Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an umbrella, and more particularly to an umbrella having a structure for preventing water droplets from adhering to a surrounding object from a wet upholstery cloth. . 2. Description of the Related Art When a wet umbrella is brought into a train or the like during a crowded time, the wet surface of the upholstery comes into contact with clothes of pants or skirts of nearby users in the train. Often caused them to wet and cause annoyance. Also, when newly storing an umbrella that is wet in the rain on an umbrella stand, it may cause other umbrellas that were housed adjacent to the umbrella stand to get wet, or an umbrella may be placed deeper in the umbrella stand than a wet umbrella stand. When trying to put it in, or when trying to take out an umbrella that is housed behind the umbrella stand rather than a wet umbrella stand,
The wet surface of the umbrella wet the hands and clothing of the user of the umbrella stand, sometimes causing discomfort. Furthermore, when riding a private car or a shared bus on a rainy day, if you close the umbrella while getting on, a lot of water droplets will scatter at hand,
It was unavoidable that the floor and seats inside the car would get wet, and water drops would be on hand when opening the umbrella when getting off. In order to solve such inconvenience, conventionally,
Umbrellas having a structure in which a wet umbrella cloth does not come out on the surface have been proposed, and are disclosed in JP-A-3-37005 and JP-A-4-67803.
JP-A-2000-37217 discloses an umbrella having a structure in which the surface of an umbrella cloth of an umbrella can be accommodated by being turned inward. For example, JP-A-4-6780
According to No. 3, an upper and lower slidable bearing is provided on a central shaft having a stone push at an upper end and a grip portion at a lower end, and a retractable stopper for engaging and disengaging each bearing is provided. Each of the proximal ends of the plurality of main bones to which the seat portion is attached is pivotally connected, and each of the proximal ends of the plurality of auxiliary bones is pivotally connected to the lower bearing, and the distal end bent toward the opposite main bone of the auxiliary bone. Pivotally attached to the main bone, provided with an inversion assisting device capable of changing the length of the main bone or auxiliary bone, the inversion assisting device is fixed to one of the divided main bone or auxiliary bone,
A guide case that slidably guides another main bone or an auxiliary bone; and a compression spring interposed between opposing end faces of the divided main bone or a tension spring interposed between opposing end faces of the divided auxiliary bone. When the upper and lower bearings that have become free by operating each stopper move along the center axis,
Depending on whether the main bone connected to the upper bearing is shortened by pressing the intervening compression spring, or extended by pulling the tension spring connected to the lower bearing, the upper bearing approaches the lower bearing, As a result, the seat part and the bone part are inverted,
It is configured to be stored in that state. The umbrella according to the above invention divides a predetermined position of a plurality of main bones or auxiliary bones, fixes an inversion assisting device to each of the divisions, and uses a compression spring or auxiliary bone interposed between the main bones. Since the structure is such that the seat portion and the bone portion are reversed by the action of the interposed tension spring, the structure itself is complicated, and there is a disadvantage that the structure must be excessive in weight. Further, in a case where the umbrella is shaken in a state where a large amount of rain adheres to the closed umbrella to remove the attached water droplets, if the components of the umbrella bone are complicated, the flow of the water droplets is hindered, and the drainage is difficult. In addition to requiring excessive force, centrifugal force is conventionally applied to the tip of the umbrella, but sufficient centrifugal force is not applied to the handle side, and it is not possible to drain enough water against the user's will. Met. On the other hand, the present inventors have proposed a method for solving the problems left in the prior art as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 11-284.
No. 274 proposes an umbrella that uses an elastic supporting bone as a framework of the umbrella and opens and closes the umbrella using the elastic deformation thereof, thereby enabling good drainage with a simple operation, and has an excellent effect. I have. However, when the umbrella obtained by this method is closed to store a wet umbrella in a hurry, there is a concern that water droplets may be scattered around by an elastic force, so more careful consideration is required, for example. Unresolved issues remained. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0007] The present invention is to prevent the adverse effects of the above-mentioned wet rain umbrella caused by water droplets on the clothes of the surrounding people and the surrounding objects. It was made for the purpose, more specifically, when using in rainy weather or when closing an umbrella wet with rain after use,
There is no fear of water droplets splashing around, with a very simple structure and easy operation, the wet surface of the upholstery is stored inside, so it has a structure that does not adversely affect the surroundings due to water droplets, It is still another object of the present invention to provide an umbrella that minimizes the number of parts constituting the umbrella, reduces the weight and cost of the umbrella, and can perform sufficient drainage at the same time. According to the present invention, there is provided an umbrella according to the present invention, comprising: a tubular shaft having a sword at one end and a handle attached to the other end; When the umbrella is open, it is slid toward the stone end, while when the umbrella is closed, it is slid toward the handle, and one end is pivotally connected to a second fulcrum provided on the wheel. Dressed,
A second support bone, the other end of which is axially mounted on a first support shaft provided on a plurality of main bones symmetrically extended from the shaft center of the shaft rod;
One end of the second support bone is axially attached to a slidably provided second support shaft via a coil spring attached to the second support bone in a groove formed near the lathe, and the other end is formed of the second support bone. One end is pivotally attached to a third support bone provided on a third support shaft provided at one end of the main bone, and a first fulcrum provided at a lower end of the shingle, and extends along the corresponding main bone, respectively. A first supporting bone, which is extended and disposed at the other end and is pivotally attached to a first supporting shaft provided on the main bone, and a free end of the first supporting bone and the main bone from a first fulcrum of the stone set. It is a characteristic feature that the portion is made of a upholstery cloth that is stretched so as to cover the outside thereof. According to the present invention having the above structure, when closing the umbrella from the open state, the wheel is pushed up to the side of the stone to push the lock piece holding the open state of the umbrella with a finger to get over the lock piece. When the potter's wheel slides toward the handle, the second
A second support shaft slidably provided in a groove formed near the wheel on the support shaft gradually slides toward the wheel against the elastic force of a coil spring attached to the second support bone, A third support bone, one end of which is axially mounted on the second support shaft and the other end of which is axially mounted on a third support shaft provided at one end of the main bone, is substantially parallel to and close to the shaft rod. The main bone, which has been opened in a concave shape toward the side, is turned in a convex shape toward the handle at the position of the third support shaft and the first support shaft, and the free end side of the main bone and the first support bone. So that the main bone and the second support bone are close to each other around the second support shaft, and the third support bone and the first support bone are close to each other around the third support shaft. Folded, first
The supporting bone and the upholstery cloth stretched on the outside of the main bone are also folded in a substantially W-shaped cross section between the free end side of the main bone and the first supporting bone, so that the outside of the closed umbrella gets wet. The surface of the upholstery is no longer located. [0010] When the umbrella is closed, the coil spring attached to the second supporting bone is held in an extended state, so that the umbrella is constantly opened on the free end side of the main bone. In the present invention, it is desirable to hold the potter's wheel with an elastic lock piece provided on the handle side of the shaft, and to hold the free end of the main bone with a band or ring so as to bundle it. When the umbrella is opened from the closed state, the band or the ring, which has been grasped so as to bundle the free ends of the umbrella, is removed, and the lock of the potter's wheel by the elastic lock piece is released. The umbrella is instantaneously opened by the action of the resilient force, and the wheel can be easily fully opened by pushing up the wheel with a slight force. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 5, a projection (a) 16-1 and a projection (b) 16-2 are provided on the second support bone 8 near the first support shaft 12 and on the second support shaft 13, respectively. A coil spring 4 is attached between the projections. When the umbrella is opened, the second support shaft 13 slides in the groove 5 to slide the first support shaft 12.
It works to stabilize the open state of the umbrella. On the other hand, when the umbrella is closed, the second support shaft 13
As it slides closer, the coil spring 4 expands, and its resilience acts to the maximum, thereby causing a force to constantly open the umbrella. This resilient force acts effectively when the umbrella is instantaneously opened, but in order to stabilize the stored state, as shown in FIG. 3, the slit 17 provided in the wheel 3 and the handle 18 of the shaft 1 It is desirable that the lock piece (b) 15-2 provided is inserted and elastically locked, and the free end of the main bone 6 is grasped so as to be bundled by the ring 19. The upholstery cloth (not shown) of the umbrella according to the present invention is a free end portion of the main bone 6 from the outside of the first supporting bone 7 through the vicinity of the first supporting shaft 12 from the side of the ram 2. The upholstery cloth is fixed to the first support bone 7 and the main bone 6 by a thread or the like at an appropriate position. When the umbrella of the present invention thus constructed is opened from the closed state, the ring 19 that has been gripped so as to bundle the free ends of the main bone 6 is removed as shown in FIG. The lock piece (b) 15-2 of the elastic locking means, which has been inserted into the slit 17 provided in the potter's wheel 3 and locked the closed state of the umbrella, is pressed with a finger to release the locking means, and at the same time, as shown in FIG. As described above, by the resiliency of the coil spring 4 provided on the second support bone 8, the potter's wheel 3 jumps over the lock piece (b) 15-2 at a stretch and slides toward the stone foot 2 side, and the umbrella is instantly opened. It is in the initial state. Then, when the wheel 3 is further slid toward the ram 2, the second fulcrum 11 provided at the upper end of the wheel 3 rises toward the ram 2, and one end is pivotally connected to the second fulcrum 11. A second support shaft 13 provided in the groove 5 of the second support bone 8 is slidingly moved in the groove 5 to axially attach one end to the second support shaft 13 and to mainly connect the other end to the second support shaft 13. And the open state of the umbrella is held together with the elastic locking means by the lock piece (a) 15-1. On the other hand, when closing the umbrella from the open state,
As the lock piece (a) 15-1 is pressed with a finger to release the lock by the elastic locking means, and the potter's wheel 3 is slid in the direction of the handle 18 against the elastic force of the coil spring 4,
The second support shaft 13 slides along the groove 5 of the second support bone 8 toward the second fulcrum, and the third support shaft 1 provided at the end of the main bone 6.
When the coil spring 4 is further extended together with the third support bone 9 and the coil spring 4 is further extended, the main bone 6 that has been opened in a concave shape toward the handle 18 side is the starting point of the first support shaft 12. The first support bone 7 and the free end side of the main bone 6 are rotated around the handle 18 so that the second support bone 8 and the third support bone 9 Is folded about the second support shaft 13 so as to approach each other, and the upholstery stretched outside the first support bone 7 and the main bone 6 is also provided with the free end side of the main bone 6 and the first support bone. Since the umbrella is folded between the bones 7 in a substantially W-shaped cross section, the surface of the wet upholstery cloth is not located outside the closed umbrella. When the umbrella is open, the wheel 3 slides toward the ram 2 and the second support shaft 13 that slides along the groove 5 provided in the second support bone 8 forms a projection. (B) 16
Abuts with the upper end of the groove 5 on the first support shaft 12 side, and is held at the upper sliding limit position. Thereby, the other end of the third support bone 9 pushes up the third support shaft 14 provided at one end of the main bone 6 to the maximum, and the plurality of main bones 6 mounted on the third support shaft 14 are , Together with the first supporting bone 7, the umbrella is held in a concavely opened state on the handle 18 side of the shaft 1, and the umbrella keeps a gentle conical shape, and the upholstery is formed by the first supporting bone 7 and the main bone 6. It is stretched and protects a user who uses the umbrella while holding the handle 18 from rain. As described above, the umbrella according to the present invention has a tubular shaft 1 having one end provided with a ram 2 and a handle 18 attached to the other end, and is fitted through the shaft. One end is pivotally attached to the wheel 3 which is slid to the side of the ram 2 while being slid to the handle 18 when the umbrella is closed, and a second fulcrum 11 provided at the upper end of the wheel 3. A second support bone 8 having the other end axially mounted on a first support shaft 12 provided on a plurality of main bones symmetrically extended around the axis of the shaft rod 1.

A third support bone 9 having one end pivotally attached thereto and the other end pivotally attached to a third support shaft 14 provided at one end of the main bone 6, and a first fulcrum provided at a lower end side of the ram 2 A first support bone 7 is pivotally mounted at one end to each of the main bones 6 and extends along the corresponding main bone 6, and the other end is mounted to a first support shaft 12 provided on the main bone 6. And a tension cloth extending from the first fulcrum 10 on the side of the ram 2 to the free ends of the first support bone 7 and the main bone 6 so as to cover the outside thereof. According to the present invention having the above structure, when the umbrella is closed from the open state, the lock piece (a) 15-1 is used.
Is pressed by a finger to release the lock by the elastic locking means, and the coil spring 4 in a compressed state in the open state is
As the potter's wheel 3 is slid in the direction of the handle 18 against the resilience of the main bone, the second support shaft 13 slides and moves in the groove 5 of the second support bone 8 toward the second fulcrum. The third support shaft 14 provided at the end of the shaft 6 approaches the shaft 1 together with the third support bone 9, and as the coil spring 4 is further extended, the third support shaft 14 is concavely opened toward the handle 18 side. The main bone 6 is turned around the first support shaft 12 in a convex manner toward the handle 18, and the free end side of the main bone 6 and the first support bone 7 are centered on the first support shaft 12. The second support bone 8 and the third support bone 9 are connected to the second support shaft 1.
Fold around each other to get closer to each other,
The upholstery cloth stretched outside the first supporting bone 7 and the main bone 6 is also folded into a substantially W-shaped cross section between the free end side of the main bone 6 and the first supporting bone 7, so that the closed umbrella is closed. The surface of the wet upholstery is no longer located on the outside. Therefore, the wet upholstery is not exposed to the outside, and the surrounding people's clothing and
Prevents the unpleasant event of wetting surrounding objects such as car seats. In addition, by holding the handle 18 and giving the umbrella an arc movement, the upholstery cloth folded substantially parallel to the shaft 1 at the tip end side of the shaft 1 on the side of the stone 2 and substantially W-shaped is formed. In addition, a large centrifugal force is applied, and excellent drainage becomes possible. In the umbrella according to the present invention, since the resilient force of the coil spring 4 is stored in the above-mentioned closed state, the free ends of the main bone 6 are bundled as shown in FIG. It is desirable to hold it by a ring 19 (in this example, a ring is used, but use of other means such as a band is not prevented). As described in detail above, in the umbrella according to the present invention, the potter's wheel is pulled down to the handle against the elastic force of the compression coil spring, and the potter's wheel is closed when the umbrella is closed from the open state. As it moves in the direction of the handle, the main bone that has been concavely opened on the handle side is inverted into a convex shape at a predetermined position, and the free end side of the main bone and the first support bone form a shaft. The upholstery is folded substantially parallel to the center so as to be close to each other, and the upholstery is also folded in a substantially W-shaped cross section between the free end side of the main bone and the first supporting bone. The wet surface is no longer located. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an unpleasant phenomenon in which peripheral objects such as clothing of a surrounding person and a car seat are wetted by the surface of the wet upholstery. Furthermore, since the umbrella according to the present invention is designed to be extremely simple in structure, such as minimizing the number of parts, the umbrella can be reduced in weight, and the desired purpose can be achieved with ease of operation and low cost. With such a structure, water droplets attached to the upholstery can be effectively removed. Furthermore, the umbrella according to the present invention can selectively open the umbrella by one-touch when the umbrella is opened, like a conventionally known jump umbrella, by the action of a coil spring attached to the second supporting bone. When the wet umbrella is closed after use, the umbrella is stored by a gentle operation, so that it is possible to prevent the fear that water droplets will scatter around, and the umbrella will be more convenient to use.
