(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the above hollow panel, the joint material 4 having the H-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. Since it is affixed to the roof haze and the like with a fastener, the connection part is not well equipped with rain, and rainwater leaks from the gap between the joint material 4 and the edges of the hollow panels P, P, causing rain leakage. there were.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made mainly for solving the above-mentioned problems. The upper and lower panels having translucency are connected and integrated by connecting ribs at predetermined intervals, and a side surface is formed at one end edge thereof. While forming a groove type receiving portion having a U-shaped cross-section that is open, at the other end edge is formed a hollow ridge that is inserted and connected to the groove type receiving portion from the side,
It is characterized in that a drainage groove is formed in the upper surface of the hollow ridge so as to be housed in the groove type receiving portion when the hollow ridge is inserted and connected to the groove type receiving portion.

(Operation) In the daylighting hollow panel according to the present invention, the hollow convex strip of the next daylighting hollow panel can be inserted from the side into the groove-shaped receiving portion at one end edge thereof, and if the insertion depth is changed. It is possible to finely adjust the distance between the light-collecting hollow panels. Then, the rainwater that intrudes mainly from the gap between the groove type receiving portion of the connecting portion and the hollow ridge by capillary action flows into the drain groove because the capillary phenomenon is interrupted when it reaches the drain groove on the upper surface of the hollow ridge. The water is drained down through the drain.

Further, in the state of connection as described above, since the drainage groove is stored inside the groove type receiving portion and dust and the like does not enter the drainage groove, there is almost no concern that the drainage groove becomes dirty, and good aesthetics and transparency are obtained. Can be maintained.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, this lighting hollow panel P 1 is composed of upper and lower panels 1 and 2 excellent in translucency, which are connected and integrated by a large number of connecting ribs 3 at predetermined intervals to form an internal structure. This is a hollow panel made of synthetic resin in which a large number of cavities 5 are formed, and one end edge (the left end edge in FIG. 1) of the hollow panel is provided with a groove-shaped receiving portion 6 having a U-shaped cross section with a side surface opened. And the other edge (first
On the right edge in the figure), a hollow ridge 7 is formed which is inserted and connected to the groove type receiving portion 6 from the side, and a drainage groove 8 is formed on the upper surface of the hollow ridge 7. As shown in FIG. 4, the drainage groove 8 is housed and hidden inside the groove type receiving portion 5 when the hollow ridge 8 is inserted and connected to the groove type receiving portion 5 from the side. The tip of this hollow ridge 7 is bent in a semi-cylindrical shape for facilitating the plug-in connection. Furthermore, when the plug-in connection is made as shown in FIG. 4, both lighting hollow panels P 1 , P 1 are The thickness t of the hollow ridge 7 is made smaller than the thickness T of the entire hollow panel by the thickness of the upper and lower panels 1 and 2 so as to be flush with each other. It is desirable that the groove-shaped receiving portion 5 be colored so that the dirt can be hidden even if the plug-in connection portion becomes dirty.

An internal reinforcing plate 9 is provided in some of the cavities 5 of the daylighting hollow panel P 1 , and the lower panel 2 of the cavity is cut so that the head 11 of the stopper 10 is engaged. A stopper mounting groove 12 to be fitted is formed. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, on the surface of the upper panel 1 of the daylighting hollow panel P 1 ,
A transparent coating 13 made of a weather resistant resin such as an acrylic resin is provided in order to enhance the weather resistance.

Such a daylighting hollow panel P 1 is made of a synthetic resin such as polycarbonate resin or acrylic resin having excellent translucency, and the side surface of the groove type receiving portion 6 is not opened and the fastener mounting groove 12 is formed.
At the same time as extrusion molding of a hollow panel in which is not formed, a transparent coating 13 of weather resistant resin is laminated on the surface of the upper panel 1 of the hollow panel by means of so-called two-layer extrusion, and the groove type receiving portion 6 of the hollow panel is formed. Efficient manufacturing is achieved by cutting the side surface and the portion where the fastener mounting groove 12 is formed along the extrusion line.

When using daylighting hollow panel P 1 of the above configuration example, as roofing material, as shown in FIG. 4, the groove-type receiving part 6 of the lighting hollow panel P 1 which adhered to the tip of the next lighting hollow panel P 1 The hollow ridges 7 are inserted and connected from the side, and the head 11 of the stopper 10 is engaged with the stopper mounting groove 12 from below the lighting hollow panel P 1 to fix it to the roof mist 14 or the like. It can be easily pasted by repeating the work. Therefore, as in the case of pasting a hook bolt through a corrugated plate or the like, one worker inserts the hook bolt from below and the other worker fixes the hook bolt on the corrugated plate. Since the sticking work is unnecessary, the worker can independently perform the sticking work while engaging the head 11 of the stopper 10 with the stopper mounting groove 12 as described above, so that the work efficiency is significantly improved and the number of workers is increased. Reduction is possible. Moreover, since the head 11 of the stopper 10 is not exposed on the surface of the hollow hollow panel P 1 , the appearance is good, and if the insertion depth of the hollow ridge 7 into the groove type receiving portion 6 is changed, the lighting is changed. It is also possible to perform fine adjustment of the distance between the hollow panels.

When the lighting hollow panel P 1 is attached to the roof while being connected in this way, rainwater mainly intrudes from the gap between the groove type receiving portion 6 and the hollow ridge 7 at the connecting portion by capillary action, but this rainwater is hollow. When it reaches the drainage groove 8 on the upper surface of the ridge 7, the capillary action is interrupted to flow into the drainage groove 8 and is drained down through the drainage groove 8. Therefore, there is no risk of rain leakage from the connecting portion. Further, when dust or the like enters the drainage groove 8, the connection portion is soiled. However, since the drainage groove 8 is housed inside the groove type receiving portion 6 and the dust and the like does not enter, the drainage groove 8 hardly causes the soiling, which is excellent. You can maintain a beautiful aesthetics and transparency, especially
As described above, if the groove type receiving portion 6 is colored, even if fine dust may enter with rainwater, dirt is hidden by the groove type receiving portion 6 and becomes inconspicuous. It ’s all gone.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the daylighting hollow panel of the present invention has a groove-shaped receiving portion that is inserted sideways with hollow ridges so that the connection portion is not conspicuous and can be connected without a sense of discomfort. It can be applied with a good appearance and can reliably prevent rain leakage from the joint part, and since dust etc. do not enter the drainage groove, it hardly causes dirt, and the insertion depth There is a remarkable effect that the space between the hollow panels can be adjusted by changing.
