2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, pipes for inflow and outflow of sewage, rainwater, etc. are connected to a body such as a manhole which is a kind of underground structure installed underground by, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 63-13 / 1988.
The structure described in Japanese Patent No. 6038 is known. In the prior art, a ring-shaped sealing material is attached in advance when inserting the distal end of the pipe into an opening formed in a side wall of a manhole frame, or a ring-shaped sealing material is previously applied to the inner surface of the opening. After the attachment, the distal end of the tube is inserted into the opening, a mold is fitted on the outer peripheral side of the opening, and the inside is filled with mortar or the like.

However, the sealing material interposed between the opening formed in the skeleton and the pipe member is for preventing the underground infiltration water during rainfall from flowing into the skeleton. In order to enhance the water stopping effect, it is necessary to prevent the opening and the sealing material from coming into close contact with each other, or the sealing material from the pipe, so that a fine gap is not generated. For this purpose, the inner diameter of the sealing material is slightly shorter than the outer diameter of the tube, and the outer diameter of the sealing material is slightly longer than the inner diameter of the opening. Let it do.
Therefore, when the sealing material is previously inserted into the outer periphery of the tube, it is difficult to insert the sealing material due to the diameter of both. In addition, when a sealing material is previously attached to the opening of the box, the sealing material is slightly reduced in diameter due to its elasticity, and the inner diameter of the sealing material is reduced by that much. High frictional resistance makes insertion difficult. Furthermore, when the skeleton and the pipe are fixed with mortar or the like at the construction site of the manhole, not only the work at the site is extremely troublesome, but also since the earth and sand cannot be backfilled until the mortar hardens, the work time is reduced accordingly. Becomes longer.
Therefore, when the construction site of the manhole is a road or a public place, there is also a problem that the road is closed or unavailable for a long time. For this reason, there is a demand for a method and structure for connecting the skeleton and the tubing of an underground structure, which has a remarkably high water-stopping effect at the connection between the skeleton and the tubing, and is extremely easy to perform on site, and can be completed in a short time. I have.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is to provide a ring-shaped packing material having a flat portion formed on an outer surface of an opening formed in a side wall of a frame, and having an elasticity in the opening. The holding plate material having an insertion hole is supported by the flat portion to temporarily hold the outer surface of the packing material, and the leading end of the connecting pipe material is opened from the insertion hole of the holding plate material to the packing material. After being inserted into the inside of the tube, the pressing plate is strongly pressed toward the flat portion to compress the packing material, so that the packing material is brought into close contact between the outer peripheral surface of the tube and the inner peripheral surface of the opening. The present invention relates to a method for connecting a pipe and a skeleton of an underground structure. Further, the present invention provides an opening in the side wall, a frame having a flat portion formed on the outer surface of the opening, a resilient ring-shaped packing material fitted in the opening, and an insertion hole. It is made of a holding plate material that is supported by the flat portion and a tube material whose tip end is inserted into the opening portion. After the packing material is fitted into the opening portion and the holding plate material is temporarily held on the flat portion, the pipe material is Insert the tip from the insertion hole of the holding plate into the inside of the opening from the packing material, press the holding plate toward the flat part to compress the packing material, and then open the packing material with the outer peripheral surface of the pipe. The present invention relates to a connection structure between a skeleton of an underground structure and a pipe member, which are brought into close contact with an inner peripheral surface of a part.

According to the present invention having the above-described structure, an elastic ring-shaped packing material is previously fitted into the opening of the skeleton, and the holding plate material having the insertion hole is supported by the flat portion. Since the outer surface of the packing material can be temporarily held, at the construction site, after inserting the distal end of the pipe material connected to the skeleton from the insertion hole of the holding plate material to the inside of the opening from the packing material, the holding plate material is flattened. By compressing the packing material by applying high pressure toward the pipe, the packing material can be brought into close contact between the outer peripheral surface of the tube material and the inner peripheral surface of the opening. That is, at the construction site, the skeleton and the pipe can be connected in a short time by an extremely simple operation only by inserting the distal end of the pipe into the opening and strongly pressing the holding plate. Moreover,
Since a compressive packing material is interposed between the frame and the pipe, the water stopping effect can be significantly improved.

The flat portion 9 supports a holding plate 16 and holds a packing material 15 fitted to the fitting portion 14. Although the holding plate 16 is ring-shaped, the outflow portion 5 is provided near the lower end of the box body 2 and the lower end of the pedestal portion 7 of the outflow portion 5 is horizontal, so as shown in FIG. The holding plate member 16 held in the outflow portion 5 has a horizontal portion formed in a part of the outer periphery. Since the holding plate member 16 exists in the ground for a long time, it is desirable to form the holding plate member 16 with a stainless steel plate for rust prevention. However, it is preferable to form the surface using a rust-proof plated iron plate, reinforced plastic, or waste plastic. Can also. An insertion hole 17 is formed at the center of the holding plate member 16, and a plurality of small holes 18 are formed on the outer edge side of the insertion hole 17 at positions corresponding to the first fasteners 10 of the pedestal portion 7. ing.

In order to connect the pipe member 11 to the inflow portion 4 and the outflow portion 5 of the box body 2 having the above-described configuration, a part of the inside of the packing material 15 is previously fitted to the fitting portion 14 of the opening 8 from the outside. Then, a pressing plate 16 is applied to the rear surface of the packing material 15, a bolt rod as a second fastener 19 is passed through each of the small holes 18, and is fixed to the first fastener 10. In this case, each second fastener 19 is loosely fixed to the first fastener 10, and the packing material 15 is temporarily held from the rear by the holding plate 16 (FIG. 5).

According to this embodiment, the packing material 15 is housed inside the fitting portion 14 and is pressed by the pressing portion 20 of the holding plate 16.
Is temporarily held from the rear portion, but after inserting the distal end portion of the tube material 11 from the insertion hole 17 and the packing material 15 to the receiving portion 13, the second fastener 19 is firmly tightened to hold down the holding plate material 16.
When the packing material 15 is strongly pressed toward the flat portion 9, the packing material 15 is compressed by the pressing portion 20 and expands inside the fitting portion 14 and there is no escape area, so that the inner peripheral surface of the fitting portion 14 and the pipe 1
1 and firmly adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the device 1 and can be sealed watertight. Therefore, according to the above embodiment, the packing material 15 is more effectively interposed between the opening 8 and the pipe material 11 than in the above embodiment, and the water stopping effect can be further enhanced.

In summary, according to the present invention, the packing material is fitted into the opening of the skeleton and temporarily held by the holding plate, and the packing material is compressed by the holding plate in a state where the tube is inserted. Thus, the opening and the pipe are stopped and connected to each other. Therefore, the packing material is remarkably deformed by being interposed between the opening and the pipe material, so that the water stopping effect is extremely improved and can be used for a long time. Also, at the construction site, the pipe material can be easily inserted into the packing material without resistance, and the pipe material can be connected only by pressing the holding plate material strongly.
The connecting operation can be performed reliably in a short time. In addition, since mortar is not used as in the past, there is no need for a hardening period, and it can be shortened significantly. It will be of high value.
