Description

Claims (21)
- ヘッダー部、伝送されるデータに関連するデータ部、及びデータ部に関連するパケットチェック部を有するデータパケットを伝送するデータを伝送するための方法であって、
該方法が、
データ部を、データ部の各部に関連する第1及び第2のデータセグメントにセグメント化する工程と、
該第1及び第2のデータセグメントの各々に関連する第1及び第2のセグメントチェック部を提供する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記第1及び第2のセグメントチェック部が、前記第1及び第2のデータセグメントの各々の内容に応じて生成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のセグメントチェック部が、各々の第1及び第2のエラーチェックアルゴリズムを用いて生成される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のアルゴリズムが異なる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のアルゴリズムが実質的に同一である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記データパケットによって運ばれるデータが、複数の通信チャンネル上を伝送される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 関連するデータパケット中の伝送されるデータセグメントの順序が、通信チャンネル間で異なる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記データパケット内のデータの順序がランダム化される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2チャンネルからの第1及び第2のデータセグメントを用いてデータ部を再構成する工程をさらに含む、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 最初の伝送工程からの第1のデータセグメント、及び再伝送工程からの第2のデータセグメントを用いてデータ部を再構成する工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法の工程が、OSI階層モデルの第2層レベルに関連する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ヘッダー部、伝送されるデータに関連するデータ部、及びデータ部に関連するパケットチェック部、を有するデータパケットを伝送及び/又は受信する通信システムに用いる装置であって、
該装置は、データ部の各部に関連する第1及び第2のデータセグメントを含むデータ部、並びに、該第1及び第2のデータセグメントの各々に関連する第1及び第2のセグメントチェック部、を伝送及び/又は受信するように適応する装置。 - 前記第1及び第2のセグメントチェック部を、前記第1及び第2のデータセグメントの各々の内容に応じて生成する手段をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2のセグメントチェック部を生成する手段が、各々の第1及び第2のエラーチェックアルゴリズムを生成する手段を含む、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2のセグメントチェック部を生成する手段が、異なる第1及び第2のエラーチェックアルゴリズムを生成するように適応する、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2のセグメントチェック部を生成する手段が、実質的に同一である第1及び第2のエラーチェックアルゴリズムを生成するように適応する、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記データパケットによって運ばれるデータが、複数の通信チャンネル上を伝送される、請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記関連するデータパケット中の伝送されるデータセグメントの順序が、通信チャンネル間で異なる、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記データパケットの各データセグメント内のデータの順序をランダム化する手段をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 第1及び第2のチャンネルからの第1及び第2のデータセグメントを用いてデータ部を再構成する手段をさらに含む、請求項17〜19のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 最初の伝送工程からの第1のデータセグメント、及び再伝送工程からの第2のデータセグメントを用いてデータ部を再構成する手段をさらに含む、請求項12〜19のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
