【発明の詳細な説明】 【０００１】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、パチンコ遊技機に
おける制御基板収納ボックスに関し、さらに詳しくは、
パチンコ遊技機本体の裏面や遊技盤裏面に設けられる制
御基板が収納される制御基板収納ボックスの無断開封を
禁止する不正行為防止対策に関するものである。 【０００２】 【従来の技術】近年、この種のパチンコ遊技機における
制御基板収納ボックスにおいては、パチンコ遊技機の遊
技盤面で発生したセーフ球を検出して特別図柄表示装置
を駆動制御し、特別図柄の表示態様を設定切り替え制御
し、入賞の種別に対応して所定個数の賞球の払出し等を
行う主基板等が機構板に取付けられている。この主基板
にはカバー部材が被着され、封印証により無断開封が禁
止されている。この封印証としては、レーザーマーカー
により所定の印を形成するタイプのものも知られてい
る。 【０００３】あるいはまた、逆ネジを用いてネジ止めす
るタイプのものも知られている。この逆ネジタイプのも
のは、カバー部材を不正に開けようとして逆ネジを回す
と、逆ネジの先端部、すなわち外部に出ているネジの部
分が取れるようになっており、カバー部材を開けること
ができないようになっている。 【０００４】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、このよ
うな従来のパチンコ遊技機における制御基板収納ボック
スのように封印証による無断開封の禁止では、痕跡を残
さないで簡単に封印証を取り外すことができるため、制
御回路基板収納ケースを開けて、裏ＲＯＭを取り付ける
等して人為的な操作を施すことにより、大量の賞球を遊
技者に払出させたり、逆に、賞球を遊技者に払出させな
いようにするために、フィーバー状態が殆ど起こらない
ようにして遊技者に損をさせたりするといったことが実
際に可能であった。 【０００５】従って、遊技者の不正行為により大量の賞
球が払出されれば、パチンコ業者が大きな損害を被るこ
とになる。一方、パチンコ業者側の不正行為により賞球
がまったく払出されなくなってしまえば、遊技者は、自
分の金銭を浪費するばかりになり、勝つことができなく
なる。そのため、長い時間遊技を楽しむことをしなくな
ったり、遊技場に通う頻度が減ってしまうといった傾向
がある。 【０００６】更に、パチンコ業者が、ある特定の台だけ
に大量の賞球が払出されるように封印証を破って操作を
し、その台については、内部の者に客を装って遊技させ
て、一般の遊技者の射幸心を煽る一方で、別の台につい
ては殆ど賞球が払出されないように封印証を破って操作
をすれば、遊技者にいつかは勝てるという望みを抱かせ
つつ、実際には、全く勝てる見込みのない台へ遊技者を
頻繁に通わせて損をさせることもできる。このような不
正行為がなされると、遊技産業の健全な経済活動が阻害
されることになる。 【０００７】また、上述した逆回転防止用ねじによれ
ば、特殊工具を用いれば、ねじを壊すことなく、ねじを
回すことができるようになるため、やはり上述と同様に
痕跡を残すことなくケースを開けて不正使用をすること
が可能になる。 【０００８】本発明の解決しようとする課題は、パチン
コ遊技機本体の裏面や遊技盤裏面に設けられる制御基板
が収納される制御基板収納ボックスに痕跡を残すことな
く開けることができないようにして、パチンコ遊技機に
対する不正行為を未然に防止するパチンコ遊技機におけ
る制御基板収納ボックスを提供することにある。 【０００９】 【課題を解決するための手段】この課題を解決するため
に本発明に係る請求項１に記載のパチンコ遊技機におけ
る制御基板収納ボックスは、制御基板をケース部材に収
納固定するとともに、該制御基板が収容固定されたケー
ス部材と該ケース部材に被着されるカバー部材とを頭付
挿入ピンを介して一体的に組付けるものであって、ケー
ス部材とカバー部材の何れか一方に設けられる挿入ピン
固定台取付部に挿入ピン固定台を止着し、該挿入ピン固
定台に形成される複数の挿通嵌合孔に対応して他方の部
材には同じく複数個の挿入ピン差込部が形成され、頭付
挿入ピンを前記各挿入ピン差込部より挿入し、そのピン
先端部の係合溝が前記挿通嵌合孔に各々係止されるよう
に構成され、前記挿入ピン固定台は、挿入ピン固定台取
付部にネジ止めにより止着され、前記他方の部材にはそ
のネジ止め部を覆い隠すカバー片が設けられていること
を要旨とするものである。 【００１０】上記構成を有するパチンコ遊技機における
制御基板収納ボックスによれば、カバー部材に形成され
る挿入ピン差込部から制御基板を収容固定するケース部
材へ複数の頭付挿入ピンを挿入し、そのピン先端部の係
合溝を他方の部材に設けられる挿入ピン固定台取付部に
止着される挿入ピン固定台の挿通嵌合孔に係止させる。
これにより、頭付挿入ピンは、複数の挿通嵌合孔が形成
された挿入ピン固定台により係止される。 【００１１】更に、前記挿入ピン固定台は、挿入ピン固
定台取付部にネジ止めにより止着され、前記他方の部材
にはそのネジ止め部を覆い隠すカバー片が設けられてお
れば、そのネジ止め部をいじることによる挿入ピン固定
台や頭付挿入ピンの取り外し等の不正行為も回避され
る。 【００１２】この場合に、前記挿入ピン固定台に形成さ
れる挿通嵌合孔の内周縁には放射状の切込みが形成され
且つその切込み片が前記挿入ピン固定台の下面側に凹窪
んだ形状に形成されているとよい。これにより、頭付挿
入ピンを挿入ピン差込部から挿入した時にそのピン先端
部が挿通嵌合孔に挿入され易く、またそのピン先端部を
挿通嵌合孔に係止させたときに、逆に抜け難い状態が得
られる。 【００１３】また、前記頭付挿入ピンは、スプリング部
材を介して前記挿入ピン差込部に挿入されておれば、頭
付挿入ピンは挿通嵌合孔に係止された状態でそのスプリ
ング部材により引張付勢されていて頭付挿入ピンそのも
のががたつくようなことは回避され、ケース部材とカバ
ー部材との組付状態は良好なものとなる。 【００１４】 【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の好適な実施の形態
を図面を参照して詳しく説明する。図１は、本実施例に
係るパチンコ遊技機の正面図、図２はその外観斜視図を
示したものである。パチンコ遊技機10は、パチンコ機本
体側部を構成する外枠11と、パチンコ機前面部のベース
となる内枠12とを備え、その内枠12の額縁状に形成され
た開口内周縁には金枠13がはめられるとともに、その金
枠13には遊技盤14の前面を覆うガラス扉15が開閉可能に
設けられる。 【００１５】そしてガラス扉15の下方位置には、打球発
射装置に供給される遊技球を貯留するための受け皿（上
受け皿）16が取り付けられ、更にその下方には、賞品球
の排出時に上受け皿16から溢れた球を貯留するための球
受け皿（下受け皿）17が設けられている。尚、上受け皿
16に設けられる球抜けボタン18の操作により上受け皿16
内の遊技球が下受け皿17に向けて抜き落とされる。 【００１６】下受け皿17の図中右側位置には、遊技球を
遊技盤14面に向けて弾発発射する発射レバー20が設けら
れ、この発射レバー20には遊技球を一球毎に発射する為
の単発スイッチ21が備えられる。発射レバー20の回動操
作する量に応じて遊技球を遊技盤14面に向けて弾発発射
する程度が調整されるとともに、所定回動位置の検出に
より発射電源が投入されるようになっている。 【００１７】前記内枠12の上辺縁から図中右側辺縁に
は、合成樹脂製のレンズ体で構成される枠トップ飾り23
が設けられ、この枠トップ飾り23の内部には、枠飾りラ
ンプ24,24…や前記ガラス扉15開閉用の鍵穴25の周囲を
飾る鍵飾りランプ26が設けられている。 【００１８】パチンコ遊技機10の一側には、プリペイド
カードによる玉貸機（以下、「プリペイドカードユニッ
ト」と称する）30が設置される。このプリペイドカード
ユニット30は、１台の遊技機に１台づつ設置される。こ
のプリペイドカードユニット30の設置に対応してパチン
コ遊技機10の前記上受け皿16には、プリペイドカードに
よる遊技球の貸出し操作を行う為の球貸し操作部31が設
けられ、この球貸し操作部31には、プリペイドカードに
よる球貸出しを操作する球貸出しボタン32、その球貸出
しの可能状態を示す球貸出しボタンランプ33、プリペイ
ドカードを排出させるカード返却ボタン34、プリペイド
カードの残高表示、及びエラー表示を行う度数表示部35
等が備えられている。 【００１９】プリペイドカードの使用に際しては、プリ
ペイドカードユニット30に備えられるカード利用可表示
ランプ36の点灯中にカード挿入口37にプリペイドカード
を挿入し、金額設定ボタン38を操作することにより、貸
出し金額（１００円、２００円、３００円、５００円
等）を選択することができる。前記上受け皿16に備えら
れる球貸し操作部31の球貸出しボタン32を操作すること
により、予め選択された金額の球技球が貸出されること
になる。 【００２０】前記内枠12の前面に設けられる遊技盤14
は、遊技板に装着された金属製の内レール41、打球槌に
より打球発射位置より弾発発射された遊技球を盤面に向
けて誘導する為の外レール42、打球位置及び発射レール
より転動し遊技盤面に至った球の跳ね返り作用により再
び打球が発射レールや打球位置に戻ることを防止するフ
ァール止43、打球位置より転動してきた過大な飛送力を
有する球を遊技板右上部において衝撃を吸収しつつ停止
阻止し遊技板面下に向けて落下させる返しゴム48等によ
りその周囲が構成され、その内側に遊技領域が形成され
る。 【００２１】図３は、その遊技盤面を拡大して示したも
のである。遊技盤14の遊技領域の中央やや上方には特別
図柄表示装置50が設けられ、その中央部に３つの特別図
柄表示部（図中左から順に左図柄表示部50A、中図柄表
示部50B、右図柄表示部50Cが設けられる。また、特別図
柄表示装置50の直下位置には第１種始動入賞口51が設け
られ、更にその下方位置に第１種特別電動役物52及び普
通電動役物（第１種始動入賞口）53が設けられる。第１
種特別電動役物52は、通常は閉じている大入賞口54と、
その大入賞口54が開放されたときに遊技球の入賞が可能
な特定領域入賞口55とを備える。前記第１種始動入賞口
51及び普通電動役物（第１種始動入賞口）53の賞球の個
数は４個まで記憶され、その個数分が特別図柄表示装置
50の左右に設けられる特別図柄用記憶表示ＬＥＤ56a〜5
6dにより点灯表示されるようになっている。 【００２２】特別図柄表示装置50の直上位置には７セグ
デジタル表示の普通図柄表示装置60が設けられる。この
普通図柄表示装置60の図柄は、遊技盤14面の特別図柄表
示装置50の左右両側に遊技球が通過可能なゲート61a,61
bが備えられ、遊技球がこのゲート61a,61bを通過すると
変動を開始する。このゲート61a,61bを通過する遊技球
の個数は４個まで記憶され、その個数分が普通図柄表示
装置50のそばに設けられる普通図柄用記憶表示ＬＥＤ62
a〜62dにより点灯表示されるようになっている。 【００２３】普通図柄表示装置60のすぐ上には天入賞口
64が設けられており、又、その左右両側には左袖入賞口
65a及び右袖入賞口65bが設けられ、更に、前記第１種特
別電動役物52の左右両側には左落し入賞口66a及び右落
し入賞口66bが設けられている。更に又、遊技盤14面に
は、打球槌により弾発発射された遊技球の落下してくる
方向を無作為に変更させたり、打球の流下速度及び方向
を変化させる風車67,67や障害釘68,68…、あるいは遊技
の演出効果を高めるためある一定の契機により点灯（点
滅）を行うランプ風車69,69、サイドランプ70,70等が設
けられている。そして遊技盤14の最下部には、何れの入
賞口にも入賞しなかった遊技球（アウト球）を回収し、
集合処理するアウト口71が設けられている。 【００２４】尚、遊技盤14の遊技領域の外側には、入賞
の発生により払い出される賞球数を表示する賞球数表示
部72、賞球の払出し動作時に点灯（点滅）表示駆動され
る球払出しＬＥＤ73、タンクやタンクレール上の遊技球
が所定量以下になったとき点灯（点滅）し、その旨表示
する球切れＬＥＤ74等が設けられる。 【００２５】図４は、パチンコ遊技機の裏面図、図５は
その外観斜視図である。パチンコ遊技機10の裏面に設け
られる機構板76面の上方位置に、遊技場の島から供給さ
れる遊技球を一時貯留する賞球タンク77が設けられると
ともに、その賞球タンク77に連設されてタンクレール78
が設けられ、このタンクレール78の賞球流下下端部分に
同じく機構板76面に設けられる賞球払出機構部80が連設
されている。 【００２６】このタンクレール78には、前記賞球タンク
77やタンクレール78上の遊技球の補給状態により作動さ
れる補給スイッチ81が設けられ、又、賞球払出機構部80
の直前において賞球の欠乏を検出し払出し機構の空動作
を防止する為の空切り防止スイッチ82が設けられてい
る。さらに賞球払出機構により払出された賞球がパチン
コ遊技機内で充満した場合にこれを検出する満タンスイ
ッチ83あるいは機内で充満した遊技球により係動され満
タンスイッチ83を押動する満タンストッパ84等も備えら
れている。 【００２７】また機構板76には遊技盤14面の各入賞口に
入った入賞球（セーブ球）を一球毎に球切りして検出す
るセーフ球排出機構部85が設けられ、このセーフ球排出
機構部85により検出されたセーフ球はこの後機外へ排出
されるようになっている。パチンコ遊技機10の遊技板裏
面は中央カバー86により覆われており、各入賞口に入っ
たセーフ球はこの中央カバー86が覆設される機構板76下
部に形成されたセーフ球誘導路112（図６参照）で集め
られてセーフ球排出機構部85へ導出されるようになって
いる。 【００２８】そして各種の制御基板がこの機構板76には
取付けられている。例えば、プリペイドカードに係わる
情報をパチンコ遊技機10の外部において処理するプリペ
イドカードユニット30と遊技機本体とを電気的に接続す
るＣＲ外部接続端子基板87を含む外部接続端子97、発生
したセーフ球の種別に応じて所定個数の賞球を前記賞球
払出機構部80に払出し動作させる回路が装着されたＣＲ
賞球払出制御基板88、該ＣＲ賞球払出制御基板88とプリ
ペイドカードユニット30及び球貸し操作基板、度数表示
基板（図２の球貸し操作部31に収容されている）との間
に設けられ、プリペイドカードユニット30に挿入された
プリペイドカードの情報と、パチンコ遊技機10の前面に
設けられた球貸し操作部31への球貸し要求信号と球貸し
状態を表示する度数表示情報と、球貸し情報に基づいて
ＣＲ賞球払出制御部を司令制御する情報との授受を行う
カードインターフェイス基板89が設けられている。 【００２９】また前記ＣＲ外部接続端子基板87、カード
インターフェイス基板89、ＣＲ賞球払出制御基板88相互
間においてカードデータ処理に係わる信号を中継するＣ
Ｒ中継基板90、パチンコ遊技機10の遊技盤14面で発生し
たセーフ球を検出して特別図柄表示装置50を駆動制御
し、その特別図柄の表示態様を設定切り替え制御し、入
賞の種別に対応して所定個数の賞球の払出し等を行う主
基板91等がこの機構板76に取付けられている。そしてこ
れら独立してそれぞれ組み付けられた各種基板がパチン
コ遊技機に組み付けられた後、コネクタ配線により互い
に脱着可能に電気接続されている。パチンコ遊技機10の
外部のプリペイドカードユニット30と遊技機本体との間
の情報の入出力は、カードインターフェイス接続部92を
介して行われる。 【００３０】前記ＣＲ賞球払出制御基板88は、賞球の不
足欠乏、及び供給状態、排出状態の異常を検出し、払出
し動作の停止と、表示動作も合わせて行われるもので、
ここにはＣＲ賞球払出制御基板88や賞球払出機構部80等
の賞球払出制御機構において遊技球の不足、球詰まり、
回路操作異常、ソフトエラー等の異常が発生した場合に
その旨を表示するエラー表示部93、あるいはエラー状態
が解除された場合に前記エラー表示部93を初期状態に復
帰リセットさせるエラー表示リセットボタン94が設けら
れている。 【００３１】また前記主基板91には、特定図柄表示装置
50に於いて発生する当たりの出現状態（確率）を３個の
ＬＥＤにて表示する設定表示ＬＥＤ95、あるいは前記当
たりの出現確率を所定条件下のみ切替え可能に設定する
為の確率モード設定スイッチ96が設けられている。 【００３２】パチンコ遊技機10で発生した各種情報は機
構板76の上部片隅に設けられる外部接続端子97を介して
遊技機外部の遊技場管理装置へ出力される。特別図柄表
示装置50の図柄若しくは入賞装置の始動回数、所定図柄
の確定により発生する大当たりの発生回数、遊技者に特
別な利益状態を継続させる継続情報、当該パチンコ遊技
機における当たりの出現確率、不正検出信号等の各種情
報がこの外部接続端子92を介して入出力されることにな
る。 【００３３】更に機構板76の裏面下方隅寄り位置には、
前記上受け皿16に供給された遊技球を遊技盤14面に向け
て弾発発射するための打球発射装置100が備えられてい
る。この打球発射装置100は、打球発射モータ101のほ
か、発射装置制御回路、打球槌、弾発力調整手段等によ
り構成される。タッチ感度調整ボリューム102は、遊技
者の打球発射操作ハンドルへの接触を検出して打球発射
モータ101の電源を投入するタッチスイッチ回路の検出
感度を調整する為に設けられ、又、遊技球発射調整ダイ
ヤル103は、遊技盤14面へ向けての遊技球弾発力、飛走
距離をパチンコ遊技機の裏面側で調整設定する為に設け
られている。 【００３４】打球発射装置100に近接して発射装置制御
基板104が設けられ、これには打球発射モータ101の駆動
制御回路及びタッチスイッチ回路が含まれている。打球
発射モータ101の駆動制御回路では、モータの回転速
度、トルク、特に１分間に発射する打球間隔、速度等が
設定されている。尚、このパチンコ遊技機10は電源プラ
グ106を介してＡＣ１００Ｖ電源に接続されている。ま
た前記外部接続端子97より引き出されたリード線107
は、コネクタ108及び電源プラグ109を介してＡＣ２４Ｖ
電源に接続されている。 【００３５】図６は、遊技盤14の裏面に設けられるセー
フ球の流出経路を示したものである。図示されるよう
に、普通電動役物（第１種始動入賞口）53、天入賞口6
4、左袖入賞口65a、左落し入賞口66aに入賞したセーフ
球は、傾斜板状のセーフ球集合路（セーフ球集合板）11
1上に落下し、その傾斜下端位置に設けられる、同じ傾
斜板状のセーフ球誘導路（セーフ球誘導板）112を介し
て前述のセーフ球排出機構部85へ誘導される。また第１
種始動入賞口51、大入賞口54、特定入賞口55、右袖入賞
口65ｂ、右落し入賞口66ｂに入賞したセーフ球は直接セ
ーフ球誘導路112上に落下し、セーフ球排出機構部85へ
誘導される。 【００３６】前記第１種始動入賞口51、及び普通電動役
物（第１種始動入賞口）53に入ったセーフ球の流出経路
には、それぞれそれらの入賞を感知する第１種始動用検
出スイッチ113a,113bが設けられる。また前記大入賞口5
4に入ったセーフ球の流出経路には、その大入賞口54内
への入賞球数を計数（カウント）するカウント用スイッ
チ114が設けられ、前記特定入賞口55に入ったセーフ球
の流出経路には、その特定入賞口55にセーフ球が入った
ことを感知する特定入賞検出用スイッチ115が設けられ
ている。さらに前記ゲート61,61bを通過する遊技球の通
過経路には、遊技球がゲート61a,61bを通過したことを
感知するゲート用スイッチ116a,116bがそれぞれ設けら
れている。 【００３７】そして前記第１種始動用検出スイッチ113
a,113bからの検出信号により前記第１種始動入賞口51,5
3に遊技球の入賞があったことが検知されると、前述し
たように特別図柄表示装置50が駆動される。また第１種
特別電動役物52の作動中に前記カウント用スイッチ114
からの検出信号により前記大入賞口54の１回毎の開放状
態で１０個のセーフ球の入賞があったことが検知される
と、その大入賞口54は閉じられる。 【００３８】更にその大入賞口54の開放状態の間に前記
特定入賞検出用スイッチ115からの検出信号により特定
入賞口55に遊技球の入賞があったことが検知されれば、
前記第１種特別電動役物52の作動は繰り返されることに
なる。またゲート用スイッチ116a,116bからの検出信号
があれば、前述したように普通図柄表示装置60が駆動さ
れることになる。遊技盤14裏面には普通電動役物（第１
種始動入賞口53）を開閉動作させる普通電動役物開放用
ソレノイド119や大入賞口64を開閉動作させる大入賞口
開放用ソレノイド120も設けられている。 【００３９】一方、前記天入賞口64及び左右袖入賞口65
a,65bの各入賞口に入ったセーフ球の流路には５個払出
用検出スイッチ117a,117bが設けられ、これらの検出ス
イッチ117a,117bからの検知信号に基づいて前述の賞球
払出機構部80より所定個数（５個づつ）の賞球が払出さ
れる。また前記第１種始動入賞口51、あるいは普通電動
役物53に設けられる前述の第１種始動用検出スイッチ11
3a,113bからの検出信号によっても同様に賞球払出機構
部80より５個の賞球が払出されるようになっている。 【００４０】また前記大入賞口54に設けられるカウント
用スイッチ114、あるいは特定入賞口55に設けられる特
定入賞検出用スイッチ115からの検出信号があれば、賞
球払出機構部80より１５個の賞球が払出される。尚、前
記左右落し入賞口66a,66bに入ったセーフ球の流路には
入賞検出スイッチは設けられていないが、セーフ球払出
機構部85に設けられるセーフ球検出スイッチによりトー
タルのセーフ球個数がカウントされるので、その個数差
分だけ１０個づつの賞球が払出されることになってい
る。 【００４１】図７は、遊技機本体の裏面に設けられる前
述の主基板91が収納される制御基板収納ボックスの取付
構造を示したものである。図示されるように、前記遊技
板の裏面には、天入賞口64や左袖入賞口65aに入ったセ
ーフ球をセーフ球集合板111上に落下集合させるための
第１のセーフ球集合樋181と、第１種始動入賞口51や右
袖入賞口65bに入ったセーフ球をセーフ球誘導板112上に
落下集合させるための第２セーフ球集合樋182とが設け
られ、両セーフ球集合樋181,182の間に位置して遊技板
の中央には、第１種特別電動役物52の大入賞口54を遊技
機の裏面から覗き視できるように覗き窓183が開設され
ている。 【００４２】そして遊技盤裏面の前記第１及び第２のセ
ーフ球集合樋181,182寄り位置に、前記主基板91を収納
した制御基板収納ボックス200が取り付けられる。この
制御基板収納ボックス200は、透明なプラスチック樹
脂、例えばポリカーボネート製の方形箱型形状のカバー
部材202と同じく透明なプラスチック樹脂製の方形箱型
形状のケース部材204とから構成されている。左右ブラ
ケット184a,184bは、遊技盤の裏面にピン185によりピン
止めされ、該左右ブラケット184a,184bとケース部材204
とはピン187によりピン止めされる。これにより主基板9
1は、前記覗き窓183への覗き視を妨げないようにある一
定の空間を設けて立体的に組付けられている。 【００４３】しかしてケース部材204の左右両側面には
カバー部材202の組み付けに用いられる挿入ピン固定台
取付部206、及び主基板91をネジ220を用いてケース部材
204に螺着するのに用いられるボス216が設けられてい
る。またカバー部材202には、複数の挿入ピン差込部208
a〜208dが形成されるが、これらの挿入ピン差込部208a
〜208dは、長手且つ板形状の挿入ピン固定台210に形成
される複数の挿通嵌合孔228a〜228dに各々対応してい
る。 【００４４】従って、カバー部材202、ケース部材204及
び主基板91の組立取付は、頭付挿入ピン236を用いて次
のようにして行う。まず、主基板91をケース部材204に
収容固定した状態でカバー部材202を被着し、複数の挿
入ピン差込部208a〜208dから挿入ピン固定台210に形成
された複数の挿通嵌合孔228a〜228dへ頭付挿入ピン236
を挿入することによって、ケース部材204とカバー部材2
02とを一体的に組み付ける。そうすると複数の頭付挿入
