Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger and a heat source device, and more particularly to a heat exchanger having a freeze prevention function for preventing freezing of hot water flowing in a heat receiving pipe, and a heat source device including the heat exchanger.
Conventionally, a combustion apparatus and a heat exchanger are provided, and a function of heating the heat exchanger with high-temperature combustion gas generated by burning fuel in the combustion apparatus and raising the temperature of hot water flowing through the heat exchanger is provided. Heat source devices are widespread. Particularly recently, a latent heat recovery type heat source device having a high heat exchange efficiency, including a secondary heat exchanger mainly recovering the latent heat of the combustion gas in addition to the primary heat exchanger mainly recovering the sensible heat of the combustion gas. Demand is growing. In this type of heat source device, the primary heat exchanger is located closer to the combustion device, and the secondary heat exchanger is located downstream of the primary heat exchanger in the flow direction of the combustion gas. An exhaust part for exhausting the combustion gas is provided further downstream than the vessel.
By the way, in areas such as Hokkaido (cold regions) and in seasons where the temperature drops significantly (winter etc.), the outside air temperature may be below freezing point, and the hot water in the pipes arranged in the heat source device will freeze. May end up. In particular, if freezing occurs inside the heat exchanger, which is the main equipment of the heat source device, and the heat receiving pipe (pipe constituting the heat exchanger) that is the flow path of hot water is damaged, parts replacement and repair costs may increase. Is expensive. Therefore, conventionally, a heat source device employed in a cold district or the like has a configuration in which anti-freezing measures are taken at least for the heat exchanger. Specifically, as in the combustion apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is common to provide a heater in the heat exchanger to mainly prevent freezing of hot water in the heat receiving pipe.
However, in the heater employed in Patent Document 1, since only a part of the generated heat energy is transferred to the heat receiving pipe of the heat exchanger, the heat transfer efficiency is poor and the power consumption is increased.
The reason will be described below.
The combustion device of Patent Document 1 is not particularly specified, but it is predicted that a so-called ceramic heater or the like in which a heating element is built in alumina or ceramic formed into a flat plate shape as a heater is used. And the flat ceramic heater etc. are attached to the heat receiving pipe or the header to which the several heat receiving pipe was connected, and the hot water in the heat receiving pipe is heated.
That is, when a ceramic heater or the like is attached to a heat receiving pipe or a header (referred to as a heat receiving pipe or the like) as in Patent Document 1, the area that can be heated by actually contacting the heat receiving pipe in the ceramic heater or the like (direct heating is possible). Area) is significantly reduced. As a result, the heat energy directly transferred from the ceramic heater or the like to the heat receiving pipe or the like becomes smaller than the total heat energy substantially generated by the ceramic heater or the like. In other words, the heat energy generated by the ceramic heater or the like is higher in the rate of heat radiation to the atmosphere side than the rate of direct heat transfer to the heat receiving tube or the like.
Furthermore, since a plate-shaped ceramic heater or the like is generally configured to transfer heat energy from two opposing planes, when mounted so as to contact only one plane, the thermal energy of the other plane is All heat is dissipated.
As described above, in the heat source device having the configuration as in Patent Document 1, the total amount of heat in the ceramic heater or the like must be generated more than the necessary amount of heat transfer to the heat receiving tube or the like. That is, the total heat quantity of the ceramic heater or the like must be controlled to a heat quantity that takes into account the heat radiation quantity that is higher than the heat transfer quantity. For this reason, in the prior art, from the viewpoint of energy, there is a lot of waste and the heat transfer efficiency is deteriorated, resulting in an increase in power consumption and a significant increase in running cost.
Therefore, in view of the problems of the prior art, the present invention provides a heat exchanger and a heat source device that can increase the heat transfer efficiency with respect to the total amount of heat generated in the heater while suppressing the power consumption of the heater. Let it be an issue.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention described in claim 1 includes a heat receiving pipe through which a liquid flows, a water inlet header for introducing the liquid into the heat receiving pipe, a water outlet header for discharging the liquid that has passed through the heat receiving pipe, and the heat receiving pipe. A multi-tubular heat exchanger having a case member that covers most of the above, comprising a heating means, and the heating means is composed of a heating portion and a plate body having flexibility and heat insulation, The heating unit is a heat exchanger that is integrally deformed with the plate body and is attached across the water inlet header and / or the water outlet header and the wall surface of the case member.
The heat exchanger of the present invention has a function capable of preventing the liquid in the heat receiving pipe from freezing, and the function is achieved by the heating means. That is, the heat exchanger of the present invention has a heating means in which the heating part is deformed integrally with the flexible plate body, and the heating means is provided on the header of the water inlet side or the outlet side and the wall surface of the case member. It is set as the structure attached ranging.
That is, according to the present invention, a heat exchanger having a structure in which a heat receiving tube is covered with a case member, for example, a secondary heat exchanger that recovers latent heat, is formed by collecting latent heat inside the case member. Even in a structure in which condensed water is generated, the heat receiving pipe positioned inside the case member can be heated without considering the influence of the condensed water. Specifically, the heating means is disposed outside the case member and attached along the shape of the header. Thereby, the ratio of the contact area of the part which heats up substantially in a heating means and the header which forms the flow path of a liquid can be expanded rather than a prior art. Furthermore, in the present invention, the heating unit can suppress the amount of heat released to the outside air by the action of the heat insulating plate. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the ratio of the amount of heat transferred from the heating means to the heat receiving tube via the header (direct heating) can be increased, the heat transfer efficiency can be reliably improved as compared with the conventional case. it can.
In the present invention, since the heating means is also in contact with the wall surface of the case member, the temperature inside the case member can be raised through the wall surface of the case member. That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to raise the temperature of the gas inside the case member and to heat the heat receiving pipe located inside the case member via the gas (indirect heating).
Thus, in the present invention, the heat receiving tube can be heated by both the heating action of the direct heating via the header by the heating means and the indirect heating via the wall surface of the case member by the heating means. The heat transfer efficiency to the liquid in the heat receiving pipe can be remarkably improved. Therefore, according to the present invention, even if the power consumption in the heating means is significantly lower than that in the prior art, a heating effect higher than that in the prior art can be obtained, so that the running cost can be reduced. That is, the present invention has a high energy saving effect.
In the heat exchanger according to the present invention, for example, even if the heating means is attached to the wall surface of the header or the case member via an adhesive fixing means (for example, an adhesive tape), the adhesive force is lost due to heat. Absent. That is, according to the present invention, the heating means is attached across the wall surface of the header and the case member, and the heat energy by the heating means is mainly in two directions (the direction through the header and the direction through the wall surface of the case member). Since it can be dispersed efficiently, the generated heat does not stay in the vicinity of the heating means. In particular, this heat dispersion action is effective, for example, in a heat exchanger after draining that is performed as a freeze prevention for piping or the like connected to the heat exchanger. That is, in the situation where there is no liquid in the heat exchanger and the heat is difficult to disperse (the situation where heat is trapped in the vicinity of the heating means for a long time), even if the heating means is activated, The generated heat can be reliably dispersed.
As described above, according to the present invention, even when the liquid in the heat exchanger is removed by draining water, the heat by the heating means is efficiently dispersed. There is no problem of burning or melting due to heat. In other words, it is possible to prevent the heating means from being peeled off from the wall surface of the header or the case member so that the freeze prevention function cannot be performed.
The invention according to
Here, generally, the case member in the heat exchanger has a supply side and an exhaust side opening through which gas flows in and out, and these openings are provided in a part of the wall surface forming the case member. That is, from the viewpoint of the inside of the case member, the wall surface of the case member forms the “edge” of the opening. And by this "edge", the space where gas stays more easily than other places is formed inside the case member.
Further, since the gas having a high temperature has a density lower than that of the gas having a low temperature, the gas tends to stay on the upper side in the space.
On the other hand, in a state where high-temperature gas is not allowed to pass through the case member, that is, in a state where operation of a heat source device or the like equipped with a heat exchanger is stopped, external room temperature gas flows into the case member from the exhaust side opening. There is a case.
Considering these facts comprehensively, in the case member, when external low-temperature gas flows from the opening on the exhaust side, the case member mainly stays below the upper end in the vertical direction in the case member. The high temperature gas is discharged from the inside of the case member by the low temperature gas. Thereby, even if indirect heating is expected by the heating means, there is a concern that the effect is weakened.
Therefore, in the present invention, the heating means is provided on the header on the upper side in the vertical direction of the case member and the wall surface in the vicinity thereof, so that the effect of indirect heating by the heating means is suppressed from being weakened. Thereby, even if a low-temperature gas flows into the case member from the outside, the heat by the heating means stays on the upper side inside the case member, so that the indirect heating effect is suppressed from being reduced.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the heating unit includes a heating element in which a heating wire is covered with a rubber tube, and a planar heat transfer member having heat conductivity. 2. The heating device according to claim 1, wherein the heating means is formed by arranging the plate on the other plane side of the heat transfer member. 2. The heat exchanger according to 2.
According to such a configuration, the heating unit is configured by a heating element in which a heating wire is covered with a rubber tube and a planar heat transfer member having heat conductivity, and therefore, depending on the size of the heat exchanger. It is easy to change the size of the heat transfer member and the heat generation capacity of the heating element. Moreover, since the plate body is provided on the other plane side of the heat transfer member, heat radiation to the atmosphere side in the heating unit is suppressed. That is, according to the present invention, the heat from the heating means can be more efficiently transferred to the heat receiving tube, and further energy saving can be achieved.
(請求項4) In the heat exchanger according to the present invention, the heat exchanger heats a heat receiving pipe by passing a high-temperature gas into a case member, and the high-temperature gas is a combustion gas generated by combustion, The heat exchanger is preferably a heat recovery means that mainly recovers the latent heat of the combustion gas. (Claim 4)
(請求項5) In the heat exchanger according to the present invention, it is preferable that the heat receiving pipe is a flow path spirally wound from a water inlet side header to a water outlet side header. (Claim 5)
The invention according to claim 6 has a combustion part in which fuel is burned to generate combustion gas, and the heat exchanger according to any one of claims 1 to 5, and passes through the heat exchanger. The heat source device has a function of heating hot water or a heat medium to be heated with a combustion gas and supplying the heated hot water itself or the heat energy of the heat medium to the outside.
The heat source device of the present invention is configured to have a freeze prevention function capable of preventing the heat exchanger from being frozen by the heating means. That is, the heat source device of the present invention includes a heating means provided with a heating unit that deforms integrally with a flexible and heat insulating plate in a heat exchanger, and the heating means is provided on the inlet side or outlet side. It is set as the structure attached ranging over the wall surface of a header and a case member. Therefore, in the present invention, the heat receiving pipe can be heated by both the heating action by the heating means through the header and the indirect heating through the wall surface of the case member by the heating means. The heat transfer efficiency to hot water can be significantly improved. Therefore, according to the present invention, even if the power consumption in the heating means is significantly lower than that in the prior art, a heating effect higher than that in the conventional technique can be obtained, and thus a high energy saving effect can be obtained.
The heat exchanger and the heat source device of the present invention have a heating means having a heating part that deforms integrally with a flexible plate, and the heating means straddles the wall surface of the header and the case member. In order to attach, in addition to direct heating, the temperature of the hot water in the heat receiving tube can be raised by indirect heating. Thereby, since the heat transfer effect in a heating means can be heightened even if it is power consumption smaller than a prior art, the freezing prevention effect can be improved, aiming at energy saving.

The

In addition, the
As shown in FIG. 9, the

Next, the function and operation of the
In the present embodiment, the detection temperature of an outside air temperature sensor (not shown) that detects the external ambient temperature is low (for example, a temperature slightly higher than below freezing point), and neither the hot water supply operation nor the heating operation in the heat source device 1 is executed. The anti-freezing function is activated in order to prevent freezing that may occur in the hot water or the heat medium that has accumulated in the
Specifically, when the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the
As described above, in this embodiment, not only direct heating of the pipe but also indirect heating of the pipe from the side wall surfaces 60 and 61 and the
In the present embodiment, since the
In other words, since the heat of the
Moreover, in this embodiment, it is a high position and the downstream of the flow direction of a combustion gas on the basis of the normal installation of the secondary
In the heat source device 1, air may be blown from the outside during operation stop, and the air flows from the outflow side opening 28 of the secondary
In view of such a phenomenon, in the secondary
However, as in the present embodiment, since the
In the said embodiment, although the structure which provided the
In the above embodiment, the
Moreover, in this structure, since the
Here, from the viewpoint of the heat exchange efficiency of the liquid flowing through the heat receiving pipe, it is preferable that the water inlet header is disposed on the downstream side in the flow direction of the high-temperature gas passing through the heat exchanger. Moreover, the inflow side header is a part which is located in the liquid flow direction upstream rather than the outflow side header, and the liquid before the heating by a heat exchanger flows.
That is, according to this configuration, when the
