Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a lid used for closing an inspection port provided in a cabinet such as a sink or a vanity stand.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, the lid of this type of inspection port is formed of a single plate, and the lid 11 is attached to the back plate 10 of the cabinet 9 as shown in FIG. The inspection port 10a provided is covered so as to close the inspection port 10a, and in this state, the periphery of the lid 11 is fixed to a back plate 10 around the inspection port 10a with a screw 12, or a substantially S-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. This has been done by using an attachment 8 called a clip to lock and hold the lid in front of the inspection port.
[0003]
The procedure for attaching the lid using this attachment 8 is approximately as follows.
[0004]
First, using the deep locking groove 8a of the attachment 8, this attachment 8 is inserted in advance into the upper and lower edges of the inspection port (not shown), and the lower end of the lid (not shown) Is inserted into the shallow locking groove 8b of the lower mounting member 8 from above, and the upper end of the lid is pressed against the inspection port in this state. Next, when the upper attachment 8 is pushed down, the upper end of the lid is engaged with the locking groove 8b of the attachment 8, and the lid is held in front of the inspection opening by the upper and lower attachments 8 in this manner. Is what is done. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
In addition, although not shown, in the case of the above-mentioned attachment by screwing, a reinforcing bar or the like is previously attached to the back surface side of the back plate 10 as an object in order to screw and hold the screw 12 appropriately, such as bonding. It was attached by means.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-135166 (pages 2-4, FIG. 2)
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Of the above-mentioned conventional inspection opening lids, those fixed by screwing the former do not require a reinforcing bar for screwing and holding screws in advance on the object side provided with the inspection opening. However, there is a problem that extra members are required, and labor for mounting the members is required, which leads to a reduction in productivity and an increase in cost.
[0007]
In general, such an inspection port is often provided in a narrow place such as the inner part of a cabinet, so that it is difficult to perform the work by screwing which requires a tool such as a screwdriver. When the attachment and detachment are repeated, the screw engagement between the screw and the screw hole is loosened, and there is a risk that the lid may be inadvertently dropped.
[0008]
Further, when the object to be inspected is formed of a metal plate, it is difficult to fix the object to be screwed in this way when the object is formed of a metal plate.
[0009]
In the case of the attachment using the latter attachment, insert the attachment into the upper and lower edges of the inspection port in advance, insert the lower end of the lid into the lower attachment, and attach the upper end of the lid. By pressing down the upper bracket while pressing against the inspection port side, the lid is held by the upper and lower brackets in front of the inspection port, so work can be performed even in small places. It is easy, and there is no fear that the engagement becomes loose even if the attachment and detachment are repeated, so that the former problem does not occur. However, since the lid must be moved up and down in the above-described manner during installation, when the water / hot water supply pipe, the drain pipe, or the like is penetrated, the attachment cannot be performed, and a usable case is limited. There was a problem.
[0010]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to solve the problems of the conventional inspection port cover attached as described above.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the present invention, a lid attached to an inspection port through which a water supply / hot water supply or drainage pipe penetrates is opposed to a plate-shaped rear surface in a vertical direction and / or a horizontal direction. At least a pair of elastic locking pieces are protruded as described above, and each elastic locking is formed integrally with a synthetic resin into a shape in which a hook-like hook portion is provided outward at an end thereof. The hook portion engages with the rear surface side edge of the inspection opening by being moved in the direction facing the direction described above, and can be attached.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on illustrated embodiments.
[0013]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a back surface side showing an embodiment of an inspection port cover according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the lid 1 is a plate-shaped one having a plurality of elastic locking pieces 2 and 3 formed in a hook-like shape at the predetermined positions on the back surface 1a thereof. It is integrally formed of synthetic resin by injection molding. The elastic locking pieces 2 and 3 are provided in pairs so as to face left and right and up and down. The hooks 2a and 2a and the hooks 3a and 3a at the tips of the facing elastic locking pieces 2 and 3 are They are provided outward so as to be opposite to each other. Here, the distance between the outer surfaces of the upper and lower elastic locking pieces 2 and 2 is determined by the cabinet to which the lid 1 provided with the elastic locking pieces 2 is attached, as shown in FIG. 4 is set to be equal to the vertical dimension of the inspection port 5a formed on the back plate 5, and the interval between the outer surfaces of the pair of left and right elastic locking pieces 3, 3 is similarly set in the left-right direction of the inspection port 5a. Are set equal to the dimensions of
[0014]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the lid 1 is moved in the direction shown by the arrow while facing the inspection port 5a, and when pressed against the inspection port 5a, the elastic locking provided at the opposed position. The pieces 2 and 2 (or 3 and 3) abut against the inner edge of the inspection port 5a and bend inward each other, and eventually the hook portion 2a (or 3a) at the tip passes through the inner edge of the inspection port 5a. Then, the hook portion 2a (or 3a) is engaged with the edge on the back surface side of the inspection port 5a as shown in FIG. Attached.
[0015]
In this way, the lid 1 of the inspection port according to the present invention can be attached by simply pressing the inspection port 5a side while facing the inspection port 5a. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, even when the water supply / hot water supply pipe 6 or the drainage pipe 7 has to be laid so as to penetrate the lid 1, the lid 1 is installed at the installation site. If the through holes 1b and 1c are formed at locations corresponding to the piping positions, the lid 1 can be attached and detached while the pipes 6 and 7 pass through the through holes 1b and 1c. Therefore, even when these pipes 6 and 7 are connected to the pipes on the building skeleton side behind the inspection port 5a, the connection work and inspection are performed with the pipes 6 and 7 passed through the lid 1. Work can be done.
[0016]
The lid 1 can be removed from the inspection port 5a by inserting a screwdriver or the like between the edge of the lid 1 and the object provided with the inspection port 5a and gouging to disengage the hooks 2a and 3a. .
[0017]
As described above, the lid of the inspection port of the present invention is used.
[0018]
In the illustrated embodiment, two sets of upper and lower pairs of elastic locking pieces 2 and 2 and left and right pairs of elastic locking pieces 3 and 3 are respectively provided on the back surface 1a of the lid 1 so as to protrude. As illustrated, the elastic locking pieces 2 and 3 only need to be able to engage with the four edges of the inspection port 5a and lock the lid 1 so as not to fall off. Therefore, at least one pair is provided in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. It should just be done.
[0019]
The elastic locking pieces 2 and 3 not only utilize the locking function of the hook portion, but also restrict the movement of the lid 1 by contacting the side surface with the inner end surface of the inspection port 5a. The elastic locking piece 2 (or 3) may be engaged with the upper or lower or left or right facing end face of the inspection port 5a. Therefore, in such a case, the elastic locking pieces only need to be provided so as to face either the up, down, left, or right direction of the back surface of the lid. At this time, when there is a pair of elastic locking pieces, the width thereof is, when a plurality of elastic locking pieces are provided, the dimension between the outermost parts provided in the same direction is the height of the inspection opening. Alternatively, it is set to be smaller than the width.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the lid of the inspection port of the present invention has a plurality of elastic locking pieces provided with hook-shaped hook portions at the ends integrally projecting from the back surface, and inspects the elastic locking pieces. By attaching to the inspection port by engaging the rear edge of the mouth, the installation can be done simply by aligning and pressing, and the assembly workability is extremely high compared to the conventional one. Become.
[0021]
In addition, since the attachment / detachment can be performed by moving in a direction directly facing the inspection port, the attachment / detachment can be easily performed even when the water supply / hot water supply pipe or the drainage pipe is penetrated and attached.
[0022]
Further, since the lid can be easily manufactured by injection molding, there is an effect that the productivity can be improved and the cost can be reduced.
