Abstract
Description
シーラント組成物を連結接着剤、Bynel(登録商標)41E687、メルトインデックス1.7の酸無水物で変性されたポリエチレン接着剤、およびエチレン/ビニルアルコール(EVOH)、Eval F101Aの層と一緒に共押出しした。50rpmで運転し30:1のL/Dを有する25mm単軸押出機内で196℃でシーラントを溶融させた。15rpmで運転し24:1のL/Dを有する25mm単軸押出機内で205℃で接着剤を溶融させた。43rpmで運転し24:1のL/Dを有する25mm単軸押出機内で215℃でEVOHを溶融させた。
シーラント(25μm)/Bynel(登録商標)41E687(13μm)/Evalt(商標)LCF101A(25μm)
ここで、BYNEL(登録商標)41E687はDuPontから入手可能であった。Evalt(商標)LCF101Aは、Houston, TXのEval Company of Americaから入手可能であった。
以下の方法で、以下に示す多層フィルム(60μ)を製造した。まず、5層のインフレーションフィルムを共押出しして、20μのLDPEの外層、厚さ20μのDuPont Nucrel(登録商標)0903の中間層、および以下の生成物から製造された厚さ20μのシーラント層を有する3層のフィルムを製造した。
シーラントA:93%Surlyn(登録商標)8273+2%CN(CNは、DuPont Conpol(登録商標)スリップおよびアンチブロッキング濃縮物を意味する)20B+5%CN 20S2。
シーラントB:93%04−480−74−4(50%Nucrel(登録商標)1202+45%DuPont Bynel(登録商標)2002+5%Fina8573ポリプロピレン)+2%CN20B+5%CN 20S2。
シーラントC:95%04−480−74−4+5%DuPont Elvax(登録商標)9619−1。
シーラントD:95%04−480−74−13(90%Elvaloy(登録商標)AC3717+10%Fina8573PP)+5%DuPont Elvax(登録商標)9619−1。
Claims (10)
- エチレンコポリマーおよびプロピレンポリマーを含む、熱可塑性ポリマーブレンドを含むまたはそれらから製造される組成物であって、前記エチレンコポリマーは、(1)エチレン、および、アルキルアクリレート、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、またはこれらの2つ以上の組み合わせ、および、任意に一酸化炭素またはエポキシ含有コモノマーから誘導される繰り返し単位、(2)エチレン、および、第2のα−オレフィンから誘導される繰り返し単位を含むメタロセン触媒エチレンポリマー、または(3)(1)および(2)の組み合わせを含み、前記プロピレンポリマーは、プロピレン、および、任意に、エチレン、ブテン、またはこれらの組み合わせを含むα−オレフィンであるコモノマーから誘導される繰り返し単位を含む、組成物。
- 前記エチレンコポリマーが、前記組成物中に約70重量%〜約95重量%、少なくとも約85重量%、または約90重量%〜約95重量%存在し、前記プロピレンポリマーが前記組成物中に約5重量%〜約30重量%存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、比較的低い温度範囲内にある第1の温度で加熱されるとき剥離性シールを形成し;前記組成物が、比較的高い温度範囲内にある第2の温度で加熱されるとき永久シールまたはロックアップシールを形成し;前記比較的低い温度範囲が少なくとも約15℃にわたる、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記エチレンコポリマーが、エチレン、および、メタクリル酸、アクリル酸、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸ブチル、またはこれらの2つ以上の組み合わせであるコモノマーから誘導される繰り返し単位を含み;前記プロピレンポリマーのメルトフローレートが好ましくは≧2である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記コモノマーが、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸ブチル、メタクリル酸、アクリル酸ブチルとメタクリル酸の両方、またはこれらの2つ以上の組み合わせを含む、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に特徴付けられる組成物を含むまたはそれから製造されるシーラントまたはシール層を含む、多層フィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、更に、配向ポリエステルまたは配向ポリプロピレンを含むまたはそれから製造される、請求項6に記載のフィルム。
- 包装容器が、包装容器内に剥離性シールを含み、前記フィルムが請求項6または7に特徴付けられるものである、多層フィルムを含むまたはそれから製造される包装容器。
- シーラント含有フィルムを製造するため、ポリマーおよびシーラントを共押出しし、シーラント層を含有する多層フィルムを製造する工程;任意に、前記シーラント含有フィルムを配向ポリエステルまたは配向ポリプロピレンの第2のフィルムに貼付し、第2の多層フィルムを製造する工程を含み、前記多層フィルムまたは前記第2の多層フィルムが請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に特徴付けられる組成物を含み、前記フィルムが請求項6または7に特徴付けられるものである、方法。
- (1)開口部を有する包装容器を製造するため、前記多層フィルムまたは前記第2の多層フィルムを折り畳み、前記フィルムの二辺の縁部をシールし、それによって、シールを作り出し、開口部を有する包装容器のシールされた周辺を画定する工程、または、開口部を有する包装容器を製造するため、前記多層フィルムまたは前記第2の多層フィルムを2枚重ね合わせ、前記多層フィルムまたは前記第2の多層フィルムの三辺の縁部をシールし、それによってシールを作り出し、開口部を有する包装容器のシールされた周辺を画定する工程、または、開口部を有する包装容器を製造するため、前記多層フィルムまたは前記第2の多層フィルムを別のフィルムと重ね合わせ、前記多層フィルムまたは前記第2の多層フィルムの三辺の縁部をシールし、それによってシールを作り出し、開口部を有する包装容器のシールされた周辺を画定する工程;および(2)任意に、前記包装容器の周辺の内側にある前記フィルムの1つ以上の部分をシールし、それによって、境界を形成し且つ包装容器を別々の区画に分割する1つ以上の剥離性シールを作り出す工程;(3)1種類以上の成分を1つ以上の区画に閉じ込める工程であって、前記成分が固体、流体、または気体を含む工程;および(4)前記開口部をシールする工程を更に含む請求項9に記載の方法。
