Description
本願は、以下の特許出願への優先権とその権利を主張し、引用によりその開示の全文を本明細書に組み込む。2009年9月15日に提出されたインド特許出願第2108MUM/2009/号、2009年9月15日に提出されたインド特許出願第2109/MUM/2009号、2009年11月15日に提出された国際出願第PCT/IN2009/000655号、2009年11月15日に提出された国際特許出願第PCT/IN2009/000656号、および2010年4月30日に提出されたインド特許出願第1389/MUM/2010号。
Claims (15)
- 車両の内燃機関に、前記内燃機関に連結される電動モータを用いて補助を提供する方法であって、
前記内燃機関の所定の作動条件で前記内燃機関に補助を提供するように前記モータを選択的に作動させることを含んでおり、
1つまたはそれ以上の前記所定の作動条件で前記内燃機関に提供される前記補助が複数のモータ補助プロファイルのうちの1つに基づき決定され、前記補助を決定する基になる前記モータ補助プロファイルは、前記車両のユーザによって提供される予想駆動範囲に基づき前記複数のモータ補助プロファイルの中から選択されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記内燃機関に、1つまたはそれ以上の前記所定の作動条件で提供される補助が、前記電動モータに動力を供給するよう構成されるエネルギー貯蔵素子の利用可能なエネルギーレベルに、少なくとも部分的に基づき決定され、前記利用可能なエネルギーレベルが開始エネルギーレベルと最大エネルギーレベルとの差に基づき、前記最大エネルギーレベルが前記エネルギー貯蔵素子の可能性のある最低エネルギーレベルよりも高く、前記利用可能なエネルギーレベルが前記エネルギー貯蔵素子に保存され得る総エネルギーよりも少ないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つまたはそれ以上の前記所定の作動条件で前記内燃機関に提供される前記補助が、前記予想駆動範囲すべてにわたって回生されると予想されるエネルギー量に、少なくとも部分的に基づき決定され、前記回生されると予想されるエネルギー量が、1つまたはそれ以上の以前の駆動サイクル間に回生されたエネルギー量に基づき予測されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵素子の現行エネルギーレベルをモニタリングすることを含み、1つまたはそれ以上の前記所定の作動条件で前記内燃機関に提供される補助が現行エネルギーレベルに基づき変更されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記現行エネルギーレベルが最小エネルギーレベルを下回ると、前記内燃機関への補助が停止されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 補助が停止され、前記現行エネルギーレベルが閾値エネルギーレベルを超えると前記モータからの補助を再起動することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 補助を決定する基になる前記モータ補助プロファイルが、さらに前記エネルギー貯蔵素子の利用可能なエネルギーレベルに基づき、前記複数のモータ補助プロファイルの中から選択されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の前記モータ補助プロファイルの少なくとも1つが、前記ユーザによって提供される前記予想駆動範囲に基づきデフォルトモータ補助プロファイルを変更することによって生成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つまたはそれ以上のセンサから受信される入力に基づき、前記車両の加速データを決定することをさらに含み、
前記加速データが、前記電動モータの連続電流定格を超える電流で前記電動モータを作動させることによる加速の需要を示す1つまたはそれ以上の時点で、少なくとも1つのパルスの補助を提供するように前記電動モータを制御するように、前記1つまたはそれ以上の制御信号が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記電動モータが前記内燃機関のクランク軸に連結され、前記電動モータが前記内燃機関の第1の側で前記クランク軸に連結され、トランスミッションが、前記第1の側に対向する前記内燃機関の第2の側で前記クランク軸に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 1つまたはそれ以上のコンピュータ読取り可能媒体に記憶される指示を実行するように構成された1つまたはそれ以上のプロセッサを備えるモータコントローラであって、前記指示は、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実装するように前記1つまたはそれ以上のプロセッサによって実行可能であることを特徴とするモータコントローラ。
- 非ハイブリッド車をハイブリッド車に変換する請求項11に記載のモータコントローラの使用。
- 指示を記憶する1つまたはそれ以上のコンピュータ読取り可能媒体であって、前記指示は、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実装するようにプロセッサによって実行可能であることを特徴とするコンピュータ読取り可能媒体。
- 非ハイブリッド車をハイブリッド車に変換するシステムであって、
前記ハイブリッド車のための駆動力を提供する際に内燃機関に補助を提供するように構成された電動モータと、
電動モータの作動を制御するように構成されたコントローラと、を備え、
前記コントローラが、1つまたはそれ以上のコンピュータ読取り可能媒体に記憶される指示を実行するように構成された1つまたはそれ以上のプロセッサを備え、前記指示が、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実装するように前記1つまたはそれ以上のプロセッサによって実行可能であることを特徴とする方法。 - 車両であって、
当該車両に駆動力を提供するように構成された内燃機関と、
当該車両に駆動力を提供する際に前記内燃機関に補助を提供するように構成された電動モータと、
電動モータの作動を制御するように構成されたモータコントローラと、を備え、
前記モータコントローラが、1つまたはそれ以上のコンピュータ読取り可能媒体に記憶される指示を実行するように構成される1つまたはそれ以上のプロセッサを備え、前記指示が、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実装するように前記1つまたはそれ以上のプロセッサによって実行可能であることを特徴とする車両。
