Abstract

Claims (9)
- 排気ガスを発生させるタービン(40)と、ケーシング(24)およびいくつかのローターブレード(26)を有するコンプレッサ(20)とを有するガスタービンエンジン(10)用のコンプレッサクリアランス制御システム(100)であって、
前記コンプレッサ(20)の前記ケーシング(24)の周りに配置されたケーシング熱交換器(110)と、
前記タービン(40)からの排気ガスの抽出部(120)とを備え、
前記抽出部(120)が、前記タービン(40)からの前記排気ガスで前記コンプレッサ(20)の前記ケーシング(24)を加熱するように前記ケーシング熱交換器(110)と連通する、コンプレッサクリアランス制御システム(100)。 - 前記ケーシング熱交換器(110)と前記抽出部(120)とが、1つまたは複数のコンジット(130)を介して連通する、請求項1記載のコンプレッサクリアランス制御システム(100)。
- 前記1つまたは複数のコンジット(130)上に配置されたポンプ(140)をさらに備える、請求項2記載のコンプレッサクリアランス制御システム(100)。
- 前記1つまたは複数のコンジット(130)上に配置されたバルブ(150)をさらに備える、請求項2記載のコンプレッサクリアランス制御システム(100)。
- 前記排気ガスが、前記抽出部(120)と、前記1つまたは複数のコンジット(130)を介して前記ケーシング熱交換器(110)と連通し、前記ケーシング熱交換器(110)と、前記1つまたは複数のコンジット(130)を介して前記タービン(40)出口(42)と連通する、請求項2記載のコンプレッサクリアランス制御システム(100)。
- タービン排気熱交換器(220)をさらに備える、請求項1記載のコンプレッサクリアランス制御システム(100)。
- 排気ガスを発生させるタービン(40)と、ケーシング(24)およびいくつかのローターブレード(26)を有するコンプレッサ(20)とを有するガスタービンエンジン(10)のクリアランスを制御する方法であって、
前記いくつかのローターブレード(26)を前記ケーシング(24)内で回転させるステップと、
前記タービン(40)から熱を抽出するステップと、
その熱を前記ケーシング(24)に伝達するステップと、
前記ケーシング(24)を熱膨張させるか、または前記ケーシング(24)の熱収縮を防止するステップと
を含む方法。 - 熱を前記ケーシング(24)に伝達する前記ステップが、前記ケーシング(24)の周りにケーシング熱交換器(110)を配置するステップを含む、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記タービン(40)から熱を抽出する前記ステップが、前記タービン(40)から排気ガスを抽出するステップを含む、請求項7記載の方法。
