つ強固に取付可能とした陳列棚における棚板の懸架装置
に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来四隅に主柱を配置し、該主柱に棚板
（網棚、板棚を含む）を装着する場合は、棚板の四隅に
固定した短いパイプを主柱に嵌合し、ビス等の止具で主
柱に固定する陳列棚が普及しているが、この構造による
と陳列棚の組立が面倒であるばかりでなく、製作に手間
がかかり、製品のコスト高を招く欠点がある。

【発明が解決しようとする問題点】本発明は前記従来の
型式を保つ陳列棚において、従来品の欠点を一掃し、棚
板を簡便且つ強固な組込みを可能とすると同時に製作も
容易でコスト削減を可能とする新規の棚板の懸架装置を
提供することを目的としたものである。

【問題点を解決するための手段】本発明は前記の目的を
達成するため、側柱枠Ａと該側柱枠Ａに懸架する棚板Ｂ
とからなり、前記側柱枠Ａは２本１組の主柱１、１を前
後に配置し、この主柱１に複数個の横杆２と縦杆３を配
し、横杆２は等間隔をもつて配置されていてその端部が
２本１組の主柱１、１間に固設された構成からなり、又
前記棚板Ｂの四隅には係止部材４が夫々固定されてお
り、該係止部材４は端面コ字型を呈し、上下に水平に延
びる短片の係止片５と長片の係止片６が突設され、短片
の係止片５の側縁に係止凹部５ａを、長片の係止片６の
側縁に係止凹部６ａ、６ｂが形成してあり、前記棚板Ｂ
における係止部材４の短片の係止片５の係止凹部５ａを
１本の主柱に、長片の係止片６の係止凹部６ａ、６ｂを
２本の主柱１、１に係合し、係止部材４の下面を前記２
本の主柱１、１間に固設した横杆２の端部で支持するよ
うになる構成としたものである。

【作用】而して本発明においては、２本１組の主柱１、
１のうち、短片の係止片５の係合凹部５ａが１本の主柱
１に係合し、長片の係止片６の係合凹部６ａ、６ｂが前
記２本の主柱１、１に係合するようになり、棚板Ｂの組
込みが簡便であると同時に２本の主柱１、１で支持され
て主柱１、１と棚板Ｂが強固に連結され、又複数の側柱
枠Ａに対し、複数個の棚板Ｂを連設する場合は相接する
棚板Ｂは１つの主柱１、１を共用することとなり、この
場合に長片の係止片６が相手方の短片の係止片５に重合
し、しかも長片の係止片６の係合凹部６ａ、６ｂがとも
に２本の主柱１、１に係合するものでその強度が一層強
固となるものである。

【実施例】以下本発明の具体的構成を図面に示す実施例
について説明すると、Ａは側柱枠、Ｂはメッシュ或は木
製板からなる棚板を示す。而して前記側柱枠Ａは前後に
２本１組の金属棒からなる主柱１に多数の横杆２及び縦
杆３を配設した構成からなり、横杆２の両端部は２本の
並立する主柱１の間に熔着されて前後の主柱１を固定
し、縦杆３は前記各横杆２に夫々熔着され側柱枠Ａの補
強を果している。
【０００７】つぎに棚板Ｂは四隅に係止部材４が固定さ
れており、この係止部材４は端面コ字型を呈し、上下に
水平に延びる短片の係止片５と、長片の係止片６が突設
してあり、短片の係止片５の側縁に１個の係合凹部５ａ
を、長片の係止片６の側縁に２個の係止凹部６ａ、６ｂ
が形成されている。前記棚板Ｂにおける係止部材４の短
片の係止片５の係合凹部５ａを１本の主柱１に、長片の
係止片６の２個の係合凹部６ａ、６ｂを２本の主柱１、
１に夫々係合することによつて係止部材４の下面を横杆
２の端部で支持するようになる。又複数の棚板Ｂを平面
的に連設する場合は係止部材４の係止片５、６は一方の
短片の係止片５に他方の長片の係止片６が、また一方の
長片の係止片６に他方の短片の係止片５が夫々重合した
状態でそれぞれの係止凹部５ａ、６ａ、６ｂが主柱１、
１に係合するようになるものである。

【発明の効果】本発明は叙上の如く、２本１組の主柱１
の内側に棚板Ｂにおける係止部材４の係止片５、６の係
合凹部５ａ、６ａ、６ｂを係合せしめ且つ係止部材４の
下面を横杆２の端部で支持するようになり棚板Ｂの組込
みが簡便に行えると共に係止部材４は端面コ字型を呈
し、短片の係止片５が１本の主柱１に、長片の係止片６
が２本の主柱１、１に係合するもので側柱枠Ａと棚板Ｂ
が堅固に組立てられ、さらに複数の棚板Ｂを平面的に連
設する場合は主柱１にそれぞれの係止部材４の係止片
５、６が係合し、しかも両係止部材４の短片の係止片５
と長片の係止片６が重合した状態となつて強度の高いし
