Claims (24)
- 縫合糸アンカーであって、
近位端部から遠位端部まで長手方向軸に沿って延在し、アンカー本体の遠位部分がテーパー状になっている、概して細長いアンカー本体と、
前記アンカー本体を貫通して形成され、前記長手方向軸に対して直角に延在し、縫合糸を受容するように寸法決めされたアイレットと、
前記アンカー本体の外面内に形成され、前記アンカー本体の少なくとも一部分に沿って長手方向に延在する複数の第1のチャネルと、
前記複数の第1のチャネルの間に画定され、前記アンカー本体の長さの少なくとも一部分に沿って長手方向に延在する、円周方向に間隔を置かれた複数のリブであって、各リブの遠位端は、アンカー本体のテーパー状の遠位部分内で終端する、複数のリブと、
を備えることを特徴とする縫合糸アンカー。 - 前記複数のリブの少なくとも2つの高さが異なる、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記アンカー本体の表面内に形成され、前記アイレットから近位方向に延在する複数の第2のチャネルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記複数のリブそれぞれが、前記アイレットを過ぎて遠位方向に延在する、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記複数のリブそれぞれの中心線は、約7°から約60°までの間で選択された角度だけ離間している、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記複数のリブそれぞれの高さ対幅の比が、約1:4〜約20:1の範囲内で選択されている、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記アンカー本体の直径と前記複数のリブのそれぞれの高さとの比が、約1:2〜約1:10の範囲内で選択されている、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記アンカー本体のテーパー状の遠位部分が、前記アンカー本体の全長の約10%〜約30%の範囲内で選択されている、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記アンカー本体の遠位末端が鈍い、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記アンカー本体の遠位末端が鋭利である、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記複数のリブそれぞれは、半径方向に向かってテーパー状になっている、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記複数のリブそれぞれは、頂点に向かって半径方向にテーパー状になっている、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記アンカー本体が、2マイクロインチ以上の二乗平均平方根(RMS)表面粗さを有する、請求項1に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- キットであって、
請求項1に記載の前記縫合糸アンカーと;
前記アンカー本体の直径に略等しい直径を有する、千枚通しとドリルのうちの少なくとも1つと、を備えることを特徴とするキット。 - 縫合糸アンカーであって、前記縫合糸アンカーは、
近位端部から遠位端部まで長手方向軸に沿って延在する概ね細長いアンカー本体コアであって、前記アンカー本体コアの少なくとも遠位端部がテーパー状になっている、アンカー本体コアと;
前記アンカー本体コアを貫通して形成され、前記長手方向軸に対して直角に延在し、縫合糸を受容するように寸法決めされたアイレットと;
アンカー本体コアから半径方向外向きに延在する、円周方向に離間した複数のリブであって、前記複数のリブそれぞれは、前記アンカー本体コアの長さの少なくとも一部分に沿って長手方向に延在している、複数のリブと;
を備え、
各リブの近位部分は、アンカー本体コアのテーパー状の遠位端に近接して延在しており、
前記複数のリブそれぞれの遠位部分はテーパー状であり、前記アンカー本体コアのテーパー状の遠位端内で終端しており、
前記複数のリブそれぞれの前記遠位端のテーパー角は、前記アンカー本体コアの前記遠位端のテーパー角よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする縫合糸アンカー。 - 前記複数のリブそれぞれの遠位の前縁がナイフエッジ状構造で形成される、請求項15に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記アンカー本体コアの表面に形成され、前記アイレットから近位方向に延在する複数のチャネルをさらに備え、各チャネルの幅は、縫合糸を受容するように寸法決めされる、請求項15に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記複数のリブそれぞれの間の円周方向の間隔は、約7°〜約60°の範囲内で選択されている、請求項15に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記複数のリブそれぞれの高さ対幅の比が、約1:4〜約20:1の範囲内で選択されている、請求項15に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記アンカー本体コアの直径と複数のリブそれぞれの高さとの比が、約1:2〜約20:1の範囲内で選択されている、請求項15に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記アンカー本体コアのテーパー状の遠位部分が、前記アンカー本体コアの全長の約10%〜約30%の範囲内で選択されている、請求項15に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記複数のリブそれぞれの遠位部分のテーパー角度は、約25°〜約45°の範囲内で選択されている、請求項15に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 前記アンカー本体コアの遠位端のテーパー角度は、前記長手方向軸に対して約5°から約25°の範囲内で選択されている、請求項22に記載の縫合糸アンカー。
- 請求項15に記載の前記縫合糸アンカーと;
前記アンカー本体コアの直径に略等しい直径を有する、千枚通しおよびドリルの少なくとも1つと、
を備えるキット。
