本発明は車両用シートの表皮材に関し、更に詳細に説明すると、メイン部とサイド部とを有し、該メイン部とサイド部の後部に後部メイン部が縫製され、前記サイド部の外側端部と後部メイン部の外側端部とに横マチが縫着された車両用シートの表皮材に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、車両用シートのシートクッション上にチャイルドシートを取付ける場合には、車両用シートのシートベルトをチャイルドシートの下部に設けた挿通孔に挿通させ、チャイルドシートを固定していた。また近時、チャイルドシートを簡易迅速に取付け固着させるために、図１０に示す如く、シートクッション１のシートフレーム２の後部フレーム３や後部フレーム３に固着した補強フレーム等に、図１１に示すチャイルドシート７を固定するストライカー５を上方に突出させて左右一対溶着等により固着し、このストライカー５に、チャイルドシート７に設けられたロック部材９のロック爪９ａを係止させ、または係止解除させる構成のものが提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
然し乍ら、従来のシートクッション１のシートフレーム２の後部フレーム３や補強フレームにストライカー５を上方に突出させて左右一対溶着等により固着した場合には、チャイルドシート７の不使用時にストライカー５が着座者に異物感や当たり感を与え、特に、図１０に想像線で示す如く、シートバック４のフルリクライニング時にストライカー５が着座者の膝等に当たる欠点を有し、またストライカー５をシートクッション１の下方に設けた場合にはチャイルドシート７のロック部材９のロック爪９ａを簡易迅速に取付けることができなくなる欠点を有していた。

また、シートクッション１の表皮材１１の後部メイン部１５及びパッド材にスリット１６を形成し、このスリット１６の内部にストライカー５を位置させる場合には、チャイルドシート７のロック部材９のロック爪９ａを挿通させるために幅２０mm以上の貫通穴が必要となり、表皮材１１のスリット１６より内部のパッド材やストライカー５及び後部フレーム３等が露出し、見栄え外観を悪化させる虞れを有していた。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る車両用シートの表皮材を図面を参照して説明する。
図１乃至図７は、本発明に係る車両用シートの表皮材の実施の形態を夫々示すもので、図１は、本発明に係る車両用シートのシートクッション２１の表皮材２７の分割された各パーツを示すものである。このシートクッション２１は、図７に示す如く、シートフレーム２２と、このシートフレーム２２に取付けられたパッド材２５及びパッド材２５を被覆する表皮材２７とを有している。尚、本実施の形態ではシートクッション２１に本発明を適用したが、シートバックにも同様に適用することができる。
