Description

The present invention is applied to a carrier on which a vehicle to be transported is placed, which is provided on a vehicle carrier, and is provided with a tire stopper device for stopping the front wheels of the vehicle to be transported and a vehicle provided with the tire stopper device. It relates to a transport vehicle and a tire stopper constituting the tire stopper device.

Conventionally, a vehicle carrier that loads and transports a vehicle to be transported on a transport table has been widely used. This vehicle carrier is shown in, for example, Patent Document 1.

Conventionally, when the vehicle to be transported is a vehicle having a low ground clearance, the vehicle to be transported may interfere with the tire stopper itself or in-vehicle equipment such as a winch provided on the transport table.

To solve this problem, the invention described in Patent Document 1 is configured to provide a stopper portion capable of standing up and falling down via a hinge on the tire stopper main body. By tilting the stopper portion, the height of the tire stopper from the transport table can be lowered, so that even a vehicle to be transported with a low ground clearance can be prevented from interfering with the tire stopper.

Japanese Patent No. 4197242

However, in the invention described in Patent Document 1, since the tire stopper itself is provided with a stopper portion that can be laid down, it can be used exclusively as a tire stopper, and there is room for improvement in terms of versatility.

In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a tire stopper device, a vehicle carrier, and a tire stopper that can be applied to a vehicle to be transported having a low ground clearance and are excellent in versatility.

According to these configurations, the boarding plate can be used together with the tire stopper, and further, when the vehicle to be transported is moved to the transport table, the step between the ground surface and the step plate can be reduced, or the step between the ground surface and the step plate can be reduced. It can also be used to reduce the angle difference with the plate.

Further, the tire stopper has an engaging portion, and the boarding plate has an engaged portion that restrains the movement of the tire stopper in the front-rear direction with respect to the engaging portion of the vehicle carrier. You can also do it.

Further, the present invention is a tire stopper provided on a vehicle carrier, which is mounted on a carrier on which the vehicle to be transported is placed and is attached to the carrier to chock the front wheels of the vehicle to be transported. It is a tire stopper provided with an engaging portion for restraining the movement of the boarding plate on which the front wheels of the transported vehicle ride on the vehicle in the front-rear direction with respect to the vehicle carrier.

According to these configurations, the boarding plate is engaged with the tire stopper so as to restrain the movement in the front-rear direction, so that the boarding plate can be prevented from being separated from the tire stopper by an external force. The vehicle to be transported can be stably mounted on the boarding board.

Further, the tire stopper may also have an insertion port into which a part of the boarding plate is inserted.

According to this configuration, it is possible to prevent a part of the boarding plate inserted into the tire stopper from being displaced in the vertical direction by the insertion port. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a part of the boarding plate from floating or fluttering while the vehicle to be transported is riding on the transport table.

According to the present invention, the boarding plate can be used together with the tire stopper, and further, it can be used to reduce the step between the ground surface and the walking plate when moving the transported vehicle to the transport table. it can. Therefore, it can be adapted to a vehicle to be transported with a low ground clearance, and is excellent in versatility.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be taken up and described. First, the outline of the vehicle carrier 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. In the following, the relationship between the front and rear and the top and bottom is based on the front and back and the top and bottom of the vehicle carrier 1 unless otherwise specified. That is, in the front-rear direction, the driver's seat side of the vehicle carrier 1 is the front side and the opposite side is the rear side. Further, the width direction (left-right direction) of the vehicle carrier 1 will be described as the width direction. Further, the case where the transported vehicle B is mounted on the transport base 13 so as to be aligned with the vehicle transport vehicle 1 in the front-rear direction will be described as an example.

The vehicle carrier 1 is attached to a vehicle body frame 11, a tilt frame 12 that moves so as to incline backward with respect to the vehicle body frame 11, and the tilt frame 12, as shown in FIG. On the other hand, it is provided with a transport table 13 that can slide and move in the front-rear direction. A transported vehicle B (see FIG. 4) such as a passenger car can be mounted on the upper surface of the transport table 13.

When the vehicle carrier 1 is traveling, the tilt frame 12 is in a horizontal posture as shown in FIG. 1, and the carrier 13 is pulled up on the tilt frame 12. In this case, the step plate 14 is in a state of being erected so that the end portion is located upward.

When the transported vehicle B is placed on the transport table 13 and is unloaded from the transport table 13, the transport table 13 is first moved rearward along the tilt frame 12 as shown in FIG. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the transport table 13 is landed on the ground surface G by increasing the tilt angle of the tilt frame 12. Then, by rotating the step plate 14 rearward around the axis on the base end side, the posture is set to extend rearward as shown in FIG. In this posture, the walking board 14 is passed between the ground surface G and the carrier 3.

The step board 14 is used for loading and unloading the transported vehicle B on the transport table 13. When the transported vehicle B is loaded on the transport base 13, the transported vehicle B is driven forward from the ground surface G via the walking plate 14 toward the transport base 13. On the other hand, when the transported vehicle B is unloaded from the transport base 13, the transported vehicle B is driven backward from the transport base 13 toward the ground surface G via the step board 14.

In the vehicle carrier 1 configured as described above, the tire stopper device 2 of the present embodiment is installed on the carrier 13. The tire stopper device 2 stops the front wheels B1 of the transported vehicle B. The tire stopper device 2 includes a tire stopper 21 and a boarding plate 22.

The tire stopper 21 is mounted on the carrier 13. The tire stopper 21 of the present embodiment is formed in the shape of a pipe having a hollow inside and a deformed quadrangular cross section, and is provided on the transport table 13 so that the longitudinal direction is along the width direction of the vehicle carrier 1. (See FIG. 4). The tire stopper 21 is mounted on the transport base 13 in front of the position of the front wheel B1 of the vehicle B to be transported. The tire stopper 21 mainly includes a base portion 211, a transport base fixing portion 212, a rear surface portion 213, an engaging portion 214, an insertion port 215, and a handle 216. The tire stopper 21 of the present embodiment is formed by bending a steel plate and then welding it, but the material and the assembling method are not particularly limited.

The base portion 211 is a portion that comes into contact with the upper surface 131 of the transport table 13, and the lower surface is a flat surface.

The transport base fixing portion 212 is provided, for example, one at each end of the base portion 211 in the longitudinal direction, and is a rod-shaped portion that extends diagonally downward from the rear portion of the base portion 211 and then bends and extends rearward. The transport base fixing portion 212 is inserted into a through hole 132 provided in the upper surface 131 of the transport base 13 (see FIG. 4). The shape of the transport base fixing portion 212 can be variously changed according to the shape of the configuration for fixing the tire stopper 21 on the transport base 13.

The rear surface portion 213 has a slope in which the upper portion is located in the front and the lower portion is located in the rear. The rear surface portion 213 of the present embodiment is flat. However, for example, it may be a curved surface that substantially matches the curvature of the tread surface of the front wheel B1.

The engaging portion 214 is a convex portion protruding upward from the base portion 211. The engaging portion 214 of the present embodiment is formed by bending the rear portion of the base portion 211 extending in the horizontal direction upward. As shown in FIG. 6, the engaging portion 214 engages with the engaged portion 223 of the boarding plate 22.

The insertion port 215 is a through hole penetrating the lower portion of the rear surface portion 213. The lower end of the insertion slot 215 coincides with the upper surface of the base 211. A part of the boarding plate 22, specifically, a part of the front part as shown in FIG. 6 is inserted into the internal space of the tire stopper 21 into the insertion port 215. Even if a part of the boarding plate 22 inserted into the tire stopper 21 is displaced upward by the insertion port 215, the displacement is further increased by the boarding plate 22 hitting the upper edge of the insertion port 215. Must not be. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a part of the boarding plate 22 from being displaced in the vertical direction. Therefore, while the transported vehicle B is riding on the transport table 13, a part of the boarding plate 22 may be lifted at the moment when the weight of the transported vehicle B is concentrated on the rear part of the boarding plate 22, for example. It is possible to suppress fluttering.

Further, in the present embodiment, the front end portion 225 of the boarding plate 22 is inserted so as to abut the inner surface (rear surface) of the front portion 216 of the tire stopper 21. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the boarding plate 22 from being pushed by the riding of the front wheel B1 of the transported vehicle B and shifting forward.

The handle 216 is located at the tire stopper 21 so as to extend diagonally forward at the center in the longitudinal direction. When mounting the tire stopper 21 on the carrier 13, the operator holds the handle 216 to perform the work. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the upper end of the handle 216 is located above the upper end of the rear surface portion 213. However, the position is not limited to this, and the position of the handle 216 can be set in various ways.

As shown in FIG. 4, the boarding plate 22 is provided on the rear side of the tire stopper 21. The boarding plate 22 is a plate-like body having a rectangular plan view. The width dimension of the boarding plate 22 is larger than the width dimension of the front wheel B1 of the transported vehicle B. The height of the rear portion 221 decreases toward the rear so that the vehicle B to be carried can smoothly ride on the boarding plate 22, and the upper surface of the rear portion 221 is a slope. Therefore, the boarding plate 22 has a substantially wedge shape. On the upper surface of the boarding plate 22, a plurality of non-slip grooves 222 with respect to the front wheels B1 of the vehicle B to be carried are provided so as to extend in the longitudinal direction.

An engaged portion 223 is provided at the lower front portion of the boarding plate 22. The engaged portion 223 is a rubber plate adhered to a recess 224 provided on the lower surface of the boarding plate 22. As shown in FIG. 6, the recess 224 has a rear recess 2241 located at the rear and having a small depth, and a front recess 2242 located at the front and having a depth larger than that of the rear recess 2241. The rubber plate is adhered to the bottom surface of the front recess 2242. Since the engaged portion 223 is made of a rubber plate which is an elastic body, the engaged portion 223 is deformed when the riding plate 22 is attached to or detached from the tire stopper 21. Therefore, since the engaged portion 223 is less likely to be caught than when it is a rigid body, the boarding plate 22 can be easily attached and detached.

Of the rubber plates constituting the engaged portion 223, the rear end portion 2231 and the engaging portion 214 of the tire stopper 21 are engaged with each other, so that the engaging portion 214 of the tire stopper 21 is mounted after engagement. The movement of the insert plate 22 in the front-rear direction (particularly rearward) is restricted. Therefore, particularly when the vehicle B to be transported is front-wheel drive, a force is applied to the boarding plate 22 rearward by the front wheel B1 being driven, but the engaging portion 214 and the engaged portion 223 are engaged with each other. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the boarding plate 22 from being thrown backward, for example. Therefore, the boarding plate 22 is prevented from being separated from the tire stopper 21 by an external force (in this case, the driving force of the front wheel B1), and the transported vehicle B can be stably mounted on the boarding plate 22.

The boarding plate 22 is placed on the upper surface 131 of the transport table 13, and the transported vehicle B is mounted on the boarding plate 22. Therefore, the peripheral portion of the front wheel B1 of the transported vehicle B can be arranged at a higher position by the thickness of the boarding plate 22. Therefore, even if the transported vehicle B has a low ground clearance, the possibility that the transported vehicle B interferes with in-vehicle equipment such as the tire stopper 21 and the winch 15 provided on the transport base 13 is increased on the transport base 13. It can be reduced by the amount that the height of the tire is increased.

As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the boarding plate 22 is removable from the tire stopper 21. The boarding plate 22 is placed on the transport table 13, and the front wheel B1 of the transported vehicle B rides on it. Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the walking plate 14 of the vehicle carrier 1 is passed between the ground surface G and the carrier 13 when the transported vehicle B is loaded and unloaded on the carrier 13. As shown in FIG. 5A, the boarding plate 22 is separated from the tire stopper 21 and then behind the step plate 14 (position P22 shown in FIG. 3) from the ground surface G. The transported vehicle B moving to 14 is arranged so as to pass while riding on it. With this configuration, the boarding plate 22 can be used together with the tire stopper 21 as described above, and further, when the transported vehicle B is moved to the transport base 13, the step between the ground surface G and the step plate 14 is reduced. It can also be used to smoothly move the vehicle to be transported B from the ground surface G to the transport table 13 by relaxing the angle difference between the ground surface G and the walking plate 14. As described above, the tire stopper device 2 of the present embodiment is useful because it can be adapted to the vehicle to be transported B having a low ground clearance and is excellent in versatility.

Although one embodiment of the present invention has been taken up and described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the tire stopper 21 does not have the insertion port 215 as in the embodiment, and the base 211 is extended rearward from that of the embodiment, and the boarding plate 22 Can also be configured to be mounted behind the rear surface portion 213. Further, in the above-described embodiment, an example of application to a vehicle carrier loaded with one vehicle is given, but the application may be applied to a vehicle carrier loaded with two or more vehicles.
