Description
一酸化窒素の変換率は、温度120℃で、モデル燃焼排ガス(一酸化窒素400ppm、アンモニア400ppm、酸素22体積%及び水17体積%、残部は窒素)を用いて測定する。
8段階流動層反応器中で活性炭の製造を行う。炉の温度は800〜940℃である。天然ガスを燃焼させて流動ガスを生成させる。さらに、300kg/時間で蒸気を供給する。
45%の尿素溶液を、50リットル/時間で8段階流動層反応器の炉に供給する。活性炭製造のその他の条件は変更しない。炭素含有物質に対する尿素の割合は、尿素4.2kg/炭素含有物質100kgである。
45%の尿素溶液50リットルを8段階流動層反応器の炉に添加するのに加え、尿素溶液10リットルを3段目の流動層に添加する。このようにして製造された活性炭の窒素含有量は1.26重量%である。一酸化窒素変換率は89%であった。炭素含有物質100kg当たりの尿素の割合は5.0kgである。
8段階流動層反応器の炉に尿素溶液を50リットル/時間で添加するのに加え、3段目の流動層に尿素溶液を30リットル/時間で供給する。このようにして製造された活性炭の窒素含有量は、1.41重量%である。この試験装置における一酸化窒素変換率は91%である。炭素質材料100kg当たりの窒素の割合は5.9kgである。
8段階流動層反応器の炉に60リットル/時間で尿素溶液を添加するのに加え、2段目の流動層に20リットルの尿素溶液を供給し、さらに3段目の流動層に20リットルの尿素を供給する。このようにして製造された活性炭の窒素含有量は1.5重量%である。一酸化窒素変換率は92%である。炭素質材料に対する尿素の割合は、炭素質材料100kgに対して尿素8.3kgである。
Claims (4)
- 炭素質材料を窒素化合物に接触させる、高い触媒活性を有する活性炭の製造方法であって、炭素質材料を、多段流動層中、800℃を超える温度で蒸気、窒素及び二酸化炭素の混合物と共に、それ自体公知の方法で部分的にガス化すること、及び、炉及び/又は多段流動層の少なくとも1段階で、窒素化合物を供給することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記炭素質材料が、ココナツの殻、石炭、亜炭コークス、泥炭コークス及びポリマーからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記窒素化合物が、尿素水溶液の形態で添加されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記尿素が、炭素質材料100kgに対して2〜10kg、好ましくは炭素質材料100kgに対して5〜6kgの量で供給されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
