Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a locking device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 6 shows a conventional example of a locking device that is fixed to the door 1 of the coin locker and locks and unlocks the door 1. In this conventional example, the locking device has a lock piece 4, and the lock piece 4 is locked and unlocked by advancing and retracting the strike hole 3 provided on the locker housing 2 side by an unlock key 13.
[0003]
The front wall of the lock piece 4 is provided with a locking recess 14 that can be locked in the strike hole 3, and there was an illegal opening operation performed by inserting a burl 15 or the like from the opening / closing side edge of the door 1. In this case, the locking recess 14 is locked in the strike hole 3 and the resistance to unauthorized opening operation is enhanced.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional example, an appropriate operation is performed between the front wall of the lock piece 4 and the corresponding side of the strike hole 3 during an operation to a normal lock device and an opening / closing operation of the door 1. Since the clearance is secured, a smooth operation can be performed. However, when the amount of luggage in the locker increases, a back pressure (P) is generated in the door 1 and the operation clearance is eliminated. Due to the absence of the operation clearance, the strike hole 3 falls into the locking recess 14 during the advance / retreat operation of the lock piece 4, and the subsequent advance / retreat operation becomes impossible.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to eliminate the above drawbacks, and an object of the present invention is to provide a locking device that has high resistance to unauthorized unlocking operation and good operability.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As shown in FIG. 1B, when the door 1 is to be opened in the direction of the arrow A by a bar 15 or the like inserted into the gap between the door 1 and the housing 2 in the locked state, the case 2 side is moved in the direction of the arrow B. The door 1 moves in the direction of arrow C while being deformed and moved. As a result, as shown in FIG. 3A, the periphery of the strike hole 3 presses the surface of the lock piece 4 in the knife edge state, and the lock piece 4 surface is locked when the hardness of the periphery of the strike hole 3 is lower. Cut into the surface of the piece 4. On the other hand, when back pressure (P) is generated due to excessive storage of the load in the locker, the contact state of the strike hole 3 with the surface of the lock piece 4 is generally that the peripheral wall surface of the strike hole 3 is the surface of the lock piece 4. Does not bite into the surface of the lock piece 4 due to surface contact.
[0007]
The present invention was made by paying attention to the difference in the contact state between the lock pieces 4 of the both,
A locking device that locks and unlocks the door 1 with a lock piece 4 that is fixed to one of the door 1 and the housing 2 side and can be moved forward and backward in a strike hole 3 provided on the other side of the door 1 and the housing 2.
The lock piece 4 includes a core member 6 including a locking portion 5 that can be locked to the strike hole 3;
A cover body 8 formed of a brittle resin material that is attached to the core material 6 and forms a smooth sliding surface 7 with the strike hole 3;
Moreover, the cover body 8 is to be achieved by a lock device provided with a break guide recess 9 that breaks at the contact portion with the strike hole 3 when the door 1 is pry open.
[0008]
That is, the smooth sliding surface 7 is formed by the cover body 8 attached to the core material 6 on the surface of the lock piece 4, that is, the surface to which the strike hole 3 comes into contact when the above-described unauthorized opening operation is performed. Even when back pressure (P) is generated, the operation of the lock piece 4 is guaranteed.
[0009]
On the other hand, when an improper opening operation force is applied to the door 1, the strike hole 3, which is generally formed of sheet metal or the like, bites into the cover body 8 made of synthetic resin. A crushing force is generated, and the brittle cover body 8 breaks due to stress concentration in the break guide recess 9. If the unauthorized opening operation is continued on the door 1 after the breakage, the strike hole 3 is locked to the locking portion 5 of the core 6 exposed on the surface, and thereafter the opening 1 cannot be operated.
[0010]
When the cover body 8 receives a force from the strike hole 3 and breaks at the base end side from the point of application of the force, the cover body 8 moves following the strike hole 3 and cannot control the movement of the strike hole 3. For this reason, it is necessary to set the fractured portion at least on the free end side from the contact point with the strike hole 3, and further, in the region from the contact point to the free end, the core material 6 is deformed or the like. Since the bending moment does not occur and it is difficult to obtain the stress for breaking, the breaking guide recess 9 is in the vicinity of the contact point with the strike hole 3 when the illegal opening operation is performed. Be placed.
[0011]
In addition, the material of the cover body 8 is experimentally determined to have bite depending on the contact state with the strike hole 3 or to have a hardness capable of maintaining a smooth surface and appropriate brittleness. ABS resin or polycarbonate resin can be used.
[0012]
Furthermore, it is sufficient that the smooth sliding surface 7 formed by the cover body 8 is allowed to pass through the strike hole 3 in a state in which the back pressure (P) is applied to the door 1. It does not deny the presence of the auxiliary recess 7a that is locked only in the contact state of the strike hole 3. If the auxiliary recess 7a is provided in this way, the fracture position can be reliably specified, so that the reliability is improved.
[0013]
Furthermore, the locking device
A locking device that locks and unlocks the door 1 with a lock piece 4 that is fixed to one of the door 1 and the housing 2 side and can be moved forward and backward in a strike hole 3 provided on the other side of the door 1 and the housing 2.
The strike hole 3 is provided with a locking projection 11 that can be locked to a through hole 10 provided in the lock piece 4.
In addition, the through-hole 10 can be configured such that the filler 12 is detachably fitted to form the smooth sliding surface 7 with respect to the locking projection 11.
[0014]
The filling body 12 is removably filled in the through hole 10 when a predetermined pressing force is applied, and the sliding contact surface side with the strike hole 3 of the lock piece 4 is flattened in the filled state, and the smooth sliding surface 7 is provided. Form. When an unauthorized opening operation force using a bar 15 or the like is applied to the door 1, the locking projection 11 of the strike hole 3 presses the filling body 12 to drop the filling body 12, and then engages with the side wall of the through hole 10. The stop projection 11 is locked to prohibit relative movement.
[0015]
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention configured as a coin locker locking device. The locking device is formed by accommodating a cylinder lock (not shown) in a casing 16 fixed to the door 1, and an operation lever connected to the cylinder lock by rotating the cylinder lock with a genuine unlocking key 13. 17 can be rotated. A lock piece 4 is connected to the operation lever 17, and the lock piece 4 advances and retreats from the casing 16 by the rotation of the operation lever 17 and is inserted into and removed from the strike hole 3 on the locker housing 2 side to lock and unlock the door 1. To do.
[0016]
The lock piece 4 is formed by attaching an ABS resin cover body 8 to a core material 6 made of a metal material such as stainless steel having a locking portion 5 on the surface. As shown in FIG. 2, the locking portion 5 has an inclined surface 5 a that gradually becomes thinner from the proximal end side to the distal end so that the locking portion 5 can be locked to the strike hole 3 in a non-detachable manner when exposed. It has a vertical surface 5b raised from the end of the surface 5a and is formed in a sawtooth shape.
[0017]
On the other hand, the cover body 8 is formed in a C-shaped cross section by hanging the side walls 8b from both side edges of the surface wall 8a forming the smooth sliding surface 7, and is covered with the core material 6. In order to prevent the cover body 8 from being detached and lifted from the core material 6, the cover body 8 is extended to the base end portion of the core material 6, and the contact state is maintained by appropriate means in the casing 16.
[0018]
The surface wall 8a is provided with a break guide recess 9. The break guide recess 9 is provided at a portion where the strike hole 3 comes into contact when an unauthorized opening operation is applied to the door 1, and is formed by opening the portion excluding both side edges. Moreover, the fracture | rupture guide recessed part 9 is provided also in the longitudinal direction same position of the cover body 8 of the both-sides wall 8b.
[0019]
Therefore, in this embodiment, when an unauthorized opening operation is applied to the door 1, as shown in FIG. 3A, the periphery of the strike hole 3 bites into the smooth sliding surface 7 in a knife edge shape, The cover body 8 is broken by the stress concentration in the break guide recess 9. As shown in FIG. 3 (b) by the breakage of the cover body 8, the engaging portion 5 of the core material 6 is exposed, and the peripheral wall of the strike hole 3 that has moved relatively along the inclined surface 5a is shown in FIG. 3 (c). As shown in the figure, the door 1 is locked in the vertical direction and thereafter the opening 1 operation is prohibited. 3B and 3C, the peripheral wall of the strike hole 3 is indicated by an arrow D.
[0020]
On the other hand, even if the back pressure (P) is applied and the peripheral wall of the strike hole 3 is in contact with the surface wall 8a of the cover body 8, the strike hole 3 can move on the bridge portion 8c left on the side edge. This will not interfere with the locking / unlocking operation.
[0021]
FIG. 4 shows a modification of FIG. In the present modification and the following embodiments, the same components as those in the above-described embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals in the drawings, and description thereof is omitted.
[0022]
In this modification, an auxiliary recess 7a is provided in the bridge portion 8c. The bridge portion 8c and the auxiliary recess 7a are provided closer to the free end than the contact position with the strike wall 3 peripheral wall, and the auxiliary recess 7a has an excessive resistance element when contacting the strike hole 3 peripheral wall by back pressure (P). The depth, the approach side, and the exit side angle are set so as not to become. Moreover, the cover body 8 has a slightly higher hardness than the above-described embodiment.
[0023]
When an unauthorized opening operation is applied to the door 1, the knife edge formed by the peripheral wall of the strike hole 3 first moves on the smooth sliding surface 7 and then reaches the auxiliary recess 7a. As a result, the diagonally lower component force increases and bites into the auxiliary recess 7a, and thereafter breaks by the same mechanism as that of the above-described embodiment (see FIG. 4B).
[0024]
According to this modification, the breakage point of the cover body 8 can be set in advance without being influenced by the position of the strike hole 3 and the like, and therefore versatility is improved.
[0025]
FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the strike hole 3 is provided in the door 1, and a locking projection 11 is provided on the side corresponding to the lock piece 4 on the housing 2 side of the strike hole 3 so as to protrude toward the opposite side. The core material 6 is provided with a through-hole 10 in which the locking protrusion 11 can be locked. A filling body 12 is fitted into the through-hole 10, and in this state, the surface of the filling body 12 and the lock piece 4 are positioned on the same surface, and a smooth sliding surface 7 through which the locking protrusion 11 can pass is formed. Is done.
[0026]
The holding strength of the filler 12 in the through-hole 10, more precisely, the load that the filler 12 detaches when the filler 12 is pressed from the front surface to the back surface is the pressing force when the back pressure (P) is applied. Depending on the pressure, it is set so as not to desorb.
[0027]
Therefore, when the back pressure (P) is applied, the locking protrusion 11 can pass through the surface of the filling body 12 constituting the smooth sliding surface 7, and there is no support for the locking / unlocking operation in this state. On the other hand, when an illegal door opening operation is performed, the pressing force to the lock piece 4 by the locking protrusion 11 is large, so that the sliding on the smooth sliding surface 7 of the core material 6 is performed. When the filling body 12 loading section is reached, the filling body 12 is pushed out to the plane side. By pushing out the filler 12, the peripheral wall of the fitting hole is exposed, and as shown in FIG. 5 (c), the locking protrusion 11 is locked to the peripheral wall and the subsequent movement is restricted.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, resistance to unauthorized unlocking operation can be increased and operability can also be improved.
