Claims (10)
- 電極リードを備えた複数のバッテリーセルを電気的に接続するバスバー組立体であって、
棒状伝導体の形態に設けられる挿入型バスバーと、
前記挿入型バスバーを中心にして前記挿入型バスバーの両側に少なくとも一つずつの電極リードを介在可能な介在空間を形成する側面密着型バスバーと、
前記挿入型バスバーを前記側面密着型バスバーよりも突出した位置で支持するが、前記挿入型バスバーが押圧されると、前記側面密着型バスバーと同一平面上に位置するように前記挿入型バスバーによって弾性的に変形可能に設けられる支持及び把持部材と、を含むことを特徴とするバスバー組立体。 - 前記支持及び把持部材は、
前記挿入型バスバーを支える両端部を備え、左右へ弾性的に開けられるように設けられ、前記挿入型バスバーが内側へ入ると、弾性復元力で前記挿入型バスバーの両側面を押圧する板バネであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバー組立体。 - 前記挿入型バスバーが、前記板バネの両端部の間の空間に入るように幅が漸進的に減少するテーパー部を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバスバー組立体。
- 前記挿入型バスバーが、前記側面密着型バスバーと同一平面上で前記側面密着型バスバーの側面部と対面する第1フラット部と、前記第1フラット部よりも幅が小さく形成され、前記板バネの両端部によって押圧される第2フラット部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のバスバー組立体。
- 前記側面密着型バスバーは、二つを一対にして相互分離可能に設けられ、
一対の側面密着型バスバーの各々は、前記挿入型バスバーに並んで設けられる密着部と、前記密着部の両端から折り曲げられるように延びて形成される間隔調節部とを含み、
前記一対の側面密着型バスバーは、前記挿入型バスバーを中心にして相互対称に配置され、前記挿入型バスバーの周りを囲むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバスバー組立体。 - 板状構造物であり、前記介在空間に対応する位置に前記電極リードが通過可能なスリットを備え、前記挿入型バスバー及び前記側面密着型バスバーを支持するバスバー支持フレームをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバスバー組立体。
- 前記バスバー支持フレームが、
前記挿入型バスバーを挟んで前記支持及び把持部材と対向する位置に設けられ、前記挿入型バスバーを拘束するクランピング部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバスバー組立体。 - 前記バスバー支持フレームが、
前記側面密着型バスバーの両側面を弾性的に押圧するように設けられる弾性押圧部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のバスバー組立体。 - 前記バスバー支持フレームが、
前記側面密着型バスバーの4個のコーナー部分を囲んで支持するように設けられるコーナーブラケット部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のバスバー組立体。 - 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のバスバー組立体を含む、バッテリーモジュール。
