Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a buffer box for protecting a cosmetic box packed with broken items such as a bottle from a fall accident during transportation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When liquor is sent directly to consumers by courier, it is more pleasing to send the bottle in a cosmetic box than to send it in the bottle. In the case of sending a liquor bottle in a cosmetic box, conventionally, the cosmetic box is put in a sturdy outer box so that the bottle is not damaged during transportation, and a cushioning material is packed in the gap between the cosmetic box and the outer box. As described above, the outer box and the cushioning material are necessary, so that the material cost is increased and it takes time and effort.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a buffer box that is inexpensive and does not require time and effort for packing in order to protect a box-shaped load from damage during transportation.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
This packaging buffer box receives a box-shaped baggage from above, and folds the flaps extending from the box body inward to form a box-shaped buffer portion against which the box-shaped baggage comes into contact. . It is formed in advance in the lower flap, and the beam is supported by inserting both ends into the vertical slit that appears on the opposing surface of the lower buffer part, and this box supports the box-shaped luggage (Claim 1).
[0005]
In the buffer box constructed in this way, the impact in the vertical direction can be mitigated by the deformation of the beam and the shock in the lateral direction can be mitigated by the deformation of the box-type buffer part. If transported in this way, there is an effect that even if it is accidentally dropped during transportation, it is not easily damaged. In addition, the buffer box has only the box main body and the beam, and the number of parts is small, so that it can be provided at a low cost and is easy to assemble. The beam can be used by folding cardboard paper.
[0006]
It is necessary to fix the baggage so as not to come out of the box body, but it is easy to use an adhesive tape for this. However, when the adhesive tape is peeled off, the printed surface (decorative surface) of the box-shaped luggage may be damaged. Therefore, the box body may be provided with a vertical cut so that a belt for suppressing the top of the luggage can be cut out from the box body. If the leading ends of the cut-out belts are joined with an adhesive tape, the luggage does not pop out, and the adhesive tape does not stretch directly on the luggage, so that the printing surface is not damaged.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in a perspective view in FIG. 1, the buffer box 10 is sized so that a cosmetic box 12 containing two 1.8-liter liquor bottles 11 can be inserted from above. The height of the buffer box is smaller than that of the vanity box, and not all of the vanity box fits inside, but only about seven tenths of the total height. The buffer box has no bottom plate, and the beam 13 supports the weight of the cosmetic box.
[0008]
The buffer box 10 is made of corrugated paper, and FIG. The side surface 16, the main surface 15, the side surface 16, and the main surface 15 that form the cylindrical box body 18 are connected in order, and a bonding paste 17 is further extended. Flaps 15 a and 16 a extend in the vertical direction of the box body 18. A slit (elongated hole) 25 is cut in the flap extending downward from the main surface 15. A U-shaped cut 19 (continuous or intermittent perforation) may be provided on the upper surface of the main surface 15.
[0009]
Assembling, after forming the box body 18 in the shape of a rectangular tube, the upper and lower flaps 15a, 16a are folded inward along the folding line 20 to form a box-shaped buffer portion 21 (FIG. 3, FIG. FIG. 4).
[0010]
The upper and lower side flaps 16a have small ears 22 protruding on both sides. The upper and lower main surface flaps 15a are narrowed from the middle, and when this is folded inward, as shown in FIG. 3, a notch 23 appears, so when the side flap 16a is folded, the ear 22 is brought into this notch. Engage. By doing so, the box-shaped buffer portion 21 does not turn up.
[0011]
Each of the main surface flaps 15a extending downward is formed with two slits 25. As shown in FIG. 3, a beam 13 formed by folding cardboard paper into three is inserted into these slits. As shown in FIG. 2, an additional portion 26 is extended at the tip of the lower main surface flap 15a, and as a result, 2 cardboards supporting the lower end of the beam 13 are provided as shown in FIG. They are stacked and can support the beam 13 firmly.
[0012]
When used, as shown in FIG. 5, the cosmetic box 12 containing the bottle is inserted into the buffer box 10. Next, the belt 27 is cut out from the portion surrounded by the cut line 19, the tips of the two belts are overlapped on the cosmetic box 12, and connected with the adhesive tape 29 so that the cosmetic box does not come out.
[0013]
If the cosmetic box is put in the buffer box and transported in this way, even if it is accidentally dropped, the buffer box can absorb the impact and prevent a bottle breakage accident. In order to prevent the bottles from colliding with each other in the cosmetic box and being damaged, it is preferable to insert cardboard paper between the bottles.
