Abstract
Description
In the present invention, for example, when a discarded fluorescent tube (hereinafter referred to as a waste fluorescent tube) is disposed of in a case made of paper and stored in a case, the waste fluorescent tube is separated from the case for separation. The technology relates to mechanical extraction.
Conventionally, when recycling waste fluorescent tubes, for example, the bases at both ends of the waste fluorescent tubes are cut, the internal mercury and fluorescent powder are extracted, and then only the glass portions are washed and culleted for resale to glass manufacturers. However, waste fluorescent tubes are generally housed in cases made of paper and sent to the processing company. Waste fluorescent tubes are extracted and sorted.
By the way, when recycling the above-mentioned waste fluorescent tube, if the waste fluorescent tube is manually removed from a paper-made case, not only a large number of workers are required, but also the work is troublesome. I could not work efficiently.
On the other hand, as in the technique of
Accordingly, the present invention efficiently separates the case from the case while maintaining the shape of the fluorescent tube, and enables the subsequent cutting of the cap part at both ends, extraction of the internal substance, and the like to be performed reliably, and for separation work. The purpose is to avoid human labor.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cased fluorescent tube separating apparatus for separating a case and a fluorescent tube in which the fluorescent tube is housed in a case, and a plurality of fluorescent tubes in a case. A first conveyer that can be transported in an aligned manner, an extruding means capable of extruding only a fluorescent tube for a predetermined stroke from a fluorescent tube containing a case at a predetermined location on the first conveyor, and a case by the extruding means. An extraction means for holding the exposed portion of the fluorescent tube exposed to the outside and extracting the fluorescent tube to the outside of the case is provided.
Then, if the extrusion means is extruded so that at least a part of the fluorescent tube is exposed to the outside of the case, and then the exposed part is gripped by the extraction means and extracted outside the case, for example, the fluorescent means is emitted by the extrusion means. Compared to a method in which the tube is pushed out of the case at once, the tube can be reliably pulled out, and the pushing means can be downsized.
In addition, since the fluorescent tube case is generally a paper case having a square cross section, for example, the first conveyor for aligning and transporting a plurality of fluorescent tubes in a case is provided at predetermined intervals. If a slat conveyor or the like in which a V-shaped groove is formed, positioning and holding during conveyance can be performed reliably.
At this time, it is preferable that the pushing means is provided with an extruding mechanism for extruding the fluorescent tube and a position regulating mechanism for regulating the position of the case of the fluorescent tube with case when extruding the fluorescent tube. .
In other words, since the cased fluorescent tube on the first conveyor is merely placed on the conveyor, the position of the fluorescent tube is regulated by the position regulating mechanism, so that only the fluorescent tube can be reliably pushed during extrusion. Can be put out.
In the present invention, as the extraction means, a case holding mechanism capable of holding a part of the case of the fluorescent tube containing the case at a predetermined position on the first conveyor, and an exposed portion of the fluorescent tube are gripped. A chuck mechanism that can be moved, and a transfer mechanism that can move the chuck mechanism in the extraction direction. The case holding mechanism is engaged with a part of the case when the fluorescent tube is extracted. A locking member for preventing the movement was provided.
Then, after holding a part of the case by the case holding mechanism, the exposed portion of the fluorescent tube is gripped by the chuck mechanism, and the chuck mechanism is moved by the transfer mechanism, whereby the fluorescent tube is removed from the case. At this time, if the movement of the case is prevented by the locking member of the case holding mechanism, only the fluorescent tube can be reliably pulled out even when the friction coefficient between the case and the fluorescent tube is large.
As the locking member, for example, a blade or the like that can be engaged in a state of being bitten into a part of a case made of paper or the like is suitable.
In addition, if a second conveyor that can transfer the extracted fluorescent tube and transport it to the next process is provided next to the first conveyor, Processing such as internal extraction can be performed efficiently.
At this time, the first conveyor and the second conveyor are generally driven by separate drive sources, and may be used as separate drive sources. However, the first conveyor and the second conveyor may be used. Is preferably driven by a common drive source because the device can be simplified and the equipment cost can be reduced.
Further, when the first conveyor and the second conveyor are driven by a common drive source, if a switching mechanism for reversing the traveling direction of the second conveyor is provided in the middle of the driving force transmission shaft, for example, When the processing unit or the like is not continuously charged, the conveyance direction can be reversed and the processing unit or the like can be dispensed.
By providing a first conveyor, an extruding means, and a extracting means as an apparatus for separating the case of the fluorescent tube containing the case from the fluorescent tube, it is possible to mechanize the separation work that has been conventionally performed manually. Reduction. At this time, if the push-out means is provided with a position regulating mechanism, there is no problem that the fluorescent tube with the case floats up when the fluorescent tube is pushed out, and the case holding mechanism, the chuck mechanism, and the transfer mechanism are used as the extraction means. It is possible to reliably extract the fluorescent tube from the case.
Further, if a second conveyor is provided next to the first conveyor, the subsequent processing of the fluorescent tube can be performed efficiently, and if the first conveyor and the second conveyor are used as a common drive source. The equipment can be simplified, and if a switching mechanism is provided in the middle of the driving force transmission shaft, it can be paid out to another place instead of being continuously inserted into the processing section or the like.

The separation device for a cased fluorescent tube according to the present invention efficiently separates the case from the case while maintaining the shape of the waste fluorescent tube, and ensures subsequent processing such as cutting of the cap portions at both ends and recovery of internal substances. The separation work does not require human labor. In the following description, as a case c of the fluorescent tube U with a case, a case c made of a paper having a square cross section having a generally high diffusion rate will be described as a representative example.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the

Then, the plurality of case-containing fluorescent tubes U are aligned by the
Hereinafter, details of the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the push-out means 5 includes a push-

The pushing means 5 can be displaced in the direction of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the extraction means 6 includes a

In addition, the state of FIG. 4 has shown the state which the
Further, a locking
For this reason, when the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The
When the waste fluorescent tube k is extracted from the case c, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
In the middle of the driving force transmission shaft 33, a
Hereinafter, details of the
As shown in FIG. 7, the
