Abstract
The process prescribes, in addition to the traditional operations of stretching and pretensioning of a reinforcement (precompressed steel) on a track or bed of a fixed or moving casting, the concrete casting (extrusion) on the bed around the hot-tempered casting reinforcement, release and cutting of the steel on the end of the seasoned casting (product), also an operation of disengagement of the product from the bed of the casting and its transfer onto a roller for movement of the casting to a fixed cutting station to be sawed into billets (panels). The system provides for a roller path with increasing height positioned on one end of the roller to exert a wedging action of penetration between the bed of the casting and product in order to obtain detachment of the product from the bed. <IMAGE>
