comparative Example 2, the strength per fixed portion was 853 N, and the fixed strength per 1 m 2 was 3,159 N / m 2 .
[Comparative Example 2]
The dimensions of the washer of Comparative Example 2 were such that the diameter of the
According to the above test results, it is clear that the presser strength against the heat insulating plate material can be increased by using the
