Abstract

683,205. Carrier cartons. ROBINSON, Ltd., E. S. & A., ROBINSON, P. N., and DUFTY, S. May 16, 1950 [June 14, 1949], No. 15835/49. Class 18. A carrier carton for bottles is formed from a blank comprising three main panels which fold to form a triangular section body, the panels having extensions providing a handle and end walls. The sides of the carton are apertured to receive the bottles and flaps 4, 5 assist in supporting the bottles. The extensions providing the end walls may be interlocked by tongue-and-slot connections or secured by stapling. The handle-forming extensions may be glued or stapled together or secured by tongues and slots 12 as shown.
