Description
【0001】

K=Vin/Vdc
a1=t1×2+t4=(1−Ksin(θ+60°))・T (1)
a2=t2×2=K・T・sin(60°―θ) (2)
a3=t3×2=K・T・sinθ (3)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a motor current detection device using an inverter and an air conditioner using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional motor control devices detect a current flowing from the inverter circuit to the motor with a current sensor such as an ACCT and control an AC voltage waveform output from the inverter circuit based on the detected current. In this case, the motor is operated under the influence of the magnetic saturation of the sensor which occurs when the rotation speed is lowered.
Note that a DCCT current transformer (hereinafter, DCCT) may be used instead of the ACCT sensor to accurately detect current and perform stable operation, but the price is high.

When the switching element is ON and the switching element of the lower arm is OFF, if this number is 0, it indicates that the switching element of the lower arm is ON and the switching element of the upper arm is OFF. .

[0020]
As a result, when the Vk vector is within the section A in FIG. 3, this Vk vector is generated by combining the (100) vector and the (110) vector at both ends of the section A as shown in FIG. Since the detection timing times t1, t2, t3, and t4 of the power supply current of each phase with respect to θ are as shown in the following equations (1) to (3), the Vk vector (current × voltage).
[0021]
Hereinafter, these formulas are described.
K = Vin / Vdc
a1 = T1 × 2 + t4 = (1−K sin (θ + 60 °)) · T (1)
a2 = T2 × 2 = K · T · sin (60 ° -θ) (2)
a3 = T3 × 2 = K · T · sin θ (3)
In these equations, Vin indicates a voltage applied to the motor, Vdc indicates a bus voltage, and T indicates a carrier cycle.

Moreover, when the Vk vector is at t1 in the section A (0 ° to 60 °), the

That is, generally, if the gain A is the motor current and the phase angle at that time is θ, the motor current at that time has a waveform close to a sine wave as shown in FIG. A × sin θ is established, and the phase angle θ in this equation can be obtained from the determined angular velocity ω and time t using the equation θ = ω × t when the rotation speed of the motor is determined. The current sensor unit 6a detects current data for each minute period of the carrier cycle at the number of rotations required for the motor, and obtains the gain A from the above equation from the detection result and the above-obtained phase angle θ. The gain value A is transmitted to the

If the calculated gain A varies and the processing time is longer than the current fluctuation, an average value of the calculated gain A is obtained, and processing is performed using the obtained average gain value AV. Further accuracy is improved.

First, when the
[0035]
However, at the detection timing before the timer is switched, noise does not occur as shown in FIG. 5 and is not affected by the noise. Therefore, at this timing, the
[0036]
Even if the current is detected in this way, if the timer width (for example, t3) is short, even if the current is detected at t3 immediately before t4, the noise after switching to t3 remains, and this residual noise is superimposed. As a result, the magnitude and phase of the current may be shifted, so that the gain A of the load-side current and the gain As of the power-supply-side current in each phase (U, V, W) are compared. When the difference between A and As is large, the output voltage waveform of the inverter circuit is controlled based on A. When the difference between A and As is small, control based on As is used to control the effects of noise and magnetic saturation. You don't have to.
[0037]
As described above, the power supply side current is detected before switching, the gain A is calculated from the detection result, and the gain A is compared with As based on the calculation result A. Since an accurate current is detected and controlled, a motor control device that accurately controls the operation of the motor can be obtained.
[0038]
In the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the gain is switched to the power source side current gain As or the load side current gain A is switched from the rotation speed, current value, or phase angle of the electric motor. Controls the output voltage waveform of the inverter circuit.
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing gain switching means.
[0039]
Next, this operation will be described.
First, when the
The timing at which the switch 16 is turned on is such that the rotation speed of the motor is higher than a predetermined rotation speed, or the current value of the motor is higher than a predetermined current value, or This is the case where the phase angle in FIG. 3 comes to a predetermined angle near the switching section every 60 °.
[0040]
That is, for example, when the rotation speed (frequency) of the electric motor is higher than a predetermined rotation speed, particularly when an ACCT having a magnetic saturation component is used as a current sensor, a power supply generated by the
[0041]
In addition, when the current value is also large, the current flowing to the switching element becomes large. As a result, the time until the noise attenuates becomes long, and the power supply side current detected by the
[0042]
Further, when the phase angle is near the section switching at every 60 ° in FIG. 3, that is, when the phase angle is within the hatched range (within a preset range) in FIG. This is because it is better to control the output voltage waveform of the inverter circuit based on the load-side current because the detection accuracy is reduced.
[0043]
However, when the rotation speed and current value of these motors are equal to or less than a preset value, or when the phase angle is not preset, the accuracy is adversely affected by the magnetic saturation component of the detection means (ACCT). Therefore, it is better to control the output voltage waveform of the inverter circuit based on the gain As of the power supply side current.
[0044]
As described above, when the rotation speed, the current value, or the phase angle of the electric motor is within a preset range, the output voltage waveform of the inverter circuit is controlled based on the gain As of the power supply side current. When the rotation speed, the current value, or the phase angle is out of the preset range, the output voltage waveform of the inverter circuit is controlled based on the load-side current. As a result, a voltage waveform can be output with high accuracy without being affected by the above, and a highly reliable and easy-to-use motor control device can be obtained.

Embodiment 5 FIG.
In the fifth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, the control device for the electric motor according to any one of the first to fourth embodiments is used for an electric motor of a compressor of an air conditioner.
[0051]
In this case, even if the indoor temperature, the outside air temperature, or the function of the air conditioner changes from cooling to heating, or the load fluctuates greatly, the operation of the compressor motor can be maintained optimally. A highly efficient air conditioner can be obtained.
