図1には第1の不釣合軸1と第2の不釣合軸2とを有する本発明による励振器の第1実施例が示されている。
Claims (7)
- (イ)回転駆動可能な第1の不釣合軸(1)を有し、該不釣合軸(1)に第1の不釣合質量体(6)が固定的に結合されておりかつ該不釣合軸(1)の上に第2の不釣合質量体(8)が該不釣合軸(1)に対し相対的に回動可能に保持され、少なくとも、前記第1の不釣合質量体(6)の不釣合作用を増大するかもしくは減少させる2つの極端位置の間で前記第2の不釣合質量体(8)が回動可能であり、
(ロ)前記第1の不釣合軸(1)と形状接続により逆向きに回転可能に連結された第2の不釣合軸(2)を有し、該第2の不釣合軸(2)に別の第2の不釣合質量体(7)が固定的に結合され、該第2の不釣合軸(2)に別の第1の不釣合質量体(9)が該第2の不釣合軸(2)に対し相対的に回動可能に保持され、少なくとも、前記別の第2の不釣合質量体(9)の不釣合作用が前記別の第1の不釣合質量体(7)の不釣合作用を増大させるかもしくは減少させる2つの極端位置の間で、前記別の第2の不釣合質量体(9)が回動可能であり、
(ハ)前記第1の不釣合軸(1)の前記第2の不釣合質量体(8)と前記第2の不釣合軸(2)の前記別の第2の不釣合質量体(9)とを逆向きに回転可能に連結する不釣合調節装置(10)を有しており、前記第1の不釣合軸(1)の上の前記第1の不釣合質量体(6)と前記第2の不釣合質量体(8)との不釣合作用が最小の不釣合値に補償されると、前記第2の不釣合軸(2)の上の前記別の第1の不釣合質量体(7)と前記別の第2の不釣合質量体(9)との不釣合作用が最大の不釣合値に加算されかつその反対に前記第2の不釣合軸(2)の上の前記別の第1の不釣合質量体(7)と前記別の第2の不釣合質量体(9)との不釣合作用が最小の不釣合値に補償されると、前記第1の不釣合軸(1)の上の前記第1の不釣合質量体(6)と前記第2の不釣合質量体(8)との不釣合作用が最大の不釣合値に加算されることを特徴とする、地面突固め装置のための励振器。 - 不釣合調節装置(10)によって、請求項1に規定された極端位置の間で、任意の中間位置が前記両方の第2の不釣合質量体(8,9)のために調節可能である、請求項1記載の励振器。
- 不釣合調節装置(10)が液圧式又は空気力式に作動可能なピストンシリンダユニット(14)を有している、請求項1又は2記載の励振器。
- 最小の不釣合値に調節した場合は該当する不釣合軸(1,2)からは不釣合作用はほぼ発生しない、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の励振器。
- (イ)前記第1の不釣合軸(1)が軸方向で前記第1の不釣合質量体(6)の横に配置された別の第1の不釣合質量体(20)と別の回動可能な第2の不釣合質量体(22)を保持しており、
(ロ)前記第2の不釣合軸(2)が軸方向で前記別の第1の不釣合質量体(7)の横に配置された別の第1の不釣合質量体(21)と別の回動可能な第2の不釣合質量体(23)とを保持しており、
(ハ)該別の第2の不釣合質量体(22,23)を形状接続的に逆向きに回転可能に連結する第2の不釣合調節装置(24)設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の励振器。 - 両方の不釣合調節装置(10,24)を制御する操縦装置が設けられている、請求項5記載の励振器。
- 前記第1の不釣合軸(1)と前記第2の不釣合軸(2)との間の形状接続による回転連結並びに一方の不釣合調節装置(10)又は両方の不釣合調節装置(10,24)が前記第1の不釣合軸(1)と前記第2の不釣合軸(2)との間の軸間隔を拡大するために、形状接続で回転可能に連結された2つの中間軸(25,26)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の励振器。
