Description
まず,本発明の第1の実施形態にかかるカーボンナノケージの製造方法について詳細に説明する。
本実施例で使用する装置を,図1に示す。図1は,本実施例で使用される装置を概略的に示す全体概略面である。図1の装置は,反応原料タンク1と,電子スクワーミングポンプ(electronic squirming pump)2と,ガス流量計3と,噴霧ノズル4と,電気炉(ファーネス)5と,反応器6と,製品収集容器7と,排出ガス濾過器8とを備えている。反応溶液を収容する反応原料タンク1は,電子スクワーミングポンプ2と連結されている。反応器6は,例えば石英チューブであり,装置の設置面(紙面水平方向)に対して垂直に配置されている。

Claims (8)
- 噴霧ノズルを備えた反応器内に不活性ガスを導入する工程と;
前記反応器の温度を,触媒化合物の熱分解温度まで上昇させる工程と;
前記噴霧ノズルを通じて,触媒化合物と炭素含有化合物とを共に含む反応原料を,前記反応器内に噴出させる工程と;
を含み,
前記不活性気体の空間速度と前記反応原料の空間速度との比が100以上であることを特徴とする,カーボンナノケージの製造方法。 - 前記不活性ガスは,ヘリウム,ネオン,アルゴン,キセノン,窒素またはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のカーボンナノケージの製造方法。
- 前記不活性ガスの空間速度は,20〜300h−1であることを特徴とする,請求項1または2のいずれかに記載のカーボンナノケージの製造方法。
- 前記反応器の温度は,500〜1000℃であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のカーボンナノケージの製造方法。
- 前記反応原料中の触媒化合物の含有量は,前記炭素含有化合物の100体積部を基準として,10〜50体積部であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のカーボンナノケージの製造方法。
- 前記触媒化合物は,金属含有カルボニル化合物,メタロセン,またはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のカーボンナノケージの製造方法。
- 前記炭素含有化合物は,メタノール,エタノール,アセトンまたはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のカーボンナノケージの製造方法。
- 前記反応原料の供給空間速度は,0.012〜0.2h−1であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のカーボンナノケージの製造方法。
