本発明はゴミ処理センターに集められたゴミや廃プラスチック類の収集袋を解体して内容物を次の工程で分別処理するための破袋機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来例として図1、図2のものが使用され、さらに図示をしないが、熱線を利用して袋を熱で溶かし破袋する方法も行われている。
図1のものは小ドラム部分(A)で袋を保持しつつ、大ドラムの刃(B)で袋を引きちぎる方式のものである。
図2のものは高圧水を噴射するノズル(C)を取り付けて破袋し、回転ドラム排出口付近の爪(D)により袋の中身を出す方式のものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
図1のものは大ドラムの刃で袋を引っ掛ける方式のものであるから、袋は引ちぎられて結果として刃に絡み付くことがある。絡み付く量が多くなると回転に多大な負荷がかかる等の不具合を生じ、機械が停止する要因となる。この場合、絡み付いた袋を取り除く作業を強いられる。
図2のものは内容物が水に濡れるので、ゴミの種類が限定され、また水を回収する必要もあって大掛かりな装置となる。
熱線を使用する方式は内容物に爆発性のものが混入していた場合には非常に危険である。
本発明は収集袋や内容物が機械に絡まって運転を停止する不具合を生じないシンプルな構造の破袋機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に係る発明は基台に上部と下部を開放した破袋室を設け、破袋室の相対向した面はそれぞれ規制板で構成する。規制板には円板の一部分が出るようにした複数のスリットを設ける。規制板に対して平行に2本の回転軸を基台に取り付け、回転軸にスリットに合わせて円板を取り付ける。
請求項2に係る発明は円板の周囲を片刃あるいは両刃の形状に加工し、さらに、円周上に三角形状の複数設ける。
請求項3に係る発明は回転軸の回転方向を対向するようにして、一方の回転軸を低速で回転し、他方の回転軸をそれより早く回転させる。
本発明は以上の手段によって上記課題を解決するものであって、要約すれば2軸の回転軸に複数の円板を相対向させ、互いの回転数を異ならせるとともに、円板の周囲に刃部を形成し、さらに複数の三角形状の刃を設けているので容易にゴミ収集袋を切り裂くことができ、袋や内容物が絡むことがない優れた刃袋機が提供できる。

【作用】
次に本発明の作用を述べると、破袋室において、回転軸の一方を低速にして、他方をそれより早く回転させ、回転方向を互いに逆向きとする。これにより、円板は互いに異なった周速で回転する。この状態で、ゴミ収集袋を上方より投入すると、ゴミ収集袋は低速回転側の円板に設けた三角形状の刃に引っかかりゆっくりと回転する。対向した円板は早く回転しているので三角形状の刃と円板円周上の刃によって袋が切り裂かれる。三角形状の刃は先端から対称の一定角度をなしているので袋を切り裂いても円板に絡みつくことはない。
さらに円板は複数配置しているので、袋には幾筋もの切り裂きが生じ、内容物は出やすくなる。
このようにして落下した場合、内容物は切り裂きから飛び出るとともにゴミ収集袋も簡単に回収することができる。

以下、本発明の実施例について説明する。
図3に示すように、回転軸(1)に複数の円板(2)をカラー(3)とともに挿入し、両端にベアリングユニット(4)を取り付ける。

以上のように、本発明によれば次のような効果がある。
(1)ゴミ収集袋を確実に破袋でき、しかも全く絡まることがなく、連続して安定した運転ができる。
(2)メンテナンスに手数がかからない。
(3)構造が簡単であるから設備費が安く、経済的である。
