Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating bag for hot-insulation or for cold- insulation, capable of keeping an article stored in the bag in a warmed state or in a cooled state by shutting off circulation with the external air. SOLUTION: The heat-insulating bag for hot-insulation or for cold-insulation has such a structure that the bag is formed of a laminated sheet having heat insulating properties, in which a foamed sheet of a synthetic resin is used as a heat insulating material, that superposed and folded portions extending from an upper opening of the bag are provided on a circumference of the opening, and that a lid is provided on one of faces defining the opening so as to extend therefrom. The heat-insulating bag is light in weight and is easy to be handled. Moreover, it is excellent in a heat insulation effect. Accordingly, the bag is useful as a household heat-insulating bag e.g. a shopping bag and a bag for recreation, as a bag for temporarily storing refrigerated articles, or as a heat- insulating bag for business use for transporting articles and for temporarily storing them.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a synthetic resin foam sheet or a laminated sheet obtained by laminating a synthetic resin foam sheet and an aluminum vapor-deposited sheet and, if desired, a reinforcing sheet is used as a bag for keeping or cooling the article. There is a heat-insulating bag that is formed in a bag shape. As this kind of heat-insulating bag, there is a bag provided with a sealing member such as a zipper at an opening thereof to provide a means for blocking ventilation between the inside and the outside of the bag. However, such a conventional bag for keeping heat or cooling does not have sufficient heat insulation properties, and the effect of keeping heat and cooling is not always satisfactory. Also, a heat insulating bag made of a laminated sheet material using a nonwoven fabric in place of a foam sheet is disclosed in JP-A-10-258882,
Nonwoven fabrics have a disadvantage in that they are inferior in heat insulation and particularly poor in cooling effect.

Means for Solving the Problems The inventors of the present invention have developed a heat insulating and cooling insulating bag made of a heat insulating laminated sheet made of a synthetic resin foam sheet as a heat insulating material in order to further enhance the heat insulating property and the cold insulating property. As a result of repeated studies, the structure of the bag, especially the means and structure for blocking air from the outside at the upper opening of the bag, were examined. It has been found that a heat retaining and cooling effect can be sufficiently ensured by providing a structure in which a lid is provided at the upper opening while providing a portion.

One of the features of the heat-insulating bag of the present invention is that an overlapped folding portion 2 is provided at the periphery of the opening so as to extend to the upper opening of the bag, and the articles are stored in the bag. After doing
The opening of the overlapped folding part is overlapped and closed, and the folded part is double-folded so that the closed opening is wrapped around the inside, fixed as required, covered with a lid from above, and the lid is fixed. For example, it is fixed with a flexible fastener (generally called Velcro (registered trademark)). As a result, the air permeability between the inside of the bag and the outside air is shut off, and the cold or warm state can be sufficiently ensured.

In the heat-insulating bag of the present invention, as shown in a partially cut-away perspective view of the heat-insulating bag of FIG. The cold insulator storage section can be attached as a net-like bag, for example. In particular, when the article to be stored is a frozen product or the like, the cold insulation state can be maintained for a long time by storing and using a required cold insulation material in the cold insulation material storage section. In addition, the cold insulating material storage part provided inside the bag can be provided also in the bag of the above-mentioned double bag according to the present invention. This can further enhance the cooling effect. FIG. 4 shows an example of a use mode in which the storage article 9 is stored in the heat insulating bag of the present invention. (1) shows a front view, and (2) shows a side view.

Further, the heat-insulating bag of the present invention may be a laminated sheet having a structure in which a water-absorbent sheet is further laminated on the side of the bag body 1 forming the bag inner surface and a water-permeable film or sheet is laminated. By providing a water-absorbent sheet,
The condensation in the bag can be removed, and the stored items can be protected from the condensation. It is particularly suitable when used as a heat insulating bag for keeping cool. The water-permeable film or sheet is
For example, it is possible to use a film or sheet having water permeation itself or a film or sheet which is usually used such as a polyethylene film or sheet provided with small cuts.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS With respect to the state of cold storage of stored articles when the heat-insulating bag of the present invention is used for cold-holding, the test results of a conventional polyethylene foam sheet-cooling bag and the heat-insulating bag of the present invention will be described. The heat-insulating bag of the present invention used in the test has a double bag structure (380 mm wide × 140 mm long × 350 m high).
m). A conventional cold storage bag is a bag in which a heat-insulating material is used and the upper opening is closed by chucking so that the lid can be opened (width 320 mm × length 140 mm × height 350 m).
m). Test method: A thermocouple was attached to the outside of a 500 ml milk pack, placed in a cool bag, a thermocouple for temperature measurement was attached to the upper part of the bag, and the bag was pre-cooled in a thermostat at about 5 ° C.
Then, the bag was placed in a thermostat set at 23 ° C., and the time-dependent change of the milk pack surface temperature was measured. As a result, in the heat-insulating bag of the present invention, the temperature rise was slow, there was almost no change even after 3 hours, and the temperature rose slightly by about 1 ° C., and after 5 hours, the temperature rose by about 5 ° C. On the other hand, in the case of the conventional bag for cooling, a rise of about 8 ° C. was recognized after 3 hours, and a rise of about 12 ° C. was recognized after 5 hours. When the bag was left for further 10 hours, the temperature of the conventional bag for cooling kept almost the same as the outside air temperature (23 ° C.), but in the case of the bag of the present invention, a rise of about 8 ° C. was observed. Thus, the heat-insulating bag of the present invention has a sufficient cooling effect.

(1) The heat-insulating bag of the present invention is a polymer-foldable material which is easy to bend, has strength, has flexibility, and has excellent folding resistance, at the periphery of the upper opening of the bag. After the articles are stored in the bag, the opening of the overlapped folding section is closed and overlapped, and the folded section is folded inward with the closed opening as the inner side, and the lid is covered with a lid from above. Since the body is fixed by a fixing member, for example, a universal fastener, the air permeability between the bag and the outside air is shut off, so that a cold or warm state can be sufficiently ensured. (2) In the heat-insulating bag of the present invention, in the bag body having the double bag structure, the inner bag body and the outer bag body are stitched and integrated at the side edge, the bottom peripheral edge, and the upper opening edge of the bag. Therefore, there is a gap between the inner bag and the outer bag, which has an effect of further enhancing the heat insulating effect.
