【発明が解決しようとする課題】
キッキングプレートの上面部分には、前記ウエルトに外嵌する嵌合部をビード状に突出成形してあるため、乗降時、とりわけ降車時にこの突出した嵌合部に足を引掛け易くなってしまうことは否めない。
