Description
本発明は、積層繊維複合材、特に、少なくとも1つの不織布要素と、前記不織布要素に結合された発泡材要素とを有し、前記不織布要素と前記発泡材要素とが互いに機械的に結合されている、座席カバーの積層繊維複合材に係るものである。
本発明による積層繊維複合材及び本発明による座席カバーの少なくともいずれか一方は、ここでは、上記の適用及び実施形態に限定されない。特に、本明細書に記載された機能性を達成する目的で、本発明による積層繊維複合材や座席カバーは、多数のそれぞれの要素、構造部品及びユニットを含むことができる本明細書に記載された数とは異なる数の方法ステップを含む。さらに、本開示に示される値の範囲に関して、上記の範囲内の値は、開示され、要件に従って適用可能であると想定されるべきである。

さらに、特許文献5から、厚さ2.5mmの不織布要素を備えた複合材は、既知であり、前記不織布要素は、ポリアクリロニトリル製の第1の繊維及びポリエーテルイミド製の第2の繊維を備えており、前記第1の繊維及び前記第2の繊維は、1デニールから4デニールの線質量密度値をそれぞれ有している。前記複合材は、発泡体層をさらに備え、該発泡体層は、厚さが2.5mmであり、しかも少なくとも0.1g/cm 3 の密度を有している。不織布成分と発泡体層とは、互いにニードル加工されており、当該ニードル加工工程において、ニードルは、不織布要素を貫通し発泡体層に1.55回/cm 2 で入り込む。
特許文献6から、30重量%から95重量%の中空繊維と5重量%から70重量%の非中空繊維とを含む不織布要素と、多孔性カバー層とを備えた合成皮革は、既知である。
特許文献7から、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)製の2デニールから18デニールの線質量密度値を有する中空繊維と、2デニールから6デニールの線質量密度値を有する2成分繊維とを備えた不織布は、既知である。
本発明は、少なくとも1つの不織布要素と、前記不織布要素に結合された発泡材要素とを有し、前記不織布要素と前記発泡材要素とが互いに機械的に結合されており、前記不織布要素と前記発泡材要素は互いにニードル加工されており、前記不織布要素は、少なくとも1つのバインダ繊維と少なくともひとつの機能繊維とを備えている、座席カバーの積層繊維複合材に係るものである。
本発明による座席カバー用積層繊維複合材及び本発明による座席カバーの少なくともいずれか一方は、ここでは、上記の適用及び実施形態に限定されない。特に、本明細書に記載された機能性を達成する目的で、本発明による座席カバー用積層繊維複合材や座席カバーは、多数のそれぞれの要素、構造部品及びユニットを含むことができる本明細書に記載された数とは異なる数の方法ステップを含む。さらに、本開示に示される値の範囲に関して、上記の範囲内の値は、開示され、要件に従って適用可能であると想定されるべきである。

Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの不織布要素(12)と、前記不織布要素(12)に結合された発泡材要素(14)とを有し、前記不織布要素(12)と前記発泡材要素(14)とが互いに機械的に結合されている積層繊維複合材、特に座席カバー用積層繊維複合材において、前記不織布要素(12)と前記発泡材要素(14)は互いにニードル加工されており、発泡材−不織布分離力に抗して前記不織布要素と前記発泡材要素との間に作用する保持力は、1kN超であることを特徴とする積層繊維複合材。
- 前記不織布要素(12)と前記発泡材要素(14)は、互いにニードル加工されており、前記発泡材要素(14)の結合面(16)全体の少なくとも5%超のところに前記不織布要素(12)の繊維(18,20)が進入していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層繊維複合材。
- 前記不織布要素(12)と前記発泡材要素(14)は、互いにニードル加工されており、前記発泡材要素(14)の結合面(16)全体の少なくとも15%超のところに前記不織布要素(12)の繊維(18,20)が進入していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の積層繊維複合材。
- 前記不織布要素(12)と前記発泡材要素(14)は、互いにニードル加工されており、前記発泡材要素(14)の結合面(16)1cm2当たりに前記不織布要素(12)の少なくとも2本の繊維(18,20)が当該発泡材要素(14)に進入していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の積層繊維複合材。
- 前記不織布要素(12)と前記発泡材要素(14)は、互いにニードル加工されており、前記発泡材要素(14)に進入する前記不織布要素の多数の繊維(18,20)が前記発泡材要素(14)の最大発泡材厚さ(22)の少なくとも50%まで当該発泡材要素(14)に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の積層繊維複合材。
- 前記不織布要素(12)の最大不織布厚さ(24)に対する前記発泡材要素(14)の最大発泡材厚さ(22)の割合は、少なくとも1倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の積層繊維複合材。
- 前記不織布要素(12)は、50デシテックス以下の線質量密度値を有する少なくとも一の機能繊維(26)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の積層繊維複合材。
- 前記機能繊維(26)は、中空繊維として具体化されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の積層繊維複合材。
- 前記発泡材要素(14)の体積重量は、10kg/m2超であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の積層繊維複合材。
- 少なくとも1つの防犯ユニット(28)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の積層繊維複合材。
- 前記防犯ユニット(28)は、前記不織布要素(12)と前記発泡材要素(14)の少なくともいずれか一方に対して実質的に分離不能に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の積層繊維複合材。
- 前記防犯ユニット(28)は、電子防犯ユニットとして具体化されていることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の積層繊維複合材。
- 前記防犯ユニット(28)は、機械式防犯ユニットとして具体化されていることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の積層繊維複合材。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載されている積層繊維複合材で少なくとも一部が具体化されていることを特徴とする座席シート。
